READ THIS BEFORE GOING......This place is a joke. They screwed up my drill even more then when it went in. I took it on in November and got it back at the end of December and they said they would order the parts for the rest of it now it’s been 2 months sense then I haven’t been able to get ahold of them to figure out what is going on. I am stuck with a broken drill still.Finally got ahold of them and they claim they called me and left a voicemail but I got nothing they said it also the last time. I get phone calls and voicemails no problem just with there’s apparently according to the rude tech that answered the phone.

These guys are great. I showed up 5 min before closing (thats the earliest my foreman would let me leave the jobsite) looking for a replacement part for my Hitachi. I never once felt like I was holding them up. In fact they locked the door after me once 3 rolled around, and stayed an extra 15 min showing me other stuff I wasnt prepared to buy, which they were fully aware of but insisted it wasnt an issue. I walked out with what I came for along with a brand new table for my saw. These guys have corporate accounts I couldnt begin too imagine the size of... But they still stayed late to accommodate me and my insignificant 55$ sale. Thanks for taking care of the little guy as well!
