Cameron and Josh did an excellent job of alleviating my garage door problems. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. They were on time and came prepared. Cameron is a trainee who was receptive to his instructor and prepared to learn. Josh was an incredible teacher who not only taught Cameron the necessary skills but did so with kindness and consideration. They were a great team, and Hung Rite is lucky to have both young men as employees.

Josh called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Josh was on time, friendly and fast. He told me what he was going to do and explained the cost. Before Josh left he told me he recommended we have them come back in 2 years to adjust the springs and have a couple worn rollers replaced. Great service!

We got several estimates. They were not necessarily the cheapest but the most friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to have the best overall offer. They were not hard sales people which we appreciated. So far it looks and works great!

I have used Hun Rite Garage Doors in the past so I had their phone number was right on my old garage door. I called and Steve sent someone out the next day. The representative, Colby was knowledgeable and professional, also friendly and personable - an excellent service representative. Steve called me the next day to let me know when my door would be available. It was a non-standard size so he explained it might take a couple of weeks. Steve called me the next day and scheduled the replacement for the next week. Justin arrived at the time he was scheduled and put up my new door in record time. Just like Colby, Justin was professional and very competent. Also friendly and courteous. The door was installed correctly and Im very happy. Any problems and Ill call Hung Rite again. I highly recommend them.

I have a home warranty which set me up with this company to repair my garage door. I explained that I just changed jobs and that I could not be at the home until after 3:30 pm. Set it up so that a neighbor was able to be there or would give info to the repair tech if the door was able to be opened manually. Repair tech asked if I had left the remotes there so they could be programmed as all he needed to do was replace the logic board. I understand he does this for a living, but he had not even examined the door. PLUS the person scheduling the appointment had never said anything about leaving the remotes to be programmed. Called to speak with someone and the lady who answered was less than friendly, seemed as if I woke her from a nap and kept telling me I didnt schedule that. I understood that, but really???? So its not your problem. You both work for the same company.Repair tech called back said he cant fix the door and will need to reschedule. So, now I have to go through this all over again?

Basically, I was over-charged for the replacement of a circuit board which may not have been the problem to begin with.Was told over the phone that the service call would be ... $99, applied to the cost of the repair. This gave me with the understanding that the cost of the service call ($99) would be consumed by the cost of labor and parts, same as would be customary with auto repairs and other mechanical repairs. Instead, I was charged $99 for labor + $165.00 for a circuit board that I was able easily find online for $61-$93. Hence I was over charged about $100-$150 for a 45 mins. repair.After replacing the circuit board, it was determined that one of the remotes was a much older remote and likely to function poorly, leaving me to questions whether the issue was actually the circuit board in the first place. I am a very handy person and simply didnt have the time to complete the repair myself. To say that $99, will be applied to the cost of the repair is not literally untrue, HOWEVER that assertion could virtually be said for ANY service cost and repair irrespective of whether the service charge is included as a separate charge or if its absorbed by the cost of the hourly charge and parts. VERY DISHONEST in my opinion.To sum it up, I would have expected to pay an hourly charge ($45-$55) plus the cost of the part ($65-$99) totaling $155 (not including tax). Instead I was charged $278.19. The actually door opener unit is only $308 (Home Depot). Consider me ripped off.

I am so impressed! Sadly I had turned first to another company because of their flashy ads and coupons, only to be told I needed to completely replace my bent-crooked garage door. That didnt sit right, so to speak, and someone recommended Hung-Rite. For less than the other company charged me to just re-hang the door (but leave it useless), I already have a fully tuned up and working system. Spread the word! We had Hung Rite Garage Door replace our broken spring on our single bay garage a little over a year ago. Recently I noticed our garage door seemed unbalanced and the metal on the top panel where the opening bar attaches was bending a little bit. I called and talked to the office manager Steve and he said they would send a tech out at no charge to evaluate what was wrong. The service tech Harold arrived and said the spring did need to be adjusted a little bit and he recommended installing a reinforcement bar. I agreed and approved to have him do the install. Harold completed the job quickly, adjusted the spring and balanced the door. After the work was complete the service tech Harold operated the door in front of me and said their office manager Steve said there would be no charge because we were only a few weeks past our warranty ending. This company is awesome, far, professional and timely. Thank you Hung Rite Garage Doors.

Leslie was SUPER RUDE and condescending because I could not tell what was wrong with the garage door, I am not a garage door expert. I tried to explain to her that it was the same issue they came out to fix about a year ago on a service recall. This is the third time the garage door has got hung up and/or destroyed the top panel in last12 months. If you are looking for good customer service or quality workmanship LOOK FOR ANOTHER GARAGE DOOR COMPANY.Update:Steve H Office Manager thanks for acknowledging my review. Just so you know the poor workmenship is not my option. It is from the report of 3 different garage door contractors that Fidelity Home Warranty sent out after your receptionist was rude to me.The first company (A1) reported back the details to Fidelity Home Warrany. Fidelity sent another company out (Array Design) for a second opinion. Unfortunately they did not deal with Wayne Dalton doors so a 3rd company (CityWide) was sent out to take care of the issues. Your technician Harold installed the wrong cables, the loops where to big. He also installed mismatched springs with differant tention on each one. He also had the force settings on the opener maxed out. This caused the door to be force down and the cable to finally pop off. The mismatch springs caused the door to come down at an uneven rate and because the force setting where maxed out the door did not reverse its direction. Now I have a door that destroyed itself just like it did when you did your own service recall. You would think your technicians would learn from their mistakes.The crazy part is, it did not matter whos fault it was, the warranty company is paying for the entire job. Your company had first dibs to correct the wrong and your receptionists interpersonal skills cause me to have the warranty company redispatch the call.GOOD LUCK

Horrible, unprofessional Company! They are connected to a Home Warranty Company and were sent out to fix a garage door spring ... long, stressful story short, he did not fix it and proceeds to tell me something else unrelated is wrong and he will not be fixing the spring. Meanwhile, my door is torn apart and he leaves. Someone was supposed to get back with me the next day and never did ... my door is still broke and unable to open. Terrible experience, unfortunately. If you dont want to be left hanging, literally, stay away from them!
