After reading some of the reviews from customers with home warranties I was skeptical, since I am using my home warranty as well. After meeting Leonard all worries were put to rest. He was filled with so much knowledge, experience, and compassion. It’s unbelievable how anyone could rate this company below 5 stars! Not to mention, he diagnosed and fixed my AC promptly. I also had an experience with one more technician, Kurt. He as well, was wonderful and full of knowledge. You can tell they only hire honest, reliable, hard working, and just plain good people!!!!! So anyone who reads the home warranty reviews that are negative DON’T BELIEVE IT!!! This is the only company that I will use and trust!!!!

The line employees are all very nice folks, but the management is wildly incompetent, at least when it comes to customer service. In 2017, ATM installed 2 new AC units for us. In mid-August of this year, one of them stopped blowing cold air. The unit is still under a parts warranty. The first technician, while a very nice person, misdiagnosed the problem - a trip that cost nearly $300. When the first fix didnt work, ATM came back out. This time (late August), we were told we needed a part, but they would have to order it. (To ATMs credit, they did not charge for the freon added during this trip.) Again, this is August in Phoenix. We were then told the part would be here by September 7 for an installation the next day. Shortly after that, we were told the part was missing, they didnt know where it was, and we would just have to wait. Then they finally reach out to tell us the part is in and they will be here on September 24 in the afternoon to install it. Of course, that day, they call and say they cant make it because another job is taking longer than expected, meaning we would have to wait another weekend for this to be over. Finally they show up, install the part, and without any advance warning that there would be any charge, spring a bill for over $1,000. Then as an accommodation they knocked off $100 - insulting after the 6-week ordeal to get the part. The kicker is that I was told the owner would call to discuss this fiasco. To date, no call has been received. Never again with these guys, and I will be sure to convey this to my neighbor who also bought from them. EDIT: Leonard is lying. I have never spoken to him on the phone or otherwise. Stay away from this company.

First time working with them through home warranty. They were able to get out very quickly with the temp being over 100° outside. The technician diagnosed the unit right away with replacement parts on hand. The AC was back up and running in less than an hour. EXTREMELY grateful for them today!

Its very clear that by reading reviews, and my own experience that they treat a person using their home warranty like trash compared to people who call them directly. My fan for my AC wasnt turning on and it was already 85 degrees, early in the afternoon in my house, so I put in a service request with my property management company and after they sent it to them, I was unfortunate enough to be placed with Arizona Trade Masters, this was on 6/29/21. After calling they told me the soonest they could get out was today (7/9/21). Obviously this wasnt going to work so I called the management company back and they sent out a company the next day. This company was great figured out the problem, changed the thermostat which was a temp fix until the repair/ replacement could happen. The owner of my place didnt want to go with with property managements company because she wanted to use the home warranty company. Understandable. Twice this week the ac stops working, so I was happy that I kept my appointment with ATM, until Javis showed up. I wasnt able to be home so I had my partner explain what happened and read him the other companies write up so theyd have more information. Big mistake, he starts telling her since someone came out already that company needs to do with work through the home warranty. Had he explain that he IS the company from the home warranty and we need his diagnostics so the HW company will proceed with the repairs, because the other company was from the property management company not home warranty. I heard her clearly state this time him. He still tries to say there is nothing he can do, but I told my partner to not let him leave without checking it. After calling his supervisor he finally goes on the roof. After a very short time he showed back up at the door and hands my girlfriend a write up that only says Informed customer that the company who diagnosed issue should do repairs through home warranty company and leaves. Clearly didnt listen to a word my partner said. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague, there are many better options in our hot city. Also if you get stuck with them from your home warranty, beg that you get a different company.

Ive never received worse service in my entire life. Had an appointment in March for an AC tune up. The technician was late and did not complete the tune up. They rescheduled for April 21st and never showed. Then they rescheduled for May 31st and called May 21st to say that it was scheduled for May 24th. I could not get prepared for service on such short notice and was told they were not open on May 31st. Wow, terrible service all around. Never use them!!

