Ive been a loyal customer for years but this will be my last time purchasing from or using Jared for anything. I had a loose diamond left from a resized ring. I brought it in and discussed having a custom piece made from it and adding a second stone. I took my receipt and left. Didnt hear anything, so I called a month later. They claimed the person who helped me was Natalie (it was not, I was helped by a man) but thats the employee ID on my receipt. Was told theyd get a rush on things. Called again a month later. Spoke with AR. Oh, theres no record of anything, Ill have to come back in. Go in, no one knows anything (even though I was literally met by the original male employee). Text him an image of what I want, am told theyll call me within a few days. Called back, no one can help. They still have my diamond, by the way.

Exceptional customer service. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and helped. It didnt matter that I was dressed in a tshirt and shorts and didnt look like I had a ton of money, I was given total respect (which a few other jewelry stores snubbed me when I walked in). Albert went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options, and worked hard to find my perfect diamond ring. He even cleaned my rings I was currently wearing. I was super impressed and left smiling. I will tell all my friends to go to Jared!

Took my Brother in law to have his wifes rings checked n cleaned. The lady that we worked with was awesome! But the well dressed man wouldnt assist me as I was looking for watches because he didnt think I could afford to step into his store... he lost a sale.Note to anyone thats in sales...never judge a book by its cover, if you do, you loose

My fiance and I couldnt find the exact type of bracelets we needed, but Jared located them at other stores, arranged to have them all arrive at this location, and shipped to my home address. Very thoughtful and he also have me a great deal afterwards on a watch. Awesome service!

When we bought our ring it was a fantastic experience. However when we went for our 6 month checkup the experience was not the same. The warranty inspection we felt like we were bothering them and they had better things to do. We already sold you the ring and warranty. Now we dont care.We give better service when your about to buy something. That was the feeling we had. Now that being said, the ring that the consultant helped us with at the time is beautiful and we love it.

This location is awful. We’ve taken our rings in for sizing and another issue. The staff is rude, talks over you and passes the buck to the next employee. Called recently to get an update for an order that is in for repair. I was transferred three times and told to call back tomorrow. I agree with other posts that they treat you well when you are purchasing an item, but will make everything thereafter a chore and an inconvenience to them. Go to a different location and save yourself the rollercoaster ride.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with and she has the patience of an angel! She was so kind and knowledgeable! We walked in 15 minutes before they closed (Eeeek! Sorry!!) and she let us take our time while deciding on a purchase, answering all of our questions. We look forward to dealing with her again! On a side note: Barb and Albert are wonderful as well! Weve been shopping at this location for 5 years now!

I accidentally knocked my precious James Allen ruby engagement ring against the tile floor. A month later, after obsessing over it, I noticed a small crack/inclusion in the culet of the ring. I was heartbroken thinking it was cracked!I went in and saw Jared (yes that’s his real name) and he calmed my nerves and told me it’s more than likely a natural inclusion, since it’s near impossible to chip the culet of the stone when it’s mounted. Thank you Jared for calming my fears! I will continue coming here because I trust no one else!

We would have given this store a zero star if there was a choice. We had a very unpleasant experience at your local in paradise valley. The tattooed guy we worked with was arrogant, lazy and was responding to our request as if he did not want to help us at all. He seemed very much eager to give up on helping us and pursuing the other customers who came after us. And today we learned, they have canceled our order. .

I brought my watch to this place to have them take a link out of it. The next day two pins fell out. They cant even properly fit a watch...and so Im wondering if they are capable of doing much else in the way of jewelry.

I am very pleased with my watch that I bought from this Jared store. Albert was able to provide me with exceptional customer service and also gave the best price in the market. He gave better discount on my watch then my local Jared store in Maryland. I would definitely recommend working with Albert and this Jared store for luxury products. My fiance and I came in to look at wedding bands and it was terrible. We were greeted by the manager Albert and from the beginning I could tell he wasnt taking us seriously. Were in our 20s so maybe he assumed we arent serious buyers but thats no excuse for poor customer service. My fiance showed Albert a picture of a ring she liked online and his response was that no jeweler would carry something like that. Jewelry stores only carry more conservative and traditional styles than the ring online. Its odd he said that because we found similar rings at other jewelers. He didnt try very hard to find anything similar and had a negative attitude during our entire visit. Needless to say Ill never set foot in another Jared location again.

Jared went above and beyond to fit my mamas ring I received after she passed away. I was so excited to get back this ring, it was beautiful.

Some very lovely pieces. Had a slight issue with a piece and one of the salesman but the after sales care from the owner was impeccable.

Very nice and professional staff. I needed to have a 6 month maintenance done on my ring and the set up an appointment for me. Due to covid-19 I couldnt get my ring inspected in April. Thank you for the fast service.

The people at Jared are absolutely amazing! My engagement ring was a little too small and we have been trying to fix it for a while. We took it to Shane Co to get reshanked and resized, but they only reshanked it and didn’t resize it, and worst of all they charged us $300 for it. I took my ring to Jared and not only did they resize my ring to the perfect fit, but they also reshanked it too so the metal would not break, and best of all, they only charged me $62. Jared is amazing, they took such good care of my ring and were super communicative and friendly! Highly highly recommend!

