Came to buy quartz panel approximately 5.5 feet by 11 feet. Probably weighs about a ton. When asking how they load it, reply : with a forklift and clamp. Into a box truck ok? No problem (at end of day) Will hold 4: 10 days. Show up with box truck, 2 guys; 1 driving forklift get it almost half way on, then tell me cant load it. Only onto flatbed. No box truck. Guy in office says cant get everyone to help. Must have informed me when bought. They need to put a sign up!

Many hundreds of doors and windows at great prices. Scratch and dent, Home Depot returns etc. They have door trim and baseboards and cabinets. The doors are mostly 40-60 bucks and are separated and organized making it easy to find what you are looking for.

HUGE warehouse full of windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures, vanities and more. Wander around and see whats there or ask for and get expert and courteous help. Its a great discovery for me and my small household projects, but Im sure builders can take benefit from such a resource.

Quite the little treasure hunt here. They have widows, doors, trim, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, solid surface slabs, etc. I didnt even make it through the whole place. Prices are clearly displayed on everything (there is a 12% buyers premium plus tax). Perfect if youre looking for one of something or can be flexible.

We have gone to BMO several times over the years for our remodels. They have incredible pricing on high quality materials, but you do kind of have to know what you are looking for or it can be overwhelming. The hours are a bit odd and the location is a random place you would not expect so a little tricky to find the first time, so make sure you double check before you attempt to go out there.

Awful customer service, they wouldn’t find anyone to help me and indicated they were just trying to run out the clock until they closed. I called later to ask my questions in person and they put me on hold for 20 minutes, forgot to pick up; when I called back they spent most of the call talking to other people rather than helping me, and then got annoyed with my call/hung up on me.DONT LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Ive been purchasing building products here at discounted prices for years. No complaints thus far. Staff is helpful and the products are sound. Purchased 5 pre-hung interior doors for the same price of 3 at Home Depot and theyre better quality.

Any type of building materials you might need for pretty much any project you can find it here! I picked up 2 extremely hard to find sizes of interior hollow core doors 1 with jamb & 1 without for only $50!!! No one in Arizona can beat that price or even come close! I will be back whenever I need materials.

Better prices than the big boxes. Selection is somewhat narrow, so don’t expect everything under the sun. Be patient and you just might find something. Was looking for something to match current cabinets. Went to Cabinets to Go, price was double for not as good a match, AND I had to assemble them. Got a better match for an assembled item. They do give instructions if an item is damaged when it arrives at job site. Thankfully, ours was is in great shape. Nate helped us and he was awesome. God Bless!

Called and inquired about their selection of sliding patio doors. Lady on the phone said they had hundreds with a moving inventory. I asked if she had any my size (standard 72x80) and she said they don’t keep them in inventory and couldn’t tell me, she also wouldn’t send anyone to look (all 5 minutes worth of checking), but assured me there were plenty.I arrived, after a one hour drive and found about a total of 7 (very dusty) sliding doors, certainly not hundreds or anywhere close, all but one was even close to my needs and still wasn’t going to work. Why couldn’t someone just look before I made the long trip? Why did she lie about the number of patio doors available? To top it off, I asked someone to help me find more patio doors and he was super rude. I then explained to the person at the desk that I felt the lady on the phone misled me and I wasted a bunch of time and this was my last trip to their facility, again their response was totally rude. Their customer service is disappointing to say the least. Also on a side note, their selection of vanities is dismal, super out dated and basically big empty boxes with a drawer. This is not what people want.*****I previously purchased granite, sinks and faucets from the natural stone dealer (separate company inside their warehouse) and they are fantastic, don’t let this review keep you from working with Robert in the natural stones.

After searching all over town for a new bathroom vanity top, including all the home improvement stores I saw this place on a Google search.Let me just say wow! They had a large selection of tops, vanitys, kitchen cabinets, doors, windows, granite and just about anything you would need for a home renovation. All at very competitive prices.I picked up a 49 inch granite vanity top with included China sink, backsplash and side splash for half the price custom shops wanted.Check this place out if your doing any remodeling.

