When I was ordering flowers for a rehearsal dinner and reception, the lady was so sweet, helpful and great to work with. The day I picked up my order she was short and rude. Some of the flowers I ordered looked dead and she tried to tell me that’s how they look. Some of the flowers were the wrong color. She said they change colors and you just never know what you’ll get. She said she didn’t even know that however when she sold them to me she said she had been in the industry over 20 years. Strange you wouldn’t know that. She manhandled the flowers and greenery by the tops and pulled off most of the leaves and flowers. Shreds were left on the floor. So disappointed. I won’t shop there again.

Arizona Flower market is definitely the go to place for floral design in Phoenix. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Walking into the store, one sees a vast array of floral supplies... a vast array of vases, and everything of floral accessories. All the way in the back of the store are the living plants. The cut flowers are in a cooled room. Coats are available for customers that enjoy lingering in the flowers, or simply undecided about the flowers they will be purchasing. The selection of cut flowers is the best in Phoenix. Next to the cold storage flowers is another large room with potted plants. A choice, changing selection of plants to enhance interior spaces. One of the best features is that Arizona flower market gives back to the community. When a business gets gratitude involved, its a gift indeed!

Wow! How did I not know about this AMAZING place!? Great flowers, good prices, nice staff, and you can even build your arrangement right there at the store. I stopped in just to get potting soil because it was down the street from my house. What a great find! Highly recommend you check this place out!

Wonderful place to buy flowers last minute in bulk. We needed flowers for my grandpas funeral as being from out of town they helped us with roses and sunflowers. The lovely lady working the back gave us good open sunflowers and told us of other shops to look for open lilies, as they ran out and had the closed ones only at the moment. We truly appreciate your shop being so helpful and finding flowers for the funeral.

I love Arizona Flower Market! Their selection is wonderful. The flowers are beautiful! Ive bought flowers from them multiple times and plan on coming back again and again. All of the plants I have gotten from their greenhouse are thriving since Ive brought them home.

I had an overall great experience with the Arizona Flower Market. I would give them 5 stars, however I had ordered Ranunculus and did not receive them. I take full responsibility as I should have checked my order more closely. They do ask that you sign off on the order. My bad. The Cafe au Lait Dahlias are very sensitive; I do not suggest ordering them to use the next day. They did not hold up. I also learned that although you order a certain color of flower that is not exactly what you get. Not Arizona Flower Markets fault it is in the hands of Mother Nature.

I was given a three weeks notice that I was the designated florist for my brothers wedding. No pressure or anything. I remembered a friend of mine recommending Arizona Flower Market so off I went. I was greeted by Lindsay who patiently helped me work through my ideas and place my order. When I picked up the flowers I was extremely impressed with the quality of the flowers and the fact that my order was perfect. The day before the wedding and I only had a few hours to put things together. THANK GOODNESS for Debbe. She took the time to help guide me, give me all the tips and tricks and answer all of my questions. Rheanna was very kind and helpful in offering supplies and keeping my flowers cool while I finished with all of my arrangements. HANDS DOWN THE BEST customer service and highest floral product. P.S. the flowers were in 108° temperature from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and held strong. The next day they continued to blossom and the roses are now the size of baseballs! We are going on day four and they are continuing to amaze me. 10/10 recommend Arizona Flower Market for your next floral purchase!

I was totally disappointed when the 85.00 dollor bouquet showed up. Half the flowes were already dieing. The only thing pretty was the vase. And I thought it would be a lot larger for that price. I will never order anything from there again

Amazing, beautiful flowers! After hearing many great things about Arizona Flower Market from friends, I was excited to go my first time for Mothers Day! I purchased 3 assorted flowers bouquets and made my own arrangements for family! They turned out beautiful! And the flowers lasted over a week! 5++ stars! We had such a hard time finding a florist to do my daughters wedding until we went to Arizona flower market. The gal that worked there answered all of our questions. She spent time picking out flowers and pricing everything. On the wedding day we were so happy with the outcome of the arrangements and bouquets. They surpassed our expectations.

230pm on a Friday, Came here for the 1st time. Noticed many employees and half of them wearing masks even though their sign asks customers to wear a mask. Noone said hello or anything in the 15 minutes I was there. Noome acknowledged my mother or daughter either. I was there to buy supplies and trying to find a new business to do business with. It felt like they did not want us there. We left and didnt spend a penny. I was so excited before I got there. What a disappointment. I went to Stem swag afterwards and what a wonderful place- great customer service!

