Nice clean store! Was approached right away to get help. I can’t remember the guys name that helped me out but was very thorough about the selections of men’s wedding rings. Gave me insight on what I showed him what I liked and what they had on display vs the ring I had intentions on buying from Kay jewelers. He did price match so I wasn’t loosing anything on costs but gaining better quality & clarity of the diamonds and gold. I also have life warranty of the diamonds and they will forever keep my soon to be husbands ring in good condition for cleaning and maintenance. I purchased my fiancés ring and he loved it! Went in just to look around but I have to say I will be coming back very soon. Met this very wonderful worker there who was so kindly to help me. Her name was Nicole and although I didn’t purchase anything (which she made it hard not to buy something) she still engaged in having conversations with me about what I was interested in or looking into. I appreciate that very dearly and will be back soon!

I came in for a repair and they were able to repair it and get it back to me within the same day. They were also very nice and easy to work with.

Gabriella was helpful finding the right wedding band set and was very patient.Even though she was helpful, I paid for my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Not only was it not done, it came apart the same day just hours later. Im not sure how something like that gets missed especially when your paying for it. Now it seems as though my ring is to big so again I paid for it to get sized down. Its seems they like my money but arent doing what is requested.
