As good as it gets for drive shaft work. Very knowledgeable and professional. Its rare these days to find someone who calls when they say they will, has great prices, great customer service and delivers quality workmanship.

Not a lot of good driveshaft shops around town. This one is definitely the best place to go if youre anywhere near North Phoenix. Very knowledgeable staff. And their turnaround time is quite good. Never had any issue with any drive shaft I brought to them.

Friendly and very honest. They gave me a few options for the repair of my driveline and explained the benefits of each. If you need a great place with good pricing give these guys your business.

What a joke. I dropped my 1951 Chevy truck off on 10-17-2020 at 10:30am. Gave them all the info on the truck and listed the issues I was experiencing. I get a call back at 9am on 10-18-2020 and the woman on the phone stated that Dean did not want to work on it and they don’t work on older stuff. I asked her did you guys even look at it? She said no and can you come pick it up right now? We don’t have a lot of space. She said they tried calling me yet I have no missed calls. Unfortunately google will not allow me to add a picture to my review so I can screenshot my call log to show they never called attempted to reach me. Take your business elsewhere. The best part is Dean watched me back my truck in and also said hello to me as I walked in and dropped it off. At any point he could have said hey we unfortunately cannot work on your vehicle.

Got aluminum driveshaft from other truck to cut/weld and balance to fit my truck. New joints and greased up. Great work, highly recommend for any driveshaft work.

I am very pleased with TAD. Orin did a fantastic job again on my driveshaft. I had tried to change out the u joints myself and did not do it correctly and needed to have the shaft corrected and balanced. He did both and we are better than we ever were. It seems that the shaft went out of balance as one of the original weights came off. Some people just know what they are doing and he is one of those guys. All the guys and gals there seem very friendly as you can tell from the neighborhood style of interactions the other patrons share with them. It is an hour away from where I live but once you find people that are good and honest folk why chance it. Thanks again.

Best driveshaft shop Ive found, other shops may be marginally cheaper however they dont use the same quality product or their attention to detail is lacking.Ive had roughly ~4 driveshafts made up from them, for 3 different vehicles. All balanced, no issues, and high quality u-joints / welds.

Had a bad vibration when driving 20mph+, my whole truck would vibrate real bad. Looked under the rig and found out it was my u-joint. Never been to this shop but dropped it off and they were able to fix it in a day and my truck rides good as new now. Friendly staff and they did not charge me much for the repair so I would say the pricing is on the affordable side. So far so good. I would come back if i have any further issues in the future.

I brought in my trucks drive line to have a new bearing pressed onto it. They had it done in an hour even though there were jobs ahead of me. It was affordable and they knew their business. Highly recommend and I will return. Thank you!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Orin and Tads! My parents came back into town and wanted to go on an off-road trip with me but needed their driveshaft rebuilt in their Grand Cherokee. I called Orin and he got it rebuilt and ready for me fast so they could come along. Top notch quality and great pricing is what youll get if you call these guys. I don’t usually do reviews but these guys are awesome! I couldn’t even find another driveline shop to replace U-Joints on a RZR but Orin took care of it under $40! Now I even have a zerk fitting on my Driveline so I can service it.I don’t know how they stay in business giving such great deals but I’m a happy camper! I’ll be back for all my driveline work. Companies like this are hard to find now days.

Ive had lots of drivelines built and rebuilt by them. Always perfect.

They repaired the driveline for my truck and he even took the time to go through every used driveline that he had to see if he could save me some money and get me back on the road faster but unfortunately he didnt have one but I can guarantee you that this will be the only shop that I use any time I need any driveline or transmission work done from here on out period they are straight forward and honest and take the time to explain how something should work and show you why you need to fix or replace the parts they are telling you need to be replaced and that speaks volumes in my opinion!

