What a great resource! The guy at the deli was very friendly. Very open to questions. It was our first time in and we felt very welcomed.I got a bunch of dried and cured meats and they were all very delicious!They have breads and booze and cheese and candy and meats and wine. Its a whole market.I highly recommend any foodie to check out this russian food wonderland!

We love our Eastern European food. I have shopped the many Eastern European stores on the east coast just flooded with every imaginable product, fresh made here or made and packaged from Russia, Ukraine and Poland. When I heard of this place I was so excited, so I made the trip and was so sorry to find so much lacking at outrageous prices, this place needs lots of improvement, more product, more selection, there was only one loaf of bread left at 1 pm and most of all needs onsite management and more staff. One very busy and overwhelmed cashier wearing many hats is not working for this place. Store has lots of potential but is not flourishing, I’m thinking it may be due to a small percentage of Eastern Europeans in the area? I’m not sure, I just moved here.This place could use some cleaning and pride of ownership as well from the dirty entrance windows to the store itself. Soap and water are cheap, please get someone in there to clean the place up. A little upbeat Russian background music would be nice too, brighter lighting, more knowledgeable staff to help customers. I’m looking into having my food orders shipped to AZ from a few stores in New Jersey and Brighton beach, Brooklyn, New York.

Love that store. Even though it’s quite far from my home, I always enjoy the visit. Authentic Russian food, baked goods and groceries is something I stock up with. Caviar is my go to!

I would be careful buying anything from these people they literally wash off the mold off of their kielbasas and then put them back in the fridge after theyve gotten bad Ive seen it with my own eyes I purchased some supposedly fresh bologna for my child and I noticed when I got home that it had a smell to it like sour almost it wasnt something I could feed my child the cheese that I purchased didnt smell right either I dont know what it is theyre doing but it doesnt seem like their products are fresh Id be careful feeding anything from the deli to your children

Today I stop by, I want to buy salami and I asked the staff to show me how is look because everything is facing the staff not the customers, I really want to see what I buy… the young girls was not pleasant in fact she was nasty, even when I ask her to slice my salami she didn’t like it, she really make me uncomfortable!

Went with a friend who happens to speak Russian just to pick up some ingredients. Initially nervous, not knowing Russian, I was welcomed meeting the owner who speaks English and Russian fluently as well as staff. I was able to try samples and had a great experience finding the type of amazing meats and cheeses I plan on coming back for. This convenient market brings a bit of Russia to America and you get to learn so much about the culture. Just ask for some help and you wont be disappointed. Best first time visit!

Went there for caviar, sausage and sweets. Caviar was not for me haha but they do have high quality stuff. Great place even if youre not Russian, dont be close minded lol. The girl there was very nice. The meats and cheeses looked great. Love seeing different ethnic grocery stores.

Great store!! Try the ikra it’s like eggplant caviar try with some crackers or the bread they sell there super yumm! Tried kvass from there and it’s so unique and good. Also pick up the chocolates you will not be disappointed wayyy better than the ones from the grocery stores here.

If you love Russian food. This is a place to go. Plenty of yummy homemade goodies can be found here. From dehydrated meat products, cakes, bread, pickles that are delicious and many more. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

This store is on my places I must visit every time Im in Phoenix.I should add that thier deli is well stocked and their fresh baked breads are addicting.

I really love this place, it has everything I need, especially the black bread which is amazing, my friend brought me here one time, and Ive been going back ever since. The girls are the best, so helpful and let you try samples and explain and show you whats up with all this new food which Im not accustomed to which really got me to keep coming back. All the ladies are super nice, especially the two younger sisters and their little Latina friend. Just the best. Thank you!!!)

Cute little bakery!Got the green tea crepe which was tasty! The bite was filled with cream, green tea crepe, with some sweet red beans! Very suitable for my Asian taste buds. It was also interesting that they used a newspaper or newspaper like paper to wrap the crepe! Never been there. Wouldnt know what to buy if I did.But I saw the owner and an employee on a video being harassed, verbally abused & threatened by an ELECTED govt official, Constable Doug Middleton. I saw the man being bullied and intimidated in his own business by a power tripping xenophobe.And then I saw that man rise to the occasion. I saw him keep his cool and act as professional a man can in that abusive situation. He restrained himself and handled his business. A real professional. Even when the Constable got directly in your face the way he did.I do think you should report Doug Middleton to the FBI or whatever govt oversight office will listen. He clearly abused his office. Receipt or not, he accepted payment. Done deal. He cant threaten to close you down like that. Get a lawyer and sue! Dont let him get away with it.

