Amazing Market!!!!This was my first visit to El Super. I guarantee it wont be my last! It may well be the cleanest grocery store Ive ever visited. I wanted to try some new cheese and the lady behind the counter could not have been more kind and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions. All the vegetables were fresh abundant and well priced. Really I cant say enough about this market I did buy more than I needed because I wanted to try things that were new to me.

This is more than just a supermarket. The crew is fantastic, and they all go above and beyond to make sure the shelves are well stocked and the customers are having great shopping experiences. Even during times of crisis, they always did their best to make hard-to-find items available and at attainable prices. I highly recommend this market to anyone in town.

I went yesterday for my first time here at 7P.They have a charming grocery store, a nice bakery, and fresh fruit, among other things. Similarly, the employee was not rude and acted efficiently to meet the clients expectations. This shop comes highly recommended from me! Its worth a try

The staff of this store was amazing. Afternoon employees were very helpful with my mom yesterday. She was 70-years old and most of the time she had a hard time getting some stuff above the shelf. The good staff assisted her the whole time. He even helped my mom chose the best milk, veggies and meat for her. Thanks, guys

Fresh deli & meats. Very good pastries. The prices of groceries although are quite pricey compared to another grocery store in a better neighborhood.

Employees are rude, will not assist you, no smiles, I was spending around 700.00 monthly at the store if not more, my daughter would also go with but it is not a welcoming place. We have now changed and go to Frys and Costco, Safeway and Food City.

El Super is a great place to find your favorite Hispanic foods, candy, and beverages. This grocery store has the largest displayed inventory of fresh (and many exotic) fruits and vegetables I have ever seen in any grocery store. It is clean, spacious, and you should be able to find most of the items on your shopping list. Be sure to check out the specialty cheese, meat, and bakery sections. Delicious!! 👍 By the way, it is located in the shopping center on Thomas Road between 30th & 32nd streets.

Honestly I only go to this store cause they have what I need to make authentic mexican dishes, but the customer service is terrible the employees are rude for all my othe shopping needs I go to frys. They need to train their employees better. But 3 stars for having what I need always.

El super has very nice quality produce department and so cheap. They make their own pastries, tortillas and cakes.

They completely cater to the Mexicans. Every time I go in there I cant get service back at the meat counter I can stand there and Hispanics walk up and they serve them first and just look at me do not feel welcome there will never go back

The place is clean and huge. There is a small park for people to relax after doing groceries. The place is convenient for people to shop because there are a coffee shop and a small pub for some relaxation. I will surely come back here for my next grocery. This huge supermarket is useful for all because they provide natural services to customers.

Excellent produce variety! Fair prices, but paying over there is really slow unless you go early in the morning.

Overall a good place to get latin groceries but one of the girls attitude in the panaderia wasnt the best she isnt good for with costumer service type of job she has. Other then that the cashiers and other workers were very nice and their good attitude made up for the other girls mistake

Everything is good at El Super. I got some produce and some fresh meat from the butcher where the friendly, very polite and professional clerk wrapped up two packages of meat for me. The cashier was equally friendly, polite and professional.

Very inexpensive vegetables.... Beware of all the process food chemicals I didnt even know food had in it!........ I went to pick up fresh vegetables for homemade soup. Cashier was very sweet. In and out in no time ⌚that is for nice cashier not the dirty store.

They have more registers open now but still having a hard time enforcing social distance. Despite that great service!

The price of these exotic items seemed high but I wish somebody would invite me to dinner to see how much is used per dish made and how it tasted with some of this added. I know I dont complain about how much lobster cost if somebody served me some. I am afraid that never seems to happen very often.

It was nice many reasonable prices and has many things in the store that a normal grocery store would!

Only 2 tellers open, but wasnt due to lack of employees (watched multiple employees walking around), and once I finally make it to the teller they of course open another one at the other end of the store.

They would not let me enter with my service dog. This is actually a crime which I will be pursuing. The security guard was very rude about it. Unbelievable. I have never been treated so poorly before. Because I have a disability I cant shop there.

Very busy on Wednesday. Veggies and fruits are on sale. But low prices are whats in. I love going early morning to be in and out quick. Clean and well kept store. Bathrooms are clean. Cashiers are very nice and courteous.