Cant say enough about this shop, I had my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 transported by a major car carrier and they dropped the truck off the ramps damaging the driveshaft beyond repair. Brought the damaged shaft to TAD and they built me a new one, better than stock and balanced it too. I put this on my truck and away I went. No vibrations at all, matter of fact it actually got rid of a vibration I had. Price was awesome, and came out less than estimated. Highly recommend.. Thanks guys....

Had a Drive Shaft built for my custom truck by a company near the airport - had major vibrations over 3000+RPM @ 60+MPH & returned to that shop 3 times - every time they said theres nothing wrong! So I went to TAD - Aaron said (1) The Drive Shaft is out of balance (2) Sloppy Front U-Joint (3) Drive Shaft Too Long (4) Wrong U-Joint on Back - TAD fixed me up the same day & I took my truck up to 100MPH & she purrs like a kitten!!! Aaron is outstanding and obviously takes great pride in his work!!I called Aaron and asked him a few questions about my existing drive lines (from the competitor near the airport) and he said hed be glad to look at what I have and see what he could do. I let him know that I have had quote a bit of trouble with the CV joints pulling apart and making a lot of squealing noises and have had to pull the drive lines out numerous times in the year Ive had them and take them back to the shop and pay for parts on what is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. And being told, by Steve with the fire tattoos on his arms, I dont know how many more times we are going to warrantee this, since it is on a lifted Jeep. Im only taking a guess here, but would imagine there is a high percentage of custom drive lines in lifted vehicles, that make up the majority of Steves customers.When asking a few other people about their drive lines in similar Jeeps I heard similar comments for the shop by the airport, although the most distressing was, they kept our Jeep for a month, so we told them if they didnt give it back we were going to report it stolen!I had pulled the front drive line before heading up to see Aaron because I had planned on leaving it with him.When Aaron saw my front driveline, he smiled and knew right away why I kept having trouble with them. He took the time to show/explain in simple terms what was most likely causing all of the trouble. Cheap joints not really made to be put through the kind of torture the American made heavy duty joints are. The cheap joints are also clunkier ( I could tell because he showed me a side by side comparison and pointed out the differences) which can cause balance issues, creating vibrations. Aaron also recommended sealed joints like the factory ones, so they would last longer and be virtually maintenance free.OK so if the free education wasnt enough, he rearranged a few things he was working on, to get both the front and rear drive lines rebuilt with the heavy duty American made joints, while I was there, so I wouldnt have to make another trip out there, (~100 miles round trip) to pick up the front drive line. And to top everything off, he put the front drive line back in, no charge!After driving over to visit the good guys at Cutting Edge 4x4 (hemi swaps and custom anything you can imagine) nearby to thank them for referring me to Aaron. I returned to Aarons shop and thanked him again for all he had done to fix the mess from the shop by the airport, and also let him know how nice it was to finally have vibration free, rock solid connections on my drive lines.I felt a little bad, because Im sure he was staying late to finish up work he had set aside to take care of mine, but only further proves his work ethic and service mentality.I feel like Im driving a new Jeep! Thank you Aaron! You are truly the best of the best!! Great service!! Great value!! Highly Recommend!!

Had a drive shaft from some other company that was repaired 4 times and still vibrated in my 5:38 geared Jeep. T.A.D. got it right the first time. Smooth as glass!

Aaron is a stand up guy and does great work for the wheeling community. Yes he gets plenty of other business aside from us destroy our shafts but he takes care of his fellow jeepers.Im proud to say that Aaron and TAD driveshafts is one of my sponsors! He knocked out two driveshafts for me to replace my other ones prior to KOH. We did a lot of pre running and then raced some 125 miles when it was all said and done and our TAD Driveshafts never failed us and took a beating. On 35s and running some gnarly Hammer trails your shafts hit rocks, and these hit rocks but kept spinning and moving us forward. The TAD Driveshafts pushed us to a top 10 finish in our class! We were 1 out of 10 to finish in the allowed time in our class and a key part of our success was our driveshafts carrying us from start to finish. Aaron keep doing what you do and will keep coming back!
