My husband and I were already 3 paint colors in for a new color for our bathroom. We went to Sherwin-Williams for some help. And man did they deliver! We just finished painting our bathroom and absolutely love it! It’s the spa green we envisioned all along. Will definitely be back for our next paint project!

Besides being redonk on the pricing 47 dollars for a gallon of paint and thats the sale price. The colors change depending on the sheen or finish of the paint. So the tester which is in satin and only in satin will not be the same color as the flat or matte even though they have the same name. The customer service was just okay. The did end up exhanging my paint but the guy kept repeating that flat is different than the sample and all colors will vary depending on the sheen. You know where colors will not vary, home depot or Ace. Here are pictures of the two colors that were the same

Ask for Rudy ! I am 40 years a professional painter. Returning to Phoenix to do a custom job. I rely on Sherwin-Williams in every State that I paint in. This location and the service Rudy provided me was not only professional, but decisive, and his knowledge regarding the business - and the necessary supplies and equipment are truly OUTSTANDING. Would give a 6th star if Google allowed.

A voice from the past whispered Sherwin-Williams and I answered...excellent experience within a nicely appointed store...and a helpful employee on top of the mix.

I recently had to have my house painted, my HOA uses the Sherwin Williams palette, this store went above and beyond in helping me pick colors that I loved and that were also approved. It seemed like everything was the same brown when I looked on the HOA page but the salesperson in store helped me find a nicer gray shade.

I first purchased Sherwin Williams paint on the recommendation of my realtor when I was selling my house. I then bought the same color pallet when I bought my new home. I have had good service at the store. The clerks always help take the cans of paint to my car. The only thing that can be improved is the accuracy of the saved records of purchases.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. I told the clerk what I was looking for and he checked his computer and offered me his recommendation . I considered his opinion to be a better solution than what I had in mind. I was very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

Associates are always very helpful and thorough, the stores are always clean and well stock, I really dont have any complaints about my experiences. I get in, get what i need without getting frustrated, am always helped and it never takes longer than it should. These are all rare traits from retail stores these days, whew!

Camelback location... my fave! One of the many things I love about SW is they keep all your paint purchases on file. This has been extremely helpful in the past.

Not the best customer service from Tyree. Given their prices you would expect to be at least greeted before conducting a very transactional sale with very little concern or interest on enhancing the customer experience. Not too impressed. First and last.

I have already sent a few people to your store. I let them know how great it was to have Eileen come to my home for a color consult. Also, when I picked up my paint, Mike was great at helping me out. I will always use Sherwin-Williams for my painting projects.

Was disappointed the emerald satin took 3 coats to cover white over light blue. I was willing to pay more for better coverage but would not buy again

They are very customer service oriented, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And their paint is excellent quality.

Well I pulled up to the store. I had to drive like 35 minutes because I couldnt find one near me and as soon as I go into the store ask for materials one of the clerks there tells me that they only have 10 gallons available and that I have to drive all the way to Cave Creek to pick up the rest of the material so to make the story short I didnt end up driving to Cave Creek or purchasing any paint..
