My goodness....what can I say!? Needed help wall mounting a large TV. Usually I do it myself but it was giving me fits. Made the call to Modern TV & Audio for help. I reached out to a couple companies in town for estimates for our backyard audio situation. Modern TV & Audio were the most responsive and were at our house ASAP for an estimate. Tessa and her technician Adam make a proficient and responsive team. Adam arrived on time and solved all the wiring problems pairing an existing surround stereo system with a new TV and enabled all stereo zones in the house to work properly.

Used Modern TV and Audio to mount and install electrical for 2 55 TVs and 1 65 TV. The technician arrived on time was professional, informative and very skilled. He hung every television perfectly. After purchasing a new large flatscreen for our home, we thought about mounting it ourselves but realized we would have the increased risk of damaging the TV, the wall and probably injuring ourselves. Your team was very friendly, courteous and fast. You had all the materials that I had forgotten; I should have let you supply the hardware and cords needed. The mounted TVs have made the room feel more spacious and increased the aesthetic appeal. 5 stars all the way around!!

After struggling to put up my 82” TV, I gave up, did a google search and found this company. I read the reviews and saw nothing but rave reviews. I sent an email but followed up the next morning: the call taker/scheduler was amazing, polite and asked what I needed and was very clear with her questions and answers. I got a morning appointment the next day (it could have been same day!) for 10-1030. Nathan showed up promptly at 1015 and explained the process. We are in a new house and he and his partner removed their shoes, wore masks and were extremely careful and cautious in our home. They were efficient and amazing with the wall mount of this huge tv- they hid all cables and explained the options as well as what they did- I would highly recommend them and will contact them again for an outdoor patio tv install-

I hired Modern TV and Audio to install a 55inch tv on a bedroom wall. I also needed the power outlet and coax cable outlet extended up the wall behind the tv. They were able to send an installer the same day I called. The installer, Adam, was very professional. He offered advice and options for the placement of the tv and the mounting bracket to use. Adam finished his work in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Modern TV and Audio to others.

Just moved to a new house. Called in the am and they were at my house by noon. This is the first time we hung a tv on the wall. Nate installed our new 75” tv above a fireplace in our family room. It was a particularly tough install as the tv covered two 90s style cut outs. The tv was perfectly centered to cover the spaces behind and all the wires were hidden. Really appreciated his attention to detail, no extra holes or mess. The customer service was excellent and the reason we chose this company. Tess took care of everything we needed and gave us fair and affordable rates. Everything went so well we scheduled to hang the rest of our tvs. Excellent, 10-star company!

The owners husband came to mount a tv, he dropped it and denied he broke it. I call the shop and the owner answers giving me the same amount of disrespect and attitude as her husband did after the fact that I saw and heard him drop my tv. FIND ANYONE ELSE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE FOR THESE SERVICES. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Her husband told my husband to call when we had a tv with no hole in it for them to mount. Then she decides to talk over me on the phone AFTER she hung up with me on my first initial call after the whole incident, due to “my call coming in and out” while explaining what had just happened. I called back and she kept ignoring my calls. Then goes on calling me sweetheart to piss me off more.
