Derrick from Dynamic Door provided excellent customer service and had extensive knowledge of our garage doors and openers. We called him on short notice for a broken spring and he educated me on the issues associated with our door rollers and maintenance on the garage.He communicated very well the issues and was services were fairly priced. I would utilize Derrick and his company again.

I have used this company twice, and they have been excellent both times. The first time we had to replace a garage door on a flip and they got the door changed out the next day. Very clean, very professional and very easy to work with. Last night my mom ran into the garage. She decided to find her own company, and they came out said the door needed to be replaced.They quoted $1450.00 to replace the door. She called me and asked if I had a recommendation and I grabbed their card and gave them a call. At 1:08 p.m. I gave him a call. I asked him when he could give us a quote, and he said I will be out between 4 and 6 that day. He arrived at around 6:15 and neglected to call. However, when I contacted him at 5:30 to get an ETA I had no problem getting ahold of him and he must have apologized 10 times. When he got here he told me that it would cost $350.00 to repair.Thirty minutes later we had a functioning garage door with the rollers realigned the garage door straightened out and functioning. He did not charge anything for same day service, or any other random charges. I will only use this company moving forward. Derrick, the owner, is extremely personable and friendly and I cant say enough good things. I think its also important to note, that we would have charged $800.00 to replace the door in its entirety.Dynamic Door Service only saved my mom $650.00 on a full on replacement and $1100.00 on the repair. I would say that is an excellent deal for the service and quality I received.Thanks all !!!

Wonderful customer service, very professional and knowledgeable.They came out at 9pm on a Saturday (4 days before Christmas) and were able to fix our garage door that had fallen off the tracks, and fell on our vehicle. They kept us updated every step of the way, and were able to fix the door quickly. When they were done, it was actually working 1000x better than it had in years. The door sounds way smoother while opening, and it is way more secure.Thank you soo much Dynamic!!

Dynamic Door came out for a broken spring. They were on timeand did a great job. The door runs great and is really quite. They are coming back to also work .on the front door to. I called another local company but the couldnt help us. We got the right guys for sure! We will use them and recommend them in the future!!!

I have used Dynamic twice when the spring on my garage door broke. Almost no down time since they were out the next day to get it fixed up. They also worked on my daughters door just as quickly. Great company and always takes care of you quickly! If you need this service, then this is the company you need to use!

Called several days in advance of appointment and they booked me for a Friday between 9-11. I had to take time off work to be there and they never showed so that cost me time and money. I called the office and what sounded like an answering service said they would have a technician call me back promptly. It is now 5:30 PM and no call, no apology, no nothing. Gave my business to someone else.

I called Dynamic garage door one week ago for garage door maintenance. I spoke with Jay. He took my name and number and said they would call to schedule me. One week later I have not heard from them and today another company is receiving $1500.00 for coming and doing a good job.

Best service ever!!! I called Derrick and he was out the same afternoon to help me-had a broken spring on garage door. Not only was he fast to get to me but also did not try to sell me what I did not need. Also took time to instruct me on how to maintain my garage door-when and what lubricant to use to keep it running smoothly long term-showed me how and then had me do it too. Who does that???....He does. I would not go anywhere else!!

No complaints here, these guys do work for me on my home and at our business with 12 locations valley wide. Pricing is better than or right on par with other door companies. Theyve been able to handle any job we could throw their way.You might get a better price from some Joe Sixpack character who drives around doing work on the side, but hire a professional and get it done right-the first time.Would absolutely recommend to family, friends, and of course anyone reading this review.Update 03/12/2018-These guys are the absolute rock stars of the service industry. Had them out today to install be French doors in place of a slider and I couldnt be happier with the entire process. From quote to finish, I had exceptional service and hands down I will only use Dynamic Door for anything door related.

I needed help with an off track garage door and I needed it repaired really quick! Unfortunately I got quotes that were way over priced until Dynamic door services came to my house to help me out. I broke our garage door when it got hooked on the hatch of my car. Derek came later that evening and by 12:30 the next day I had my new door installed. Was it expensive? Yes, but that kind of service is completely worth it

Do not use this company, They charged 100.00 just to come out and diagnose what was wrong with the door, I had a set of double door, Like french doors at my business and one door would not unlock. He told me what it was going to take, and I felt kinda stuck after having to pay 100.0 for ten minutes of work, so at 471.00 later it was fixed but not all the way the second door that was fixed still wobbled terribly and the tech said that would be OK. Two months later the same exact thing started happening. With the crazy scheduled of mine I let it slip. I did not use this door only to open up and let air in the business.5 months later I got around to calling the Dynamic and they wanted another 100.0 to come back out and recheck their work. It took me two week to get a hold of the owner, he was rude on the phone and did not want to come back out without being paid. I had a few words with him and he agreed to take a look at it. but never came out.The moral of the story is, if they charge you to look at it, they are not good enough to work on it. The door is exactly the same way it was before they worked on it and I am out $471.00 STAY AWAY
