Robert is amazing. I have never been so pleased about getting our 150 gallon tank refilled. It has been about 4-5 years since we used it so he personally came out, fixed a valve, then later filled the tank. He came back to test lines and he actually came in to our center kitchen and made sure every pilot light was on. I just felt like he has gone above and beyond.
Went to a Circle K to exchange my tank but was told they hadn’t had propane in months, so I googled where to get my tank filled and am so so glad I found Blue Star Gas. It was about 15 minutes until they were closing, so I called and asked if they would be able to take me even though I’d be there just before they closed. Robert answered the phone and I was delighted when he said “we’d love to”. Honestly, he gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and made me feel more than welcome, it felt like he was an old friend. Not only was he able to quickly and efficiently fill up my tank but he was also able to recertify it and on top of that was sweet enough to give me a complementary calendar with some amazing looking recipes on it. Highly, highly recommend blue star gas and will be sure to tell all my friends about them.
Found this place after a quick propane search online. Tired of overpaying at my local gas station for propane refills. Exchanging tanks at the local grocery store is no better. So I end up here empty tank (BBQ size) in hand hoping for the best. Cost was $10 total plus a punch card for a free refill after 5 fill-ups. Half the total price of the gas station and the tank exchange locations. Wow! Friendly service throughout my visit. Just pulled right in next to the refill tank and done in a few minutes. Thanks guys for a great alternative to the current price gouging going on with BBQ propane refills/exchanges.
Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting 4 months for a new nameplate and still no resolution. The battery charger is not working on my 4 month old generator I purchased from Blue Star. I have sent numerous emails to Robert and Steve and after 20 days of waiting they still have not bothered to take a look at my generator. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a better company.
Robert with Blue Star was so very helpful, I wasnt sure how large my tank was, he helped me measure over the phone and asked me to text him a photo. Unbelievable amazing customer service, They were even able to refill my 100 lb tank the same week. I am a customer for life.
We recently had our old gas water heater replaced with a tankless Rinnai.It was installed by Wes and he did a beautiful job of installation as well as making sure we completely understood the system. Pam, the representative whom we first contacted, was informative and very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the process. The price was very competitive and even more important was itemized so you knew exactly what the cost entailed. So professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair pricing - what more could you want.

Robert with Blue Star Gas is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I live in Casa Grande and I had a problem with my Rinnai hot water heater. The problem I had was that no one in the CG area was qualified to service my Rinnai unit.I called several companies in Phx and Gilbert. I wont mention names but, one company said they dont service my area and I told them I was only a 35 minutes drive from them. Another company wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to come service my unit, but I told them the unit was under warranty, however it did not matter to them. They said I had to pay up front.The Good News is, I called Robert from Blue Star they agreed to come down and not charge as my Rinnai unit was under warranty. Blue Star was prompt and very knowledgeable about servicing my unit. They got the parts I needed and got my Rinnai unit up and running. I cant praise Blue Star Gas enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks Robert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 3 Star rating left by the other guy (and without explanation) left me concerned, plus the cost being $3 a gal over $2.60 for Acorn. However, I reasoned, for only $2 Im going to drive further and waste gas plus time getting there, so I thought might as well give this a try..First, it was a LOT easier to find than I had thought so next time will be easy straight there. Its far closer to my house than any other location.. But the best part is, I had gone to Walmart to exchange my tank the day before, got there after there non posted hour of gardening closing, wasted time. Here the cost of refilling was so much cheaper than exchange, that at this rate, I got 1/2 a tank MORE than what I usually get for the same money at Walmart. Tim helped me, he was very friendly over the phone and he was very friendly/helpful in person (and over a small tank fill, really, he was friendlier and more helpful than I thought a tank fill deserved)!So I saved money AND time over Walmart, traveled a much shorter distance than the other place or Walmart, and the service was actually quicker filling my tank than exchanging it anywhere else.. I personally can say, I will be going here for now on..
