This place is awesome it offers everything you want in a TV electronics store. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful. THE PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE THEY MATCHED BEST BUY LOWEST PRICE AND EVEN AMAZON.

You all are a first class operation with a gem of a showroom of the best in audio and visual for a home or business. You do have that high-end feel which your expert staff reinforces and but your prices are as competitive as anywhere around. NOT happy with their service once my equipment was installed. I suddenly couldnt access my stereo system through my TV; called to ask for help - the kid didnt know anything about my system - said he would try to get hold of someone and would call back. Finally got a call back the next day - still unable to resolve my problem. Said he would speak with someone else (after the weekend) and get back to me. Call came in - for $200 more, they will have their tech call me. Their explanation for the additional fee - thats why we sell the additional warranty. They only stand behind their equipment (products) for 90 days! Its only been 8 months! I dont expect issues that soon. Go somewhere else to buy your TVs and stereo equipment!

Went in to set up a whole house audio system. The salesman was very polite. The the manager came over. Absolute jerk. Told me how great they are and customer service was the number one concern. He was terrible. Stay away from these guys. Many great choices in Scottsdale, not them.

My experience with Starpower was absolutely first rate. We were in the process of building a home and Hank made a trip out to the site to help us sit down and explore option for all the spaces. He was absolutely committed to making sure we were the envy of all our friends. He was incredibly responsive and detailed in helping us break out into different phases. The most wonderful part was the experience didnt end with the sale, it just began. Our two installers were world class. On two occasions I knew parts of the house would be difficult and they didnt balk. They went through extra mile. Clean, organized and willing to really get creative I was blown away.There is no question Starpower has earned my business for life!

Installation crew was nice and friendly, thats the only reason for 1 star. 2 months later we are still waiting for them to finish the job. Terrible! Supposedly waiting inn light bulbs to cone in so they can finish the job. At this point I could have driven across the country to pick up lights and installed them myself! What a joke. $17,000 later and still no reasonable explanation from the store manager or company representatives. If we treated our customers this way, we would have been out of business years ago! I would not recommend this company. There are others who would be happy to take your money and get you the quality product and service you deserve!

Walked into Starpower looking to upgrade my TV for the new football season, turned out to be a great decision. Not only do they have a great selection and unbelievable low prices but the customer service was amazing. I was a little overwhelmed at first but, the salesperson made feel at ease and made sure that I made the right decision for me and my budget. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that is in the market for home entertainment that your store is the only place to go. Thanks Starpower...

I agree with Kenneth! I visited this showroom with my Uncle who was looking for a few TVs for his new house. The service was excellent, I particularly enjoyed working with Ron who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely appreciated my experience at Starpower over Best Buy. These guys are subject matter experts and that is what I need when Im getting ready to spend money (or when someone I love is getting ready to do the same).

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am so disgusted with this place and I will never purchase another television from here or allow any of my friends, colleagues,or family to go here. I went there with my brother and the salesman, two of them, have lied, made false promises and inevitably let us down. I think out of all of these things, the lies are the worst. Ron and some guy with his name tattooed down his forearm, are the two weve dealt with. The one with tattoos has bold faced lied about a conversation, and its wrong. Theyve already lost a couple of sales from my circle, and I will do my best to make sure they lose even more from my husbands very large company, my sons engineering firm and everyone I come in contact with. Go to COSTCO, Sams Club of even Best Buy, theyve never let me down and actually stand behind their products AND warranties. In a world that has choices, customer service SHOULD be considered, and this place doesnt even bother trying annnnndddd going on and on about how good you are, doesnt help the fact that you let the ball drop and your salesman lied. Wrong Wrong Wrong! Not even giving back the money for a 5 year warranty....shady deals. Money isnt always the bottom line....they could have even met half way.

Came in to buy a projector. Asked the sales rep to give my brother and I a couple minutes to discuss which one to purchase. Waited about 20 minutes, started looking for him and he blew us off for another customer. Thats cool, I get it. Bought my projector elsewhere.

The media equipment capital! They have all the Home Theatre options for all price ranges. Staff is friendly and helpful in making you personal selection.The Demo Theatre they have in the back section, is awesome.

Excellent place to buy home theater equipment. The associates are extremely knowledgable and didnt feel like I was getting up sold or pressured to buy anything I didnt want or need. Hank was the associate assisting me and I was very please by all the info and set up he provided me.

Immensely knowledgeable about the equipment and very professional and efficient in the installation. Definitely a high line experience. I would recommend them highly!

Very insensitive and rude staff, 1 is the lowest so I can not give anything lower.This store is great and almost has everything you can imagine in the entertainment world and used to have great staff too when I had visited them earlier but when I visited them today the lone person there was extremely rude and would go to level including lying and insulting to sell their stuff.

WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF $2252.68 AND WANTED MONEY UPFRONT BEFORE THEY WOULD COME TO HOME. THEY LOOKED AT MY ELECTRIC WIRING AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET BACK WITH ME AFTER THEY TALKED WITH THE INSTALLER. WORK NEVER DONE. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REVERSE THE CHARGE, BUT NEVER DID!

Starpower was terrific, the install team was great, the lead guy Jason did a terrific job and was very detailed and friendly. I would highly recommend Starpower.

I have nothing but high regards to the store most educated and best service out there. They always have the best priced TVs. They are the better quality then the get it as cheap as possible stores. You can not compare them to Walmart and Costco, they get TVs that they get are cheaper models. You are not comparing Red Apples to Red Apples it is more like a Granny Smith to a Red Apple.They will treat you better and they will install it better than any one else. They hung two Plasmas in my house and they did a great job.They may seem to be snotty but then again you may not be use to someone not wearing a best buy shirt and that has some class about them self and not a tattoo person that has more ink than hair that can carry on a conversation with out saying like a million times., Go and check them out if your in the market for good products and great service.