My fiance called the week after Thanksgiving because our friend got her wedding flowers from there. The woman on the phone told her to come down and look to see what she likes. She met with a girl who stopped her work to show my fiance the cold area where the flowers are and got her a price list. The woman helped her with exact names so we would know exactly what to order. My fiance came in today to place our order and I guess the woman who helped us isnt there. My fiance went back to look at some supplies and came back up to order. She stood there looking around for help and someone told her to go order at the other side? She went to the other side and they told her they couldnt place her order because she didnt have an account and she needed to go back to where she was?? Frustrated, my bride walked out. Not sure what is going on at this place. You had our business with good customer service, now you dont.

This PLACE is amazing! Hands down the best flowers in AZ. They have everything you need for your flowers. I mean everything! Everyone is very helpful. Just tell them what you are looking for when you walk in the door. They are on it.Veterans are treat GREAT here. I walked in one day to get flowers for my wife and had my Navy VET shirt on. The ladies told me to pick 5 bunches and bring them up front. Then told me to pick my top three.Here is the amazing part. THEY TOLD ME ENJOY! Flowers were on them for my service. Dont understand why you have a sign on the door saying masks are required and then literally nobody in the place is wearing one. Only gave two stars because the greenhouse was so nice but definitely wont be coming back if this place is gonna be so cavalier about peoples health.

I was a looking all over Tucson and Phoenix for flowers and the perfect size easel to make last minute flower arrangements for a funeral. We needed the flowers to be in great shape obviously and last, but most importantly affordable. I was beginning to think I was going to fail to make these floral arrangements look beautiful at affordable price..Then I found the flower market. Oh my goodness.Flowers galore to pick from, all in beautiful shape, affordable, and all the extras needed all in one placeThe attendants were incredibly helpful, there was two,I have to add their names when I remember or see them again because they were great..I would give the flower market 10 stars if I could.

This place has a great selection of healthy plants, pots and vases, arrangement supplies and more. Succulents, air plants, flowering plants, leafy plants, cut flowers and greens- they have a great variety. The prices are excellent as well. They do a beautiful job of wrapping your cut flowers and always have some plant wisdom to offer up, too. Valentine’s Day is their biggest day of the year, so if you need some roses, they have them ranging from about $25.00 a dozen all the way up to $400.00 for 300 stems. All in all, it’s a dreamy plant paradise.

We ordered flowers for our wedding here. Picked them up 2 days before and they were all beautiful and fresh on wedding day. MATT and BRENT were awesome! They verified the order, quality of flowers, and gave us helpful instructions on how to handle them. They do not offer delivery, but Matt and Brent helped us load them into the truck and gave even more advice on getting them home safe. Thanks guys!!

I came to this flower store for mother’s Day to check out the selection of flowers! I was very pleasantly surprised of such a great selection they had, my favorite were the Sun Flowers and Tulips! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I went with loose flowers but i was able to see their arrangements and they were amazing! Next time fore sure I’ll order online! My favorite flower store in Arizona! I absolutely love all the different kinds of flowers and plants that are available here! The last time I was there was for Mothers Day 2017. They have a variety of vases and all shapes, sizes and colors. I walked and picked out bunches of different flowers and created my own arrangement. Then they have tables where you can set up your own arrangement and the staff is right there to help you with any questions and they are very friendly! I cant wait to go back, I wish I lived closer to their location!

Love this place. They have the best flower and rose selection to choose from. The staff is very nice and willing to help. Definitely my go to for any arrangement or flowers. Yes, you can get flowers from the grocery store but if you want quality for a great price this is your go to shop. My ABSOLUTE favorite Have been the black roses and the tie dye roses. So beautiful. They also have fun events for the kids throughout the year. Most recent was Halloween and they passed out candy, got to meet superheroes, Disney Princesses, get their face painted and best of all create their own pumpkin face! Been here a few times for weddings and just for the wife to surprise her. Fantastic selection and great service! They have professional florists working who help you with anything you need. I love this florist. Flowers are so fresh and they have a huge variety. There are accessories for any and every possible need you may have. The staff is very helpful and provided ideas and recommendations. They also have charitable drives throughout the year for various causes. When you bring a toy, food, etc.. you receive a free bunch of flowers. It’s pretty amazing to have a business consistently give back to the community in this way.

