Its inside Wal-Mart today I was just passing by but when we go inside its a lot of fun to make and dress a bear to your own liking. But I think its a little expensive. Everyone else says its worth it.

Bought a gift for my nephews daughter at this location about 2 months ago. Great experience except that I wasnt told as she was outfitting the bear, how much it cost until after everything was done. But that was okay, no big deal because I figured it would be expensive to get a custom stuffed bear..Now I placed separate orders for my granddaughters on 11/3/21 and 11/4/21. The order on the 3rd was scheduled to be delivered on the 5th, which is her birthday. As of today the 5th, its still being processed. The other order, my granddaughters birthday is on 11/29/21 so decided to go with the default shipping..yet its already processed and out for delivery. Meanwhile my granddaughter, whose birthday is today and paid for it to be delivered today, on your site it simply says to be delivered Nov. 5th OR LATER which is really upsetting.Then you guys dont provide a FedEx tracking # so I can accurately track my orders through them so Im left in the dark. Your products are expensive but your website platform and site customer service are very CHEAP. 😡I advise anyone who is thinking of ordering online, DONT DO IT! If you cant find what you are looking for at your local shop? Take your business elsewhere. I am unlikely to ever give them my business again. Once they get your money, they dont care about you.Like I said, the shop location is okay. But when you order online, you can see just how much Build-a-Bear doesnt value its customers.

They were great! I called ahead and asked if they had the bear i was looking for and they did! The deals are hard to pass on and the heart ceremonies for the bears are too cute! My sons pikachu is his new best friend!!

We just love build a bear . We gotten them for years . Grandma will keep them when they no longer want them .

Raquel is soo amazing! I went to arrowhead, and didn’t receive the best service and the workers weren’t very helpful or informative.. but I came over to the build-a-bear on 51st & received exceptional service! They have a better selection of bears, clothing & the little sounds that go into the bear. Raquel helped me make a bear that I am proud to give to my niece for a gift. The one at arrowhead made me feel a little insecure about what I was going to give my niece & now I’m positive she’s going to love it now thanks to the build-a-bear on 51st. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Awesome and friendly staff. With them being in a Walmart if you stop in a few times to look around the staff remembers you and makes some great suggestions and also inform you of upcoming events and sales. I love this confirms location that I dont have to go to a mall. Always greeted with a friendly smile. They are also very kind to the children who come in and just touch stuff, knowing that those kids are just excited. I love going here.

Go with a child that is happy to look, place and explore, enjoy the freedom to use your imagination, use the lego, watch the bubble blowers. Do not go in a rush, with a tired, cross, child, this place is crowded, look at the number of reviews. Decide why you are going and explain this to your child, if it is for one toy, then find the one toy, if it is to look, go and look.
