I recently contracted with Next Level to install a Control4 Home Automation system and home theater in my home. The team at Next Level took the time to understand my needs and my budget and delivered a system that beat my expectations. The installation team lead by Andrew made the process look effortless. They ensured optimal speaker placement, dressed the racks for a clean install, and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with the team at Next Level and having them in our home. Had a six camera surveillance system installed. The cameras have excellent resolution and the night vision is crystal clear. The software and phone app could use a little improvement as the software is not the most user friendly and the phone app is very limited (but I dont know if that is the norm for mobile apps of this nature). The technicians were very good and completed the installation in less than a day and their work was very clean and professional. Terry was easy to work with as a sales person and worked with me to get the best system for my budget. Very happy with Next Level and highly recommend them.

Top notch service!!! We were very impressed with the quick installation and depth of knowledge throughout the process. They made this high end technology and integrated audio visual equipment easy to understand and use. We couldn’t be more pleased and are looking forward to enjoying our new house with all its Next Level upgrades.

The audio and comfort control equipment Next Level supplied was priced reasonable for the quality of the hardware and professional manner in which the equipment was installed. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They clean up the job site after each day. The system has so many features I could not possibly learn them all during the end of installation orientation. In the weeks after the system was installed, I called to ask questions. Each time I received a prompt helpful responses. I am very happy with my whole home sound system and HVAC controls. I have not received any complaints from the neighbors - yet!!!!! I am looking forward to adding lighting and ceiling fan controls next.