We’ve had snakes in our yard & garage, we talk about them each time he’s here. we had a new air conditioning unit installed a few years ago. I was scheduled with this company through my home warranty. They took forever to come out and then did not even check in the attic or upstairs. The repair did not last more than a few days and when I called in to get a second look the man who answered the phone and referred to himself as the boss was incredibly rude.

AZ Trade Masters came out when we placed a ticket with our warranty company. Jarvis was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped fix the problem with our thermostats (they had been set up incorrectly and werent allowing the heat to work properly). He was on time and courteous and was very thorough in making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Would recommend.

I had a negative experience with Arizona Trade Masters. My AC broke down so I have them scheduled through my Home Warranty. I called them to schedule and the lady who picked up was no where near to polite. Next them they came to check the AC and after around 1hr diagnosis told that the TXV valve need to be replaced and the Freon need to be recharged which is around 3-4 pound. He diagnosed that due to bad valve Freon is not flowing is its icing near the outside fan. So I called them again after my home warranty approved the TXV replacement cost. I was tolled that it takes 2 hr time so they can only come after 4-5 days which is 14th. Also I have to pay for Freon recharge which is $585 for 9 pound. $65 per pound after $10 discount from HW. Even though I felt it was higher than market standard I agreed to pay.On 14th one person came to fix and he was way too rude. Did not answer properly to our questions of what he is trying to fix. After around 1.5-2 hr he told that the AC is fixed but he dont know about the Thermostat so refused to check the AC vent whether it is blowing cold air. He was really eager to go and was annoyed why I asked him to give me receipt about the Freon recharge. So he told me its not written so its free and if i want he will charge me. He cant give me any receipt for Freon.Anyway i hoped that the AC is fixed and I waited for next 3 hr but still no cold air was coming. It was same as how it was before. So i opened the ticket and called them again. This time another lady picked up and she was nice to schedule another visit in the afternoon. One person came and he checked for 1 hr and told me could not find what is happening since still there was icing near the outside fan. After few mins he wanted to check the AC filter and told the filter is blocking the air and that is causing all the problem. So he changed the filter and checked the vent and it worked. Basically this should have been checked on the 1st day and it would have solved the problem. Because changing the TXV valve and recharging the Freon did not have any effect on the condition of the AC output. It was all because the Filter. So I was charged $585 for the Freon and my Home Warranty was charged for TXV and labor just for nothing.3 service person from ATM came to repair and out of them 2 did not detect the actual problem so i feel 66.66% of their service persons are not good and they will high charge you for something which is not needed.

We were suggested Arizona Trade Masters from our home warranty company. They have not disappointed. Leonard, the owner, really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. Its nice to work with a small business with that kind of ownership. Jarvis, the tech that needed to come to our house 3 times in a month, was also very good and friendly. Overall, the experience with ATM far surpassed the experience with 2 other AC companies we had worked with prior.

ATM Trademasters team are outstanding. They were very courteous, professional, and personable. Leonard and Juan were very helpful with answering all our questions as first timers having to replace an entire unit in the AZ heat (record temperatures during a pandemic). They were very quick and responsive with getting our unit replaced in under two days. Ensuring our family stays nice and cool during a difficult time. Their prices and services (warranty) are very reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I am so impressed with these guys! Customer service was extremely kind and even called to schedule earlier because someone canceled. Leonard came out and fixed the AC issue on the spot and got us all filled up on Freon. In this 115 degree heat, this was a total blessing to get up and running so quickly. These guys run an honest business and so thankful my home warranty referred them. I was so stressed about not having the AC, repair costs, and potentially replacing any parts and Leonard was extremely knowledgeable about my unit and how to repair it properly. Would recommend! :)

I get nervous when I have to rely on my Home Warranty company to repair my A/C - but in this case, it was wonderful! The office kept in close communication with me (which is much appreciated). The tech arrived and got right down to business. He was patient with all my questions, and was able to come a day earlier than anticipated! We have been using Arizona Trade Masters for the past 9 years. They are honest, professional, respectful and kind. When we first met them we had a home owners warranty. The first two people that came out to the house said there was an unrepairable problem that would require fabrication and rebuilding of the unit in the attic. We requested a third repair company and Arizona Trade Masters came out, replaced the part for $600 and were quick and kind! So we went from unrepairable and ridiculously expensive to a cool house in July. Thank you for being a part of our family for 9 years!

