I waited over a year for this review to see if I was still upset by it... Turns out I am. This place is terrible, they balanced my driveshaft then ended up loosing part of it. It is so unorganized that it is not surprising. I bought the part they lost on ebay and realized the driveshaft was not balanced correctly... I went back a few times to fix it and then I finally gave up. Luckily I found a used driveshaft that worked perfectly-- thus I wasted time and money on this place which I regret. Lesson learned-- AVOID.

Terrible place built a driveshaft for me went back 3 times and still was terrible. Took them to small claims court and won a judgment and finally got paid

This a great shop. Really got me out of a pickle. Went to a bunch of junkyards. Around the Phoenix area. Found these guys online an were very knowledgeable. Had me out ab back on the road within a hour or so. I will definitely recommend these guys to friends. Found myself a shop that i can come back too.

This is a very knowledgeable shop, for any driveshaft repair and replacement services. It is a mom and pop shop and looks like an older building but the service is top notch and they will be honest and upfront about all concern. Oh and the pricing is fair, originly i was looking from the local auto junkyards to do my own but they were very competitive i should have started here first. Thank you guys

Drive shaft not built to specs, inadequate customer service. I ordered a driveshaft built by Ron, gave him the right specs. The driveshaft could not be installed because he used the wrong flange on the differential end. I called and he said he would send the correct part next day. I never got it. Tried calling again, and the part is out of stock. Tried calling again, no answer. Again next day, no answer. Again next day, left a message to get the tracking number, no callback. Again next day, no answer. Been calling every day with no answer. Nightmare service, and theyre about to get their second complaint at the BBB.

Tried to do business with this company to get a driveshaft shortened. I asked how to measure for the new length and could not get an answer that made any sense. Further questions were not answered and there was a heavy tone of exasperation. Maybe he was having a bad day. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.

Despite reading many bad reviews of these guys on 4x4 forums from years ago, I hoped they had changed and I thought Id give these guys a try anyways for a Samurai front driveshaft. I ordered it on a Wednesday. I told Ron what I wanted and he said that the prices on the website were wrong and that it would cost $425. $75 more than the website says. And shipping is extra. Fine, whatever. Ron said theyd send it out in a couple days. Next day Ron calls and says my visa isnt working. I asked how much the total is? $575. What? $150 for shipping to WA. state? Are you kidding me? I dont need overnight shipping. Its not overnight. Ron says they are not a big outfit and they dont ship to many things so it costs more than other places. Maybe you should have told me that when i ordered it. Ive bought a few Woods driveshafts in the past and the shipping was $10. Huge difference between $10 and $150. Ive built a few Samurais and Sidekicks and buy parts from all over the country and rarely do i have to pay for shipping, regardless of the weight. Whatever, I give Ron a different Visa. A week later, Friday and I still dont have my driveshaft. I phone Ron and hes very sorry but he FORGOT to mail it and it will go out today. So now its another week later Thursday and i still dont have it. I talked to Ron today and he just says it should be there today, he mailed it last week. Two weeks and i still dont have the driveshaft. I have to give a star to post this but consider this review 0 stars.Upddate: so this driveshaft arrived Saturday. It clearly says on the box the cost of shipping was $66. So Gold Star charged me $84 to put the driveshaft in a box and then shipped it a week late.

Had a driveshaft from the old shop here same number called up first thing in the morning talked to ron came in had to get a new driveshaft he helped me out and built a new one for me and got me out in less then an hour. Customer service is great and prices are awesome Ill be bringing all my business here from now on.