We visited around Christmas time. We have a yearly tradition of handing out a dozen roses each year to spread joy to others. We walked in to discover a market full of the most beautiful flowers. In addition this flower market is always so generous and thoughtful. On the day we went they happened to have the most incredible set up to take pictures with Santa, they were having a toy drive to help our community and they were giving out roses to those that donated a toy. This is one of many things Ive seen this flower market to reach out and help others. I highly recommend if you are seeking flowers for any occasion.

Arizona flower market NEVER disappoints. Every time I get a chance to make it out there I get great customer service. Everyone is so very helpful and always in a good mood. A couple months back the lady working there helped me find the perfect vase for flowers that I was getting my mother for her birthday. Also this might be a little weird but their bathroom is really nice and clean.

I cannot say one bad thing about Arizona Flower Market. They are amazing, their staff is amazing, their product is amazing and most important the price and quality is amazing. Their roses are HUGE! The fragrance of all the flowers are so delicious. When I went to pick up my flowers 2 days before my wedding we had one mix up with the flowers. When we looked at the paperwork it was my mistake and I didn’t catch it when I placed the order 8 months ahead of time. Even though it was my mistake they made it right, no questions asked. That is service!!!!! The made the whole flower process so simple. My bouquet lasted for well over a week before it started looking bad, that is pretty awesome considering I didn’t take much care of it at the reception.Thank you Arizona Flower Market for being such a breath of fresh air in the wedding planning process. I got several bunches for all of the graduations I had this past week. Their prices are so awesome I just pick up flowers for my staff just because! Ive been coming here for 2 months the Friday specials are worth the drive, they have an amazing selection and if you need a vase ribbon and s card or balloon you can get all that here. The flowers are the freshest you can buy mine always last 2 weeks! Always had them delivered beautiful and I recently went to pick up bunches of baby breath for tables for a wedding and was so impressed how friendly they were all, worked so well together as a team. Here today making flower arrangements for my daughter. Very helpful and friendly workers. Also carries plants in the store as well. Big store with lots of stuff for flowers. Nice staff nice building. I like that they the jackets to go into the flower room as well. Very nice green house as well.

I stop in to this shop at least once a week on my lunch breaks. Love to browse the isles. So many cool vases, flower boxes and accessories to decorate with. My favorite area is the succulent green house. I have a really cute hanging vase with an air plant.The clearances are always great too!

This is the only place I go to for my flowers. They are the most fresh and have the best selection in town. The selection of vases and other decorative needs are wonderful. The customer service is AAA in my book. Not to mention how generous this place is as well. Events throughout the year with various collections of food or used cell phones for the community. I went in for the first time to receive free sunflowers during their canned food drive at Thanksgiving. Matt, one of the amazing people who works there offered to hold my flowers in the back until I got off work. Did I mention the flowers were free to begin with in exchange for the cans I brought in? On top of that, they were the most beautiful sunflowers with 2 foot long stems and everyone was amazed when I brought them to dinner the next day! You better bet Ill be back to Arizona Flower Market!

Had an amazing experience! I purchased my wedding day flowers here and was blown away by the entire customer service experience that I received. I was able to get everything I needed for my bridal bouquet, two corsages, and two boutonnières for $45! Everyone was so sweet and helpful, especially Debbe. They even had my favorite flowers on hand that day! If you’re thinking about doing your own flowers for your wedding, go for it! I was overwhelmed until I actually went there. My first time coming here was yesterday for free tulips, theyre beautiful by the way, it is a huge place. Arizona Flower Market has the most attractive, glamorous, magnificent flowers there is. A flower that can put a smile on anybody’s face does not matter what mood you are in. I am very please how they treat their customer and co workers. I was a contractor for them for Christmas and they are very friendly, respectful and wonderful people that bring happiness toward anybody that come a pond them.

I went once, to check the place out for the first time a few months ago. My mom was having surgery at a nearby hospital and I wanted to grab some flowers for her. Omg it was amazing inside! The staff was very helpful. I found some yellow roses and I was told that I could arrange it myself and clip/clean them up for free. I got a vase as well and it was fun arranging it! I cant wait to take my husband to see for himself and HOPEFULLY he will do the same for me. Love it! Beautiful selection!!