Called Home Wrnty and they assigned AZTradeMasters. Arrived during time slot and had the pleasure of meeting Juan, Sr Tech.Juan conducted the Fall tune-up for the furnaces. He checked the thermostats. He discussed the inspection and we discussed proper settings. Will recommend for Spring A/C tune-up, hope it is Juan again.

I had my fall HVAC tuneup service done today and what an awesome experience. To set up the appointment was very easy and the gentleman was so nice. The tech DJ showed up today on time to check out the unit and what a nice polite gentleman. He also told me about the Maintenace Agreement which will be great to have. Tech Juan Alvarez was.at my house on a wed to fix my air conditioner which i found out was 19 years old. Needless to say we needed a new one .He walked us through the steps and did the numbers, he gave us all the info we needed. Thursday morning techs Brady, Brian and Nick show up to install within less than 4 hours we have cool air !! GREAT JOB TO ALL !! If I could rate zero I would. My home warranty company sent them out after the first company they sent out had a personal emergency and couldnt do the repair. I explained to them when they called to make the appointment that a company had come out to diagnose but not done any repairs. They said theyd make their own diagnosis and promised they would not do what the first company did to me.Instead they were worse. Scheduled for service window between 10 and 1. When I called at 1 and they did not show up...they said the tech should have called. They checked and the tech still wouldnt be here until 2.When the tech arrived and we discussed the problem. He said they couldnt do anything because another company had already done repairs. I told him.. no repairs had not been done..just a diagnosis. He called his company again and no response. I called and got the same run around on the phone. The lady kept saying it is their company policy not to touch a unit that had already been serviced. I told her that was bull****. They wont ever service a unit that has ever been touched by another company. She said it was due to the home warranty. The home warranty company is the one that changed the service provider and had them come out!!I have to admit I wasnt very nice. But they were not up front and honest to me when I made the appointment..and now I am being punished for being honest with them. Her reasoning...we have new and temp employees during the summer. Then I hung up.This is like me saying, I cant give you any medical treatment advice or treatment because another Dr. already touched your pet. Ridiculous.This is Arizona in the middle of Summer. Out of network to an AC company I have always used in the past. I can guarantee that they will service and fix my problem within the week. Within 24 hours if they area able to.

My A/C stopped working this Saturday and these guys were sent via One Guard. Jarvis was super professional even during these rough times. Had someone come out thru my warrenty today for my ac being out. At first I was impressed because I setup thru my warrenty Thur. night and was told someone would be out Mon. Trademasters was able to come out today, Fri. and did. The person on the phone was nice. The person who came out seemed knowledgable. Said my lines needed to defrost, defrosted them and said in 2 hours my AC would be back to normal. 2 hours later and my AC is still not working and Trademasters is closed till Mon. Lets hope they come out and actually fix my AC. Will update if they do.

The biggest reason it wasnt 5 stars was because they are closed Saturdays and Sundays.But once we got the call Monday morning the appointment was set for same day. Came by 130pm (SHOWED UP EARLY) and was done in about half an hour with cold air blowing.And the technician also was ok with me asking him to wear PPE to help make the visit safer.Yay!

Very poor communication!!! I specifically gave them a number to call for the service, and was very explicit to not call me as Id be overseas: they woke me in the middle of the night to tell me they were on their way! We asked them to not show-up before 11AM (in Phoenix), as one of the A/C units they needed to inspect was in a rental that would be accessible after 11AM, they said they didnt need inside access, so we didnt tell the guest: they got to the site early and said they needed inside, and we couldnt get hold of the guest, so the work wasnt done, and they refused to reschedule without treating that unit as a new full-price work order.

This company came to inspect our AC but the technician was too lazy to check the unit located on the ground. His efforts in checking the duct work went as far as accessing the attic just to take a couple of pictures, the proceeded to advice to call another company to fix it.