Awesome Eastern European supermarket with many different choices of products. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. I like how big this place is and how many different choices of products they have from many different regions of Europe. Definitely worth checking out.

Just stopped for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. Amazing experience. The sales gal was so friendly & helpful. We left with an amazing rye & pumpernickel bread and a bagful of delicious Russian candies. Delightful!

Sadly this place is going downhill. Most things are either expired or have no expression dates listed at all. Just bought herring in a container and as soon as we opened it, the smell was horrible!!! Went straight into the trash! Bought some cold cuts and most are just not fresh. Cant put my finger on it but something is off, they are definitely not fresh. I do want to point out that Im from east coast where we have russian stored on every corner but this store is just taking advantage of the fact that they have no competition here. I will not be coming back and will make sure to share my experience every chance I get.

As someone who is from the Eastern Europe I can assure you that this place has all the goodies from there. A lot of choice of smoked meats. Dumplings. Cheese. Frozen goods. Sweet and bakery. Oh and bread. Fresh baked bread! Everyone that works there arr so helpful. Very polite. Customer oriented and friendly. Also they have wines from Georgia and Moldova. Always end up finding new and yummy things . My family and I drive up from Tucson a few times a year specifically during the holidays to find european stables that are hard to find or over priced in Tucson . Everyone is very nice and willing to help you find the right items . There is one lady who whenever you buy over a certain dollar amount she will through in a chocolate bar or sweet treat, I love it !!! It reminds me of the European markets I went to as a kid with my grandma they always did the same thing .Its just a nice Thank you and I appreciate it when she does it. Definitely recommend stopping I. if you are looking for a traditional European food item .

Not into most of the stuff here but my parents dig it. I went with them and browsed a bit, they had a pretty wide selection and a really pretty blonde lady.

My experience was very nostalgic of my cultural heritage. The shop inside not too large but it is simple and fairly easy to find what you want. The staff are very kind and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent. Prices are reasonable. Definitely, I would make a positive referral to my friends.

With my husband we were the only two clients in the store and we waited in front of the meat cheese dessert counter for over 10 minutes. the young woman working behind the counter was not doing anything and avoided eye contact and never looked up never even acknowledged we were there. A young man who looked to be an employee came behind the counter. They had a chatty conversation. Her cell phone rang, she answered the phone which was obviously a personal call. Again neither one of them ever acknowledged us. They watched us leave the store and never engaged in conversation. Horrible service, neither employee wire gloves or mask and no hand sanitizer in sight. We are are long time customers and will never return.

Wonderful treasure! We lived in eastern Europe for several years, and were delighted to find this store!!! Now we can have the goodies we used to have access to. We drive 200 miles one way to shop here. Yes, really! Always a great variety of sorts of items. Employees very nice. Prices very reasonable.

I have no idea what this place is but Google thinks I go here all the time. I keep telling it I have no idea who Yasha from Russia is, but you try telling Google anything it thinks it knows is wrong and you will discover a very special level of Hell that does not end. So, Im giving Yasha four stars. Im sure she (?) is a lovely person and her products are great. If you need any Russian things, I highly recommend Yasha for all your Perestroika needs. Thats the only Russian word I know.

The fact that it’s a Russian store in Scottsdale already deserves 5 stars. Although there was not much variety. There’s a dining area but I’m not sure what you’re supposed to eat there. Didn’t see any hot foods. It also looked scary. The life size cutouts of trump and Putin were funny tho.

If youre fluent in speaking and/or reading Russian, have fun! Otherwise, very limited signage or product listings in English. Bought a couple of things, but surely would have gotten more if I knew what I was looking at. Staff help was limited, as things were lost in translation between the woman who waited on me & myself. I lived in Ukraine for 2 years. When I got back to the states, specifically Phoenix, I was excited to know that there was a Russian store. All of the food is exactly what they have in Ukraine and it is delicious. I spoke to the lady working the register in Russian. We were on our honeymoon when we stopped in and the lady gave us a free bar of chocolate to congratulate us. Typical Russians! I love their culture!

Yasha is the perfect place to try something new and you could try something new every weekend for quite some time.

Such a great shop offering so many different foods from various countries! I am Lithuanian and I always find wide selection of Lithuanian food from cheese to our amazing beer Svyturys! :) Smoked or dried fish and even black caviar! They have been doing this for a long time and really know what everyone loves and needs, so it is always easy to find what your heart wants.

Great place to get Russian groceries. The only place around Phoenix as far as I know. I love their bread which is baked daily and is authentic. No fruit or veggies though.

This market is for those, who would like to try some goods from Russia. Perhaps, name is pretty self-explanatory. They have some quality products imported from Russia and people who came from that culture, might find a lot of things for themselves.
