Friendly service very helpful and understandable when you need parts for a cooler and other needs for your AC repair.I Robert I recommend coming to Gordons shop for your swamp cooler needs and AC cooler needs One Stop Shop and they definitely will have the parts you need reasonable prices so dont waste time Going Home Depot. Best place for all your cooler& Ac part needs.

Customer Service was above excellent. I order a custom 2 side panel to be made for my evaporator cooler they said it was going to take up two week to make them. It took them a little less than 2 weeks to be made. I really appreciate Gorman for making them for me. Cuz summer is almost here i dont want to suffer from heat related illnesses.

This place has great selection and fair prices. What they dont have is a sense of customer service. I dont expect cheers or even a smile, but often their attitude is condescending. Like its a bother to have to serve you. On top of that they are listed as open till noon on Saturday. When you arrive theres a sign in the window, barely readable, that says closed on Saturday.

Came in and bought a pump for 150.00 when I called and told them the type of cooler I had they said I had to cut the end off and wire up my end to it. Pump went out in a few hours when I took it back I was told that they could not warranty it because I had cut the plug.

New ownership seems to be addressing the service issues others have posted about previously, I encountered very nice staff. I was impressed to see that they had parts that other bigger stores in the Valley didn’t. I drove all the way into Phx from San Tan Valley on a recommendation from a friend, and wasn’t disappointed.

Q: When is a paying customer NOT worth showing common courtesy to? A: When they show up at Gorman Cooler Supply near quittin time. I showed up just a couple minutes past 4:00 pm. Theres two employees standing around outside shooting the breeze. They were in no hurry to go anywhere. I apologetically explained how bad the traffic was and my problems in getting there, could they PLEASE just sell me the parts I came for? The female employee basically totally dissed me and refused to assist me, continued to stand there, ignoring me, while talking to some weirdo on a bicycle, in sunglasses and a SKULL kerchief over his lower face! Skull-man was clearly more important to this bimbo than a customer! I was there, ready, willing, and able, to buy $135.00 worth of cooler parts. Brother, is the owner of Gorman going to hear about this...

The new owner is a man with integrity. The staff is amazing and the offering is well sorted to fill the clients needs. If you have an evaporative cooler, this is your go to spot!

This place is being operated under new ownership since my last visit a year or so back and oh what a welcome change! As soon as I walked through the door I was met with a smile and a little small talk - I felt right at home. I was assisted by the owner locating everything on my list and his customer service and attitude is a perfect example of how a business should treat their customers. Given the choice of shopping for my cooler supplies at Gormans or Home Depot (where you first deal with the parking lot, then scoping out just where the cooler supplies are being stocked at the time, then locating a department specialist and then waiting to be assisted), I choose Gormans.

Knowledgable about products. Helpful with service. Happy to walk me through any questions I had. Quick to respond. Quality is top-shelf.

If you want service from rude, grouchy, unprofessional people (David) who take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes; Gormans Cooler Supply is the place for you. I would expect your (David) type of behavior from one of todays day and age teenagers, but, your a grown man (David); own up to & fix your mistakes, you will sleep better at night.Unfortunately, for home owners, Gormans is about the only place that will sell evaporative cooler parts & equipment to the general public; it is well known in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry to stay away from this place amongst contractors. Lesson learned, I WILL NOT under any circumstance give this establishment another penny of my money.

Horrible customer service, does not stand behind what they sell. Better off going to Home Depot.

The guy in front cashiers was dick, he was trying to make me move my truck and trailer when clearly there wasnt any other spot for me to park, cars where just spread thru out the whole parking lot maybe if they didnt have the large hot dog canopy there wouldnt have been an issue.