Be very careful, but 7 doors from this place in 2 of them were missing pieces and/or hardware. Initially we could not see that these pieces are missing because the doors were incased in a frame. They absolutely would not return or exchange them. Another sour know is we asked them to hold a French door for us for the following day so we could get a truck to move it. They told us it would be held and rode our name on it. Turns out next day it was sold to somebody else because one of the and please was good friends with the person that bought it. There is a reason why its so dark and there is so you truly cant see the flaws and badd quality of their products

I found everything I needed for my she shed interior. Flooring, windows and base-board. The guys there are so helpful and they were so accommodating with my 1K questions! I could just walk around in there for hours. The helped me to get my items in the truck, super cool!

It’s a diy warehouse. You need to know what you are looking for and you need to find it and measure it yourself. The staff is willing to guide you to the right direction but they will not select stuff for you. Also if you are looking for something specific is a bit of a lottery. It may not be there now but it might be there on your next visit. Also beware that everything will be 20% over the price due to fees.

Good store. Look your items over good and understand their return policy and you will be ok.

I still use this place for discount pieces. You can find one offs and use them. Doors and random trim are cheap. Bulk trim or cabinets not as much. Ive noticed the prices are going up and can get better at some direct moulding suppliers. Prices at the Minnesota location are better .

Their prices are not low for cabinets. They also dont tell you able their 20% surcharge thats on top of their already high prices. We paid $350 for cabinets with sink and counter top when Home Depot sells them for less and better quality. I would get a complete quote before heading over there so you understand their exact fees. Not very friendly their either. Oh, NO REFUNDS at all.

Ok. nothing fantastic or exceptional savings. they add 12% to everything you buy before tax as a middle man so there goes any savings. found a nice vanity for my bathroom 36 priced at $395 they added $50 so came out to 515 after tax. again its OK its nothing fantastic.

The customer service was excellent and they have a great selection of cabinets, trim, doors and a lot more. I will be coming back for my next project.Update: two of the pieces I purchased had damaged which couldnt be returned. They might have a decent price tag, but quality is questionable. Keep in mind that this place sells materials for a fraction of the cost of big box stores. We just snagged a beautiful solid wood door for $15! That being said, dont expect to wander brightly lit shiny aisles of lovely arranged items. The displays are great when it comes to cabinets and sinks. When it gets to the nitty gritty like moulding, trim, doors and windows, be prepared to do some scrounging! Everyone there has been helpful and friendly. I suggest going with a list, there is a good reason that they call this a candy store ;)

Great place to find doors and windows for cheap. Not a huge selection for pre-hung doors. Having someone hang them for you will cost around $150 (not done here). Window prices are amazing with terrific brands like Pella.

Cool building supplies! We got the tile we were looking for. Scott helped us load everything into the car.

They have some good prices but you MUST know exactly what you want. If they help you with your purchase you may end up with materials you cant use. I needed up being give faucets that dont work with the sinks I purchased from them and they will not let you return them. They also charge an additional 12% fee for all purchases that you might miss as well.

I almost dont want to talk about all the savings I find in this place because as you discover it, there will be less for me! Solid, hardwood Interior and exterior doors, replacement windows, baseboards and beautiful crown molding and mill work, kitchen and bathroom cabinet stock, prefab and slab granite, natural Stone, quartz & tile all under one unairconditioned roof. Building Materials Outlet staff not that friendly or helpful. Typically the just seem annoyed, even when it comes time to pay. If any questions they can be abrupt and seem inconvenienced. Hard to find products that are not damaged and prices not that great since there is a markup and with a no return policy you have to be exactly sure product will work. Warehouse often very messy and a lot of products are buried. New cabinets also quite pricey for quality. After multiple trips over the years, not much luck or good feeling when shopping there.

Terrible selection, no refunds on anything even if you find concealed damage. They told me I could return something over the phone then when I drove all the way back they refused. They have a ton of junk - odds and ends, but not enough of anything to complete a project with. The lady at the desk even said she would give me credit, then after I found something after searching for 2 hours, she changed her mind.Poor selection, poor quality, poor service. I wont be back...and I am a general contractor with 25 years experience in the valley.
