Web site is user friendly and that’s the last good thing I can say about the company. I placed a $400 order on the site. I needed the items overnighted to me because I own bars all across the USA. My company has a deadline for new outfits. There is a ton of competition for the business. Amazon, Frederick of Hollywood etc.I called first thing in Am to tell them I needed the products overnighted to me and explained why. The customer service person was short and abrasive. I ask to speak to her supervisor and Ashly came on and was no better . I explained why I need it overnighted to me and she flat refused. I ask to speak or get the owner email and was told they are to busy to talk to customers. That’s what you get trying to help a small business instead of Amazon. Do not use them, I can only imagine if you had to do a return

Awful customer service. I ordered one day shipping Saturday and I timed a Tuesday arrival because it is the only day I am off work. I got sorry excuses on why it was late and robbed of the 25 dollar expedited fee. Customer service here is a joke. I messaged them and they gave me excuses about it being ordered after 3pm when I have email evidence of it arriving promised on Tuesday. It was their error yet they refuse to refund me. Will not be shopping with them any longer.

I feel very strongly and go out of my way to buy products made in America...I found Yandy because they had lingerie that said on the website it was made in USA. I ordered a set, only to see when it arrived that it is actually made in China! I also ordered a bra that was described on the website as soft cup, only to find out when it arrived that it was just lace with no soft cup or lining of any kind....not what I intended to buy, and it was non-returnable. Overall, Im very disappointed with this site and their false advertising.

Some of their items are not the greatest quality, but definitely not the worst! Its good for the price you pay. Plus, my stuff always gets delivered the very next day(but I guess living in Arizona helps with that lol).

Ordered two school girl tops and white thigh stockings from here. Ordered them on August 12,2018 and they arrived on August 15,2018 was standard delivery so very fast. Everything is well made and fit great. However, for the tops if you have small breasts and no clevage like me definitely wear a push up bra with the tops to create that clevage look.

I had ordered the dark angel costume. Do yourself a favor and not purchase this. It looks nothing like the picture. On the website in the picture it appears to be a gray-ish hue, my costume was pitch black. I received it with no halo. The Wings are definitely not as big and wide in the picture, theyre also black. Paid a whole Lotta money for nothing. And I will say this... I will not be a returning customer next Halloween, or any other holiday for that matter, that is for certain!!! Pathetic

Great clothes, cute, good fit, customer service is good too. Im a little peeved though by their couples costumes options for Halloween. Cute sexy costumes are what I expect with Yandy and I think that have sexy options for Halloween is great. But juxtaposing those with regular/non-sexy costumes for men is just wrong. Either have sexy/regular options for both men and women or just go to sexy for both. Yandy is not a costume website, it is lingerie. The mens costumes should be just as sexy/skintight/revealing as the womens and have to have them paired in this way is straight-up offensive.TLDR: great products. blatantly different standards for men and women in their couples costumes.

Few clothes I like how looks like, but not enought for the paid money. I do not recommend this store. Especially for Europe (TAXES 300$ - 90 euro (about 30%+ ) )

Im 53 and 115lbs. Ive purchased a halloween costume and some bathingsuits from here. Everything but two bathingsuit bottoms fit perfectly. The quality was great on everything Ive ever gotten, and the prices are amazing.

Returns for the website is horrible. If the website bugs out they blame you, and say youre doing it incorrectly. Im not an old lady I understand websites just fine! If they would actually put a return label in your package it would save a ton of issues. I shouldnt have to try to get customer service to send me an email after 20 minutes of waiting for them to read your questions. I will be ordering from other lingerie sites from now on with better customer return service. Customer service lied to me yesterday and said they emailed me a return email. Nothing came through my inbox or spam folder. Never had such bs to return stuff that didnt even get opened because I tried other outfits from a previous shipment that didnt work out. Their website might as well say you cant return anything and our chatbox is useless service.

Every year, this is the website i frequent the most for Halloween costumes. But I never order from them. To omit certain items of a costume (like a cape, headpiece or boot covers) and charge FULL price is unfair to the consumer.For example, theres this Egyptian costume thats on the website and in the picture shes wearing a beautiful crown. Bottom of description states headpiece not included. I image search the costume and every site I came upon has the headpiece included.

Great selection and prices, quick local pickup and the customer service is amazing, I love yandy.

My wife and I are delighted that we found Yandy. The prices are excellent and my wife, who suspected a low quality product, is pleasantly surprised at the quality. Weve purchased over 15 items and with the exception of a couple of items that didnt fit right we are very pleased. The items that didnt fit were oversized, so if you are in between sizes you should probably opt for the smaller size. We called the company to request an exchange for the oversized items and they were very helpful and made exchanges on the spot or gave us a refund for the items that couldnt be exchanged. We have received each shipment the day after we ordered the products. We live in Arizona so were in the same state but I can affirmatively state that our purchases were put in the mail the day we placed our order. We highly recommend Yandy!

Since I never purchased an item from Yandy I thought I would test it first before I put my faith in its purchase process. So I purchased a minidress. Since it was one item I also had to pay for shipping. When the item arrived and was pulled out of the bag it was in it was torn in three places and a couple of the straps were also ripped. When I contacted Yandy, their web site said either exchange or store credit. But I would have also had to pay for shipping back.After I contacted Yandy, their customer service personnel were very good at making this error right. They both called and wrote an email and gave me a full refund to include the shipping costs.Although I had a bad taste in my mouth from the initial purchase, Yandy customer service won me over and I would try this company again.

OFFENSIVE SEXY HANDMAIDS TALE COSTUME. WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?

I ordered a Egyption goddess costumer almost two years ago and had to return it because it was falling apart when it got to me. So I spent 170 for expodited shipping for no reason, not only that they wanted a restocking fee. Well my old email got hacked ( I had it for 7 years prior to ordering on this website and it got hacked soon afterwards) so I didnt have to code to use my 130 dollar store credit. I emailed them about this and never got a response, instead I get daily emails about their specials. Least to say I hated it, and it was a huge waste of money and time.
