My shopping experience at Dollar Tree was great.The cashier, Louis, was very kind and helpful and he went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate that.He has a great attitude.They had everything I needed and a great variety of merchandise.

Urban Dollar Tree. Big store. Lots of selection. I always enjoy shopping there. Lots of snack options. Last time I was there, I found some really great sticker books. I enjoy shopping for stickers at Dollar Tree.

Great place to pick up items that are overpriced elsewhere! I needed to pick up 4 containers of bleach with my other purchases and really needed a shopping cart and few available. Well I got one but once I went out door, the wheels locked up. I somehow managed to carry it all, but sad that this has to occur because of people who steal carts! Many could not carry that much to their vehicle!

This dollar store was cleaner than expected and well stocked. I asleep appreciated the positive attitudes of every employee I overreacted with. These days, its not hard to find people too burnt out from overwork and just unhappy in general. Its nice to find pleasantness in such an unexpected place.Its not quite a 5 star experience because the employees were not available to help when needed. This appears to be due to a staff shortage and not an unwillingness to help, so that was nice.

Unorganized place! The lady with the short hair and glasses takes FOREVER to ring up your items. Expect to spend more time waiting in line than you do actually shopping. RUDE and slow. No greeting and no eye contact, didnt even tell me what my total was. I can read myself but Im pretty sure youre supposed to tell the customer their total.

As far as Dollar stores go, this seems to be a pretty good one.

I go sometimes here when in this area...The Store is good to me....but the people who live in that downer area dont help that store any by ALWAYS trashing it...messing it up...kids running wild and theft from homeless druggies... Is there a reason why is it the neighborhood is it something to do with the community I had security literally sitting in the parking lot waiting for me and when I got my car to leave they left Im not sure if they were anticipating a smash and grab but to be prejudged before I have the chance to pay for my items to anticipate just by looking at me before Im done shopping that I cant afford my items and I cant pay for the items I have in my cart its a little alarming that a pair of jean shorts and sneakers and a black tank top give them the right to prejudge me as if I can afford the items Im shopping for and cant pay for the items that are in my cart I didnt get oddball items cleaning supplies toilet paper Ill attach a picture of my receipt I want to know why me being white and having tattoos gives them the right to treat me that way it was obvious to all other customers in the store that they assumed I was going to steal something its humiliating its unfair and I want answers because Im freaking tired of it!!!!!

This store is in a good location which can be seen by how many people go there. It doesnt always have everything one may be looking for, but that is to be expected with so many customers. I have noticed that the store could use a couple more floor workers to keep things sorted out and stocked. But unfortunately many store owners wont put in a few extra dollars to pay for the much needed help. Instead they just overwork the employees they already have. But with the unemployment rate the way it is, why not go the extra mile and give a few more people a job stocking and straightening?

This place is an amazing place to shop. Everything $1. People find things to complain about. A store as such is apt to be more crowded, and have long lines. Sometimes all the cashiers are there and the lines are still long. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. They have the real Jamaican beef patties. Now that is a rare find. I personally go for the stickers and healthy snacks too. They have Christian based stickers and floral ones which I love for my cards.The employees are almost always friendly. They deal with a lot but friendliness to them go a long way. Been going to this store since I moved to Arizona and have never had any issues there.The workers work hard to keep up the place but the fact is, people treat the place like trash and more times than not its the adults, not the kids. Sometimes people do leave their kids to roam unattended yet they are offended when a worker has to address them. Just remind your little ones to not touch and grab everything for it can break. Rules are rules. Follow them.They also deal with a lot of theft sometimes its the homeless and sometimes its a group of teens. So they have to some times be a bit tough to let people understand that they can not just come an steal peoples belongings. These same people would not try some of these behaviors at a Target so I do not know why they think they can get away with it just because it is a Dollar Tree.I love going to this store. If you hav$10, y out can get enough with it. Keep up the good work Dollar Tree.💞💓💕💞💓💕💓💞💕💓

If I could give zero stars I would. I walk in, no one greeting me with a “hi welcome to dollar tree” just like every other non African American following shortly after I. As I was checking out, someone had stolen something and the employees were so focused on the fact someone “may” have walked out with something they didn’t say hi they didn’t say anything, the guy literally had his back turned towards me talking to a coworker about what happened previously and handed me my receipt not saying anything to me but still in conversation with his coworker. Very unprofessional overall. I got what I needed from the store but I won’t be going there again.

Has alot of items

As usual, it was busy. They didnt have anything stocked in the extreme North side. They had boxes of merchandise in various areas of the store located on the floor. This made navigating harder for me because I use a Power Wheelchair. I was able to get two jars of olives and several bags of frozen fruit, which made me happy. They did do Social Distancing at checkout. I used a lot of hand sanitizer and a double mask. I would recommend this Dollar Tree.

I wasnt able to get everything that I needed for my craft projects. It wasnt the neatest store that I have in either. They didnt have all of the craft supplies on the same isle. The Mod Podge was in the Automotive section! If I hadnt gone in that area for something else, I would have missed it. Its very unorganized.