This company has been nothing but a hassle for me. The only good thing has been the prompt service. I had a zone control board replaced last year and ever since, Ive had nothing but issues. Turning the heat on blew ice cold air and froze up the AC unit. Turning the AC on now blows 95+ degree air. Getting charged for another visit when obviously something wasnt installed or setup correctly the last few times they were called to my house.

This company is terrible. My home warranty service sent them out to service my ac unit and they made it worse (twice). When they originally came out the guy said it was just low on Freon and put more in (I paid for the Freon as it isn’t covered). It worked for about a week and a half and went out again. Called the warranty company again and the sent them back out. It turns out they over filled the Freon and it blew my coil. They admitted fault and scheduled a time to come out and put a new weld on the coil. When the guy was done he tried to say I owed another 150$ for more Freon. That was followed up by a call from their office also stating I owed for the additional Freon. I said I’m not paying for more when it was your mistake in the first place. Today I had a different company come out to take a look also through the home warranty and they found that it was still over charged and never pressure released from the first go around. Which in turn also put som oil in my Freon line. The new tech releases the pressure but now I have to go back to the warranty company to find out how I can get this fully fixed.Bottom line they try to nickel and dime you. I didn’t even probably need the Freon they tried to charge me for twice. And now have had to have someone available 3 times off work to meet service men.Do not use this company.

Worst experience ever! Home warranty company sent them out as my upstairs unit was blowing air. Text said it was the thermostat proceeded to go into the attic and the unit downstairs mysteriously stopped working at that point as well. Another tech had to come and help the first tech fix his mistake And thank goodness he might’ve actually know about air-conditioning units.....At least he was able to bypass the wireless responder in the unit as they were both now Not functioning by removing those components. So basically I spent money on wireless Thermostats that are no longer wireless capable and nobody other than me he seems to think this is a problem highly recommend calling another company..

We had two large A/C units installed by Arizona Trademasters. The technicians were very knowledgeable, hard working, courteous, and friendly. The ensured all our questions were answered. They picked all of the debris up from the yard and roof. They were on time and coordinated perfectly with the crane operator. Before I purchased the units, I price checked their quote. By far the best HVAC service I have ever had. Within 9 hours of my AC going out they sent a tech who was very professional and knew his stuff. My unit went out at 1030 pm and by 830 am it was back to normal. The tech Josh showed me the problem and what could of caused it, he was very knowledgeable and just an absolute professional. Our air conditioner went out on a very hot 99 degree day. They called us around 10am and said we would be seen between 1-4. At 1:40 they called to say we were next and within a half hour our technician, DJ showed up. He was polite, communicated clearly what the issue was and worked quickly to resolve the problem. My house was super hot and I could tell within minutes the house was getting cooler. Very impressed and will use them again if needed.

Worst AC company in the valley. Customer service is horrible. They dont know how to communicate at all. They scheduled a date with me then didnt show up. When I called they told me I was scheduled for a completely different day and hours. I even had a text message confirming the time and date. I took off work to do this. The supervisor was rude and made it out to be my fault! How is it even possible to be my fault? Haha do not use this company.

Its now 10 days, and now 3rd service call to fix a heater, 1st one, found problem, waited till warranty company said ok, paid my cost, they fixed it it, 5 days later same problem, wow this time they said all freeon leaked out, hmm in 5 days after a complete recharge, then after he leaves today now the heater is very noisy, inside and outside the house and there is now annoying high pitched hum to it. call for 3rd time to have them back out, probably never get it fixed again correctly.

Im sorry to say but this company is not exceptional at all!! We have been without AC for a week. We have been talking to the warranty company and they said the part has been approved; Trade Masters said theyre waiting on their approval. Someone is lying here. Trade Masters said they have no slots to come repair our AC even though they already have the part, till next Tuesday!!!!!!!! 2 weeks without AC That is brutal, our house is 96 - 100 degrees inside. Not a reliable company at all!!

It only took three tries to fix the air conditioning. The first technician insisted we cut back the cactus before installing the new part. But the new part was on the left side of the unit, and the cactus was on the right. Totally unnecessary, and delayed the installation of the part. It was only 100 degrees out.

