The food is great, the staff is friendly enough. But if they ever mess up your order, be ready to pay for another item. They will not budge or admit they made a mistake. Ordered a egg, potato, cheese burrito. Get home, take a bite, it has bacon in it. Wrap it up, drive back and am told thats what I ordered. I dont eat bacon, why would I order something I do not eat, why would I waste my time driving back with the burrito. This is the second time this has happened. First time whatever let it slide, mistakes happen. $5 isnt much, but the straight up unwillingness to even entertain that they mightve made a mistake is a bummer.

Each time I have visited Rainbow Donuts I have had much less than great customer service. It’s confusing when an employee doesn’t say anything to you and just expects you to start ordering. Furthermore, no donut holes in the morning? I tried Rainbow a few years ago and had a bad experience, and now I tried it again and got the same. I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely AMAZING place. The donuts are always so soft and delicious. In my experience they always throw in a few donut holes with the dozen or half dozen. Really great customer service every single time. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice people first of all that run this place. Customer service was great. Clean environment. No choices for flavored cream for coffee. The donuts had great presentation but a bit heavy for my liking. Turkey croissant and fries were okay but pricey in comparison to other places. Fries were $2.50 but a small amount for the price. I think I will try other items and give this place a second try all the same.

Great place for donuts but dont bypass the rest of the menu! Their sandwiches are very delicious and filling, breakfast skillet is so good and their fries are also delicious. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast and now lunch. The bill is less then I expected too.

This is hands down going to be my new donut spot. The employees in there were so kind and even gave me free donut holes! They had some really unique donuts like cake red velvet and a frosted donut with fruity pebbles on it. I highly recommend Rainbow donuts if you are looking for quality donuts and nice employees.

$0.99 donuts with incredible service. Went one hour before their closing time and many flavours were already sold out. Wanted to try their muffins. In the end we bought a Cronut, a cake donut and a Thai milk tea, and got ourselves a free blueberry donut! They all taste awesome 😌

My favorite donut shop! Ive been going to rainbow since I was a little kid, and their food and service is fantastic. My favorite donuts are the cake donuts, dense and sweet without being heavy or oily like grocery store cake donuts. close seconds would be the cinnamon glazed, which are fluffy, melt in your mouth goodness, or any of the specialty donuts with bacon, candy, or cereal on top! the staff are always fast and friendly, recognizing us and many other regulars and asking how we are, hows work, etc.

This place use to be my favorite but now it is my least favorite donut shop. Their food and donuts doesn’t taste as good and fresh anymore. I also noticed a change of ownership and staffs. The previous owner and staffs were so much more friendly and professional.

Visited in early afternoon. Many variety of donuts where unavailable which is a good indication of the demand. I like basic donuts and there was an adequate selection. The donuts were moist and flavorful with a pleasant, smooth texture. The sugar level didnt mask the taste of the donut which is a major plus for me.

Ordered the Tai Tea, not chai tea, Tai. It was fantastic. It taste like a drink with a bit of red chilli, although there is none, its how it hit me and it was good! Wife got the mango smoothie, good and donut was great. Workers are super friendly.

The sandwiches and doughnuts are both so yummy! My kids love the roast beef panini and ham panini. We ordered extra for lunch next day😋 The staff are super nice and generous with the doughnuts for us to try. Love this place!

These donuts are spectacular!!! I dropped my car off at Grease Monkey across the street, great place by the way, I walked inside and was greeted with a smiling face. The smell of donuts filled my nose. I couldnt choose there is such a vast variety of amazing donuts. I tried the glaze with coconut and cant go 3 days without another one. Thank you rainbow donuts.

Best donuts in town, seriously. Theyre soft, fresh, great flavors, and very affordable. I walked in this Sunday morning at 9:15, walked out at 9:18 with exactly what I wanted. Their service has been incredibly friendly each and every time weve stopped in and the wait is never more than a couple of minutes, even on a busy weekend morning. Next weekend were going back to try out the cafe menu. Hopefully its as good as their donuts.