Although I found the staff to be friendly and helpful the Schultz report a stock and what was on them was barely there at all they need to make an effort to vodka Seltzer better and Make a Better Effort on getting selection Im stuck in they have been much better in the past that must have been this most recent visit that was just a bad time..

My son was paying for his items and the cashier was so sweet and patient while he counted out his change!! I was so thankful she didnt rush him or make him feel bad.. yay for her #GodBless

I called to see if they had something in stock before I went down there because of COVID and the gentleman that answered was rude and had an attitude. I asked if I could give them the SKU and he was like no no no I’m busy can’t be looking for these things. Poor customer services. need better phone service.

Wish I could give this location no stars, but thats not an option. This location ALWAYS looks like a war zone. Empty shelves, disorganized, dirty floors, poorly managed, and the list goes on. Check out lines are ALWAYS long. I waited in line and the manager decides to count the register drawer. They did this three times with the aid of money counting machine and it came short each time. He then calls another cashier over to count the drawer AGAIN. So now the only two lanes open, are now closed/held up. The manager should have shut one register down and redirect customers to the other open register instead of trying to count the drawer in between customers holding everyone up for 20 or more minutes. POORLY MANAGED! Ill be shopping at other locations. Stay away from this one.

Everybody loves a bargain and this place has them. They let things you need on a regular basis including food and household items., What I love most is the thing that you dont expect to find there. They seem to be expanding their craft Dept and thats great because they get some really interesting things. A word of advice however if you see something you like get it then because if you go back later, even later that day, it will be gone.

Its a very small store most of the time very dirty and smelly... unfortunately not very well stocked, many flaws! I have to say one of the guys working there was very polite and friendly.

Although the lines can be somewhat long at times, I love the location of this place. And they have a lot of cool items for a dollar.Today I was short by like 20 cents...miscalculated the tax...and the cashier was nice enough to cover it for me. I will definitely be coming back!

Terrible costumer service... they get mad if you pick up something to look at it and not buy it. The African American cashier is rude and yelled at me and my kids for looking at the hallowing stuff claiming if they broke anything I would not pay for it... i would advise them NOT to work at a store or costumer service if they don’t want to deal with the public. Find a different job. Use to be one of my favorite store I am surely never returning. My business may not make a difference to them but in the long run should your costumer service continue to be this poor you will lose many people.

They didnt have what I was looking for. I know all of the Dollar Trees dont stock the same things. This was frustrating though because I had 2 different people tell me about things I could get here. They didnt have any of those items. The place was disorganized and aisles were not marked.

Unbelievable! A .99 cent store where EVERYTHING in the store was .99cents. Not .99cents & up. The staff was helpful & friendly which was also unbelievable since it was really crowded with Xmas shoppers. My mom had to talk me into going into the store and Im so happy she did.

This location is smaller than others but tidy. Everything $1 love the candles.. Try the Awesome brand when you buy your cleaning supplies! Lives up to the name. If you work here please get a job somewhere else. You are cranky.

It was a mess. The merchandise had been changed where the next holiday was out and the holiday for tomorrow was already cleared out...so the extra stuff I wanted for tomorrow was no longer available. I love Dollar Tree. This location is quite messy, crowded, and lots of beggars are in the parking lot.

This dollar store was in terrible shape. There were items on the floor the store was in a complete disarrayI believe that due to the holidays seasons they were not able to keep up with the cleanliness of their store. I expect better from this store in the future.

I usually find whatever it is Im in need of pretty quickly at this location. Its always busy, but the staff makes its best effort to keep the lines short. Aisles are kept clear of merchandise. Unfortunately shopping carts are rarely available as it seems they dont have enough.

This is a nice Dollar Tree. Its big, clean, and employees are nice. The shelves are even organized. I would recommend this Dollar Tree.

This place has lots of interesting deals. Its worth a visit even though lines are long and the aisles usually trashed because they are always understaffed. Its a great place for candy, snacks, frozen sandwiches, seasonal items and kids toys. For toys and other items that break, stress test them in the store a bit and dont buy items if they break or if you can find similar items broken nearby.

Extremely busy location with tons of transits in and out of it. Place could use more frequent upkeep but for the prices we pay we shouldnt expect more

We have visited Dollar Tree stores from Chandler and Tempe, to downtown Phoenix. I dont know, but this store but this was the dirtiest messiest door I have ever been in. There was packaging parts and pieces everywhere. The carpet looks like it was left over from a nightclub party gone bad.The small personal hand carrying carts for product was so dirty and sticky I wasnt about to touch it. They look like they needed to be soaked in trisodium phosphate before the public was allowed to use them.Ive read the other reviews and I cant believe that it always looks this way but, from the way the carpet looks, its always like this. Maybe the people that gave a good ratings have never seen a clean Dollar Tree before.

One of the managers charged my CC. twice then denied my sale... It took me 6 days to get that money back on my card. The fact that she couldnt even appologize for the screw up just showed me how THAT store is really run.
