I bought a large prime rib from them that was already frozen. I kept it in my freezer for 2 months. I unthawed it in the refrigerator for 2 days. When I cut open the packaging it was the most foul smelling meat I had ever experienced. BEWARE when buying frozen meat from them. This had to have been thawed and rotten before my purchase. When I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me easy the pain of $100 purchase that went straight into the garbage they said no.

It doesnt get any better than Shamrock Foods Store thats open to the public. Like a small Costco but no membership fees 👍 just picked up pork butt for $1.05 per pound.. great for a 20 hour smoke, tonight is Ribeye Steaks 😀 my sales rep, Hector Pineda is probably the best in Arizona for suggesting such great cuts of beef ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lots of bulk food at good prices. Worth checking out especially on a free Sunday. Great meats and produce to choose from and a huge diary section full and always cold.Lots of ethnic and international products are carried as well. It also has some kitchen products and cleaning essentials.

The Shamrock Store has been an amazing resource for our business. They are always able to help us get the quality products we need when we need them. We have formed a great relationship with them and their staff. Its the little things that matter, walking in and having them acknowledge us by name as well as the amazing customer service they provide. If we need help finding items or loading up, they are always there to help out, we dont need to go looking for the help. The Store Manager Richard as well as Nick & Marcos and the rest of the staff are some of the most knowledgeable people we know in the industry and they are always willing to find out answers to our questions and go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. The store is always clean and well lit as is the parking lot. Its just a great place to do business. We HIGHLY Recommend the Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse for all of your food needs, Restaurant, Caterer, Food Truck or just personal. They can help you out.

This is a tale of two stores. The store itself, if you’re doing impromptu shopping, deserves a 4. Other than stocking issues, they do a pretty good job. However, the “will call” department is abysmal. The department is horribly understaffed and unbelievably slow. It can take sometimes more than 30 minutes to get an order. Today, after waiting 15 minutes just to get help, I was told my order couldn’t be found. After confirming with my rep that it was indeed in the system, she called to figure out what was going on and they didn’t even answer their phone. Pathetic!UPDATE: I attempted to contact the company at the address they provided in their response and I was ignored. Clearly, they want to look like (on this website) that they care about customer issues, but they do not.

This place is awesome they have EVERYTHING FOR CHEAP!! Ill be coming back for sure.

The staff is great.. Friendly helpful. However would be nice if the outside reps stopped parking in all of the customer will call parking spots. Theres only 3 customer will call parking spots and the reps take them. So customers have to park further away when picking up orders.

A bit slow on customer will call service.Other than that you can count on almlst anything you Lookin for.

Been in here a couple times, and constantly see maskless customers, sometimes even workers. They don’t enforce it all, even before mask mandates were “relaxed,” which is quite sad. Good place to shop, but missed the mark with masks.

Always a win here.you dont need a membership card or anything and great meat prices with restaurant quality but you must buy in bulk,no biggie. I got a filet in a bag for 85$ and cut 12 2 thick steaks,well worth it.Bulk seasonings as well

Pretty much designed for food service but I really like some of the Shamrock dairy products, they are MUCH better than the Daisy sour cream products. And their milk is always the best quality and freshest.

I was serious costumer loyal some years ago I never buy in others stores when about my business I’m talking about, rude service, wrong prices and when I want my disconunts because some things was break the got mad I stop to buy a lot things every week shopping I perfer to buy in smart final good service that is the all matters.

Great hidden gem. Pretty much nobody notices it, or they think its for restaurants only. It is not.They do have many things in quantities only a restaurant or big family or big party could use but not always. Milk, cheese, deli meats, sanitizer, gloves, kaiser rolls and so much more.

My Mom made a special request for a product that is not available to purchase in Arizona locally. It would have been easy for anyone to say its not available and that be the end of this story. The people that she dealt with at Shamrock went above and beyond for us so that I could give my best friend his beloved Bosco cheese sticks as a birthday surprise!Thank you so much! We will be back to visit the warehouse on our next trip to Phoenix. So will my friends parents who run concessions up here in Prescott!

Store is nice, but the customer service was atrocious. There were 6 people at the customer service station, 2 of them helped a little then walked off, one was helping another customer, and the rest were sitting in a corner talking. Other than that, nothing too bad about the store, good for getting what you need there.

I would like to extend my experience at shamrock for the first time to Corey shaut. I am new to the area and have heard a lot of good reviews about the store. I was in to purchase some things and not real sure of where things were. Corey gave me a tour of where stuff was located in the isles and when I asked him a question about a certain item he was quick to respond and took me right to it. He went above and beyond to help me. Ive passed this store for over a decade thinking it just had milk, and eggs, and you had to be some kind of v.i.p person to even enter here. Yesterday I dropped in just to finally check it out, and I was dead wrong. I went shopping this morning as a matter of fact, and it was like being in a candy store for me. They had everything I needed to feed the family for a month with only $200 spent. I didnt even need to be a member or restaurant owner. A regular jo smo like me was able to shop here. Ill probably get a shamrock card, because they said I can even save more than the already savings I got just shopping in bulk like that. They have a little section for 1/2 off meats also. This place was great and would have gotten 5 stars; however, I bought a stock pot about 6 weeks ago. I never used it or treated it, labels still attached no damage. They would not take the item back for refund or store credit...why? Because it was too long since purchase. Its pot, not food product!!! They have lost my business and everyone of my associates. Horrible return policy.

Have purchased a lot of meat here. The quality and taste way surpasses that of where we have bought before. Also, I love how friendly everyone is, and even one employee Corey went above and beyond to help me load my car which made it so much easier seeing how I was carrying my baby. Its a bit of a drive for us, but so worth it.

They do a pretty good job here. Most everything is in stock. Could be a little cleaner. But we still love coming here.

They have some good prices on some items & the store is conveniently located. The store is clean with everything neatly stocked & easy to find IF you know EXACTLY where to look. If, however, you need assistance locating an item or even to find IF THEY CARRY a particular item or the price thereof...... dont expect to encounter a FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Instead you should expect to encounter staff that has virtually no knowledge or understanding of what their products are if they have them or what their price is. You should also not expect to by greeted with a friendly customer service oriented individual. They seem angry or put out if they must serve you at all or answer any of your questions. I have never in my life as a business owner seen such a general lack of concern for the business they run or the customers they serve. Unless I otherwise must purchase a particular item from them..... I will be spending my money at the other restaurant supply store just up the street from this one.

Always get great product and service at Shamrock FSW Phoenix! I needed a hard to find item (in bulk). They didnt have it in store, but they did have it in their warehouse. After a quick phone call, I was able to pick it up the next day!