Super is a great place to buy meat

So clean, so organized, and not a bunch of products to make your head spin. Love that they have basic limited choices and focus on their produce, meat, bakery, and prepared food departments. If you need dish soap, expect to only find a couple choices, which I personally dont mind.

Great price on items in store, especially on produce.

Not the biggest fan of this store. Often, there is few cashiers and long lines you have to wait in. Most of the workers are not friendly and seem like they really dont want to be there. My friend and I came just to get water bottles and my friend was on snapchat and just took a quick and discreet photo which I didnt even notice being next to him and the manager called him out for it, which I did not appreciate.

This place has no customer service. all the carts are at the lot and the employees are not doing anything to sanitize the carts. i even saw the security at the door sneeze and didnt cover his mouth. never shopping here again. did not feel welcomed.

I love El Supers produce and their prices are really low....like 1/2 the price of anywhere else....and the quality is great....fresh and low priced is great...and they always have plenty on hand...the store is clean and inviting...although you might want to brush up on your Spanish if you visit the meat counter....(they laugh and joke with you if you try to get something and only speak English)....all in all a great way to stretch that food budget....and get some great produce....

My favorite place to get fruits and vegetables. Their cakes are awesome! I love the Mexican bakery. When I come to the valley, this is one if my must do stops.

Love this place come here all the time for the prices and good specials and the cashiers are friendly. But today was the worst day of my life their bad manager skills from the manager Jesus treated us so bad, trying to lecture us on a purchases and telling a new cashier helping us that hes off the clock and cant help us or her on our purchase. For the new cashier to figure it out by herself like what type of manager or supervisor does that seriously Jesus has the worst customer service. All we wanted it was to cancel the transaction and start over for no confusion and he kept insisting on giving us a lecture on a high voice talking over us and saying we are wrong that we dont know nothing for us to be quiet and listen to him.

This is a very nice store to shop at. The people are polite and helpful. They have nice produce and fresh baked goods. You can buy fresh fish. They have plenty of good cheeses. The prices are good.

I found El Super clean & organised. The employees were courteous & pleasant. Also the low prices are great! And...checkout time was fast and friendly.

Been to many El Super and this one just has friendlier employees, much more variety of products, very clean and Just a great atmosphere.

Super busy at the butcher, and dairy counters.... Considering the price and selection not a bad trade-off. Huge produce section with lots of choices unlike most supermarkets or local grocers lately. The pre marinated Al pastor I bought was delicious. The cashier was very quick and friendly... All in all my first visit was a good visit, and Ill gladly be coming back in the future for Mexican food night shopping. There is a bit of a strange smell is all through the air in this store I couldnt quite pin it like plastic being made or an industrial solvent so 4/5.

The produce here is fantastic. The rest of the food there is aimed towards a Mexican clientele. Virtually every price comparison I have made on items other than produce have been substantially higher than Walmart. Lemon juice costs $3.99 here and $0.99 at the dollar store for the exact same brand and bottle size.

Love coming to El Super. Fresh bake goods, fresh produce, fresh meat and fish and chicharrones....

Always long lines. Not enough personal in the entire store. They should have more caring and nice employees. They work too slow in the meat department.

It was a nice store. The prices are incredibly cheap. I was really surprised with how much I left with. The cashier was also very pleasant. All around good experience.

I would give 100 stars if I could, I really appreciate Hector who is collecting the shopping cart in the parking lot for his integrity and earnest. I cant imagine what I could do if it wasnt for him picking up my wallet left in shopping cart and waiting there for me. There were 10+ credit cards, debit cards, membership cards, my driver id and even blank checks along with several dozens bucks in the wallet. I was so excited and felt saved after he was telling yes, I saw it. Hes such a valuable employee, I have no doubts your store will become top 1 favorite and reliable store if you have employees like Hector.

El Super doesnt seem geared towards all ethnic groups, as well as lacks luster and cleanliness...

Had an extremly poor customer service well I was being cashed out. The cashier was too busy taking her time to ring me out as she had a conversation with her coworker. Her manager (name tag said Maria) passed by and spoke to the cashier while I had to bag my own groceries. - This was on Thursday 04/12/2018 around 9:20pm.