Overall: Good service. Fair prices (by comparison).Ive purchased from this store for years and Ive always had good experiences there. Almost all of the sales reps Ive dealt with have shown great customer service and usually have good input and information. I find the general prices of diamonds appalling, but if youre going to buying over-priced jewelry anywhere, you might as well get good service from a place like this.Extended warranty plans have proved worthwhile in my experience as well. For the first couple years I bought at Jared I would shop around to compare their price with competitors. I dont even bother to price-match any more because I never found better deals including the warranty plans. The only place you will find more inexpensive jewelry is through an online store (good luck getting a warranty online...)And lastly their service department is always good. The one time I brought a ring purchased outside of Jared to their store for repair, the jeweler broke one of the already-chipped diamonds during tightening and the store replaced it at no fee. I dont know if they accept non-Jared jewelry repairs any more, but that situation left a good impression with me.

Margaret, Jewelry Repair,/Designer, was excellent regarding her expertise and her accommodating & reassuring demeanor, as she explained & measured me for an arthritic shank and replacement prong head for my heirloom wedding ring. And I was soooo happy when I picked it up, it fit ideally and is beautiful! The 1 less star is related to the Attendant who wrote up my order, in illegible handwriting, resulting in our paperwork & appraisal were under the wrong name... this still was only a minor issue & was fixed within 24 hours.

I went here to get an idea for engagement rings cuz my boyfriend would not stop asking me and the lady that helped me made me feel really comfortable and was willing to show me everything and anything I was curious about. She even got out the big ones just so I could ooo and ahhh at it. It was so much fun!

We’ve been customers of Jared for years because we’ve always thought their service was second to none but we’re now customers for life. We purchased the lifetime warranty on my wife’s 2 carat diamond 5 yrs ago and religiously go to get the setting inspected per the warranty every 6 months. Well we had the most disappointing situation one evening when we came home and the diamond was gone from her setting. We took it to Jared thinking there’s no way they’ll replace it! Well wouldn’t you know they not only replaced it but did so with a better diamond! We’re customers for life!!!!

I’ve been coming in to Jared twice a year to have my ring checked to continue the warranty. They are always willing to check and clean my other rings as well. Last checkup they showed me wear on one of my rings, not purchased at Jared, and recommended repairs. Repairs completed in a week, turned out great!

Lovely jewelry but not worth the price you pay. In the unforseen event that you must sell your piece do not expect to sellbfor what you paid. A family membet had a necklace purchased for 600.00 that was only worth 25.00. You are basically paying for the name.

Bought a ring a few years back. Found out its only worth about 10% of what I bought it for. No one recognized there diamond cerrification and says the one i got was very embellished. Payed over $2400 Ill be lucky if i can get $300 for it. I thought they were supposed to have high quality jewelry. Apparently thats not always the case, very disappointed.

Friendly staff and nice selection. A little disappointed I had to pay for a second resize on a ring that was sized just under a month ago. Unfortunately my hand wasnt swelling when I picked it up after the first resize and I am not able to wearing my wedding band when it does swell. But at least it will only take a few days to get it back!

A bit pricey but has great warranties and quality products

Sales people are nice, buy the manager is a jerk. Bought something on Christmas eve, tried returning it on 1/24 and they wouldnt let me because December has 31 days and there return policy is 30. I understand return policies have to be set, but this guy was very rude. Ended up getting some crap pendant for $300. My wife asked the guy if she could exchange that if she didnt like it and he flat out, rudely told her no. Never buying from Jared again.

This jeweler is such a scam artist. They added over 800.00 dollars into my purchase and you cant tell what they have done . Everything was broken up (my bill) and added to diff places that I had no knowledge of what the charges were. This was in my first bill from them, it had all been rearranged.And then I bought a necklace and used the money that they overcharged me and they made it seem like I had purchased the necklace back in Jan. 2014, not on 03-27-2014 like I did. They did it that way so I could not return it!! Come to find out they didnt add in the overcharge credit. It just disappeared!!

Had my 7 row diamond band resized there, I suspect three of the diamonds were replaced with smaller ones because it is obvious just from looking. The head jewlery repair lady said its because they had loosen all the diamonds while they were resizing, that doesnt answer why the diamond would be physically smaller. Oh and they left one diamond loose and I had to go back in.Then I bought my daughter a ring there and had a diamond from her other heirloom ring set into the new, I swear they swapped that diamond too, it doesnt shine or have the brilliance it once had and looks smaller. I didnt want to believe it, but every day when I look at my ring I know. But how can we trust that jewlers are not theives?

Friendly, listened to what we where looking for, and not pressuring us into the sale. Will recommend them to friends.

We think it is absolutely disgraceful that Jared are selling the Zimbabwean Marange diamonds (brown) which are mined on the backs of slave labor for the benefit of Robert and Grace Mugabe in a 50% partnership with Anjin Diamond...owned by the Chinese military.
