Stopped in today to replenish my supply of savory mayonnaise and grab some lunch. Sean and Joe were extremely nice. Sean greeted each customer with the same courteousness and made sure all of their questions were answered. Joe made our food and brought it out to us personally and made sure everything was ok, including asking if we needed any more chips. I’m sure most everyone only comes here around holidays, but I would recommend coming to this location for these two alone.

Everything is so good and ready to eat, almost...except the soup ingredient mix I bought. Cooking soup with my instant pot as I am typing this.I tasted the signature honey baked ham, Mac n Cheese on the sides, and sweet rolls. These are dinner meal deal. I also bought the whole cheesecake sampler. That’s what happened when you shop hungry :-P

The store is very busy today with holiday hams being picked up... They did a decent job marking off the line and putting down markers to keep distance in the line. However, in my opinion they would provide increased safety by keeping a majority of that line outside. Its Arizona, and the weather couldnt be more prime for an outdoor line.

I was hungry for a honeybacked ham tonite around 10 so I called the one was closest to me. Anyways, long story short, the phone just kept ringing. I don’t know if someone was just busy taking the hams out of the ovens, maybe rotating them or whatnot but nobody answered. I know the stuff is good though so I gave three stars, just disappointed I couldn’t get one tonight and that no one answered or even gave me an answering machine where I could leave a message with my order.Also, I wonder if they carry sides, like Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and stuffing. That’s good stuff too.Pies

Tavern club sandwich is so good. Top 5 best sandwich Ive had. Very friendly staff. Plus you can pick up stuff for dinner after you get lunch. Hard to beat.

It has been a very long time since i had Honey Baked. I am from the midwest. The taste was diffrent from home, which is Detroit. But was not bad for living in Arizone.

Moving from Hawaii we have something very similar if not exactly the same. Just awesome! Very helpful staff and genuinely good people. If your near a honey baked ham and need hawaiian sweet rolls this is the place too. Mahalo Honey Baked Ham Co.

We reserve A turkey for Thanksgiving ahead of time and the day we showed up they said theyRan out of turkeys. No call ok email. Jus we don’t have em. Not even a discount. Now we have to find a turkey last minute. What a joke.

I wanted for over an hour, that is about the time I expected. I received a 10 pound ham, the spiral had a nice cut on it.The direction said warm it for 10 minutes, so I did that and the ham was very cold. So I pulled it from the table and warmed it for for an hour longer and that was not enough time to get it warm. Finally at the right temperature. We could not eat it because it was really salty! I had to slow down the dinner to replace the ham. I will not get a ham never again!!

Best ham in town...their turkey is great too. It is impossible to replicate their superior product at home. Great cold (and hot)

The service was really good, but a word to the wise. If you are buying a ham for a holiday, be prepared for a very long wait. They were fully staffed and moved as quick as they could but a lot of people order a head.

My sister and I were given a gift card for here from a friend. We had never been there and decided to go one day. We went in and were treated terrible. We felt uncomfortable, lost, and just unwelcome. There was an extremely long line, which we didnt mind waiting. When we got closer to the front, we asked a woman who worked there how the ordering worked there. She gave us a look like we were stupid. She snickered and said what do you mean? I told her we had never been there before and it looked like people were just buying hams. We thought it was a place you can order sandwiches. She laughed at us and then ignored us. When we got to the front of the line we asked her again. She looked annoyed and with a snobby attitude, told my sister to goto an empty register and wait for her there. My sister went to the first empty register and waited. The woman then came behind the counter and asked my sister what she wanted. My sister, again, explained to her that she had never been there and doesnt know how the ordering worked. The woman rolled her eyes and continued to speak rudely to my sister. When the woman walked away, another employee came over and explained to us that when its close to the holidays, the kitchen closes and they just sale hams and sides. The employee heard the way the woman was treating us and even said that she didnt understand why the woman didnt explain that the first time we asked. It was a terrible experience.

Whoa! This team is super courteous - I did not eat but I needed a restroom nearby. I asked if it was customers only and the cashier made it a point to make me feel welcomed, even offered me a drink! Food looks great as well, will def be eating here soon. :)

Totally unorganized, three employees kept telling us we were on wrong line. Then the last person said go back to first line (the longest) and wait there after being told that was the wrong line the first time.No Ham this years.

Best service & best employees. Even at this time of the year, busy busy ( 12-27-18) she came out from behind the counter to assist with showing me where the ham bones were & helping me to get two that were just my size. Thank you...Ill be coming back soon. And as always, this ham is the best!

I was in the store before 8:00 a.m. there was not very many people. However they made everybody go behind the red line. And then somebody told everybody to go outside the door. And this poor lady behind me ended up being at the back of the line. So I told the lady at the cash register that she was right behind me. And what does she say you both better not be lying to me. Wow!!! Then she tried to charge me twice! Very rude!!!

This location and I are just having the most unhappy experience the first time i went in there was out of all fairness close to closing so they were out of stuff and had no soup but today I went in there and no one was around it was at 4:09pm so I called my girlfriend 8:02 seconds later according to my cellular call that i was still on a very friendly man appeared from the back and informed me they had no soup today wow 2hrs. Before closing one day I might be able to get some good food here but until then Ill give them 1 star for friendliness

This place needs a new sandwich maker. I have been wanting a Honey Baked Ham sandwich for weeks and I ordered one on whole wheat bread.What I got was a sandwich that did not have enough ham to cover the bread, bread that was so dry I took my sandwich home and used my own bread and cucumbers sliced so thick they were thicker than the bread. And to add insult to injury they included a pick that was so old it was limp. This woman is definitely not into it.

Used to love this place, we would bring our dog after his regular vet visits and enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area. We were very disappointed a few days ago that favorite side dish, the potato salad, was absent. My husband could not get the ham and bean soup, either. Its a long drive for us, and way too pricey for lunch anyway, so goodbye, Honeybaked Ham.

Considering the long line the whole team got us out quickly and were very friendly.