This place is great. Ive only had the donuts so far but will be going back for lunch. They have a menu loaded with sandwiches that sound and look great, hopefully they are great, ill let you know.

Dropping from 5 to 4 stars. I ordered a submarine, the woman asked what bread, I said submarine, she asked what kind? I asked what my options are, that took a couple tries for her to understand... I said sourdough, expecting, I guess, a sourdough sub roll? Nope. It was on sliced sourdough. When I complained, they offered to fix it, so thats good.Im fine with language barriers most of the time and have had great conversations with other staff despite the issues, but this was very frustrating.

Im very picky with donuts but this place has some of the fluffiest donuts Ive ever had some other places seem to make them somewhere else and dont taste as fresh but you can tell from the first bite that these puppies dont have to travel far to get to the display, the people working there were so friendly and welcoming and their breakfast burritos were pretty good as well

We come every Friday as a treat for my boys, which they have to earn. The always remember us, treat us with kindness and generosity. Everything Ive had is fresh, tastes amazing and the store is sooooo clean! We love coming here and will continue.

These are the BEST donuts that I have found in the valley. They have a happy hour on Monday and Tuesdays, though I forget what time. However even without happy hour pricing their prices are really reasonable. THey do charge extra for orders under $3 with a debit/credit card, so be sure to order at least half a dozen. They also have a cafe like feel, serving more than just donuts- sandwiches, etc. Nice seating area allows you to enjoy whatever delicious treat you have chosen. Be sure to try their pink glazed donuts.. bet you cant have just one!

Smells funny, free WiFi was like 10mb per second instead of 300 or 500 gigabites AND the WiFi would cut out. Donuts were fine.

Donuts are great and the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’ve gone in there a couple of times and they were out of the donuts that I like or they only had a couple left. I usually grab 3-4 different types so it’s not like they were out of one kind. Probably why I like the donuts so much!!

This place not only has fantastic donuts and service but they employ good hearted genuine people. I left my phone on the counter of the rainbow donuts at Thunderbird and 40th Street and they held onto my phone until the next day when. I could go in to get it. They could have just told me there was no phone left at their business but instead they held onto it and when I locked the phone from my computer and gave a recovery phone number the staff called me on the recovery number and wanted to assure me that they had the phone and that everything was okay. The employees saved me nearly $1000 and hours and hours of headaches. Thank you rainbow donuts!! You are my number 1 bakery in Phoenix!!!

A smiley face older lady greeted me which appears to be the New Owner tooked my order. She doesn’t seem to understand English and I can’t seem to understand her either. She also over charged me and made a mistake with my order.

We dug into our meal so fast I forgot to take a picture!We had the rainbow skillet as well as a cinnamon twist, classic glazed, and apple-filled doughnut. Everything was amazing. Doughnuts were VERY soft and flavorful and the skillet was made-to-order fresh.

I have been to other Rainbow Donut shops and loved them. This experience was not what I expected. I ordered a doughnut and small coffee which came to $4.54. First, this seemed higher priced than I remember but then the girl proceeds to get my coffee. I asked for coffee creamer but instead, she gets out a pitcher and tries to pour creamer into the cup herself. Apparently, all she did was put in a few drops. So, coffee with no cream. All the while she is sniffling and wiping her NOSE! If she is not well, she should stay home! Then people that apparently worked there or were related to one or more employees came in and started a very loud conversation in an Asian language with the employees behind the counter. It was really obnoxious, so I tossed out the coffee left forgetting to ask why my doughnut and coffee cost so much. Overall, this experience was a disaster.

Love the people who run this place...and so does everyone else as evidenced by their busy mornings. They always have some thing new to try, but their main stock of doughnuts are pretty delicious too.

I thought Bosas donuts were good. Great job Rainbow! The selection is unbelievable! And all the other non donut items are great. Including the paninis and breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Keep me away.