I made the mistake of going with this company and not doing any research to clear a clogged drain line because my home warranty service said they could come out for same-day repairs and I was desperate to get the work done. When I initially spoke with them on the phone, they neglected to tell me about the full price to clear the line, which didnt include the travel fee. It was only until the technician arrived that I was made aware of this and he told me I could refuse service, but apparently I would still have to pay the fee anyway.On top of all this, the drain line started leaking AGAIN after he had supposedly cleared it. Turns out the drain line wasnt even the issue, but instead was a clog in the hose that feeds into the sink drain. I ended up clearing this myself and, lo and behold, the leaking had stopped. Any skilled technician wouldve checked this beforehand and not charge me for an issue that didnt exist in the first place. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague unless you want to go with a shady company that overcharges for repairs that arent even needed.

They came out a week and a half ago. I had to wait 2 days for an appointment. I had suspicions of a Freon leak or dirty coils. The tech assured me he did not need to go in the attic and it was only low on Freon. Had to pay to put Freon in as it’s not covered by home warranty. Fast forward a week and a half and once again my unit is freezing up and I’m left with no ac for two more days with 4 young kids and 2 dogs until they can come out. They suggested I get a hotel or call home warranty to ask for another company to fix their lack of fulfilling their job. Their phones go to after hour messaging by 1:45 and the “emergency line” doesn’t give a call back as stated on the message. Extremely disappointed in their service.

HVAC went out at 5p on Fri night. Sent a request to American Home Shield. American Home Shield sent us Arizona Trade Masters on Sat at 8a with their contact info. Telephoned Arizona Trade Masters immediately and they said a tech would be out between 10a through 1p. Technician Josh knocked on our door at 10:15a. At 11:15 our HVAC was repaired and running. Would highly recommend.

This company has been sent out by my horrible home warranty company three times since June of last year. The tech has always been nice but here again three months after his last visit my AC unit is out again. To top it off calling the emergency ONCALL is a joke they never call you back and to tell me I have to wait till Monday to get any work done is a joke. Whoever is the oncall should be accountable for all the calls that werent returned especially when the customer says that their house is in the 90s inside. Ill definitely be alot more picky on my next home warranty purchase. Im sure that Id their AC was out they would want the same speedy service especially living in AZ.

Edit: Problem solved. A more experienced technician was sent to our home and fixed the issues the previous technician left behind.Our AC unit was working fine but we had them come out to check it before the summer just to make sure everything was working properly. They said our AC unit needed 5 lbs of coolant so we had them add it. Three days later our AC is not blowing room temp air and not cooling the house. They said they wont warranty their work because it was thru our home warranty company. What a complete scam of a company! They broke something that was working properly and wont fix it.

My AC was giving me issues so I called my home warranty. I knew it was probably the evap coil but wanted to see if anything else was wrong. “Don” came out, looked at my AC and said the unit needed to be taken apart to access my evap coil. I thought that was kinda overboard but ok. I was quoted $1,000-$1,200 for the Work to have two guys come out and disassemble my AC unit to get to the coils. Again, thought that sounded a little extreme. I called another company for a second opinion and they came out ( for free might I add) and I was told the top comes off the AC unit and it will be the standard fee to clean the coils. I was charged $295 by the new company. I would advise you to go with another company, even if this company is the one that your home warranty sends out. I have attached both invoices from the separate companies.

How do I start. We have a home warranty that uses this company to do their service. We have had are air out for 12 days and stll no repair has been done. I have called the home warranty company 7 times, they say they have called this company to get us up and running and we are still down. Everytime we call the home warrant company will say we gave them approvel, then Trademasters say we do not have approvel. Then as i am on the phone the home warranty gives them approvel and we sit and wait to see if they will call us. (They do not so we call them) Thank god it has only been 106 the past 13 days. Hard to live in a house that is 90 plus

Had a leak in an A/C unit. They were supposed to fix the leak and add refridgerant. -3 months later we have the same problem and they way over charged for the refrigerant. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
