The Team from Arizona Spa Technology did a great job of getting my Cal Spa on order and then completing with the delivery and electrical hook-up. It was a full Team effort from Andrew, Ruben, Manny and Johnny. The spa was placed exactly where we wanted it. Johnny went through the filling up, chemicals, valve and nozzle adjustments as well as filter tips and setting the controller. We have had the Cal Spa for just about a week and it is already making our aches and pans feel better! Manuel was absolutely the kindest nicest most knowledgeable technician that I have ever met in any discipline.He was prompt, clean, diligent and as I mentioned above - very very knowledgeable. This is a great family owned business and I would encourage anyone in need of pool/spa services to please give them a try - you will not be disappointed.

I went directly to the manufacture first because the tub was still under warranty. After a frustrating 2 week experience and still not fixed, I called AZ Spa Tech. On the first contact they had me send pictures in real time so they could determine if it would require a service call or if I could do something on my end. We agreed they needed to send a tech. Came out next day! They worked with manufacture directly, had them ship a new control panel in 48 hours. They were back out in couple days and finished it. Only charged the minimum service fee. Between the phone work with me and the 2 at home visits, I got way more value than they charged me. They really worked to save me money and get me back in the tub quickly. Wish I would have bought the tub from them in the first place!

Don’t usually post but just had to based on outstanding service. Spa was not heating, the owner showed up the next day on his day off, walked me though every step as he trouble shot, found the issue, ordered parts, kept me updated every day. Wow!! This was over and above customer service!!! Highly recommended!!!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our hot tub here. We purchased a used tub from them and the day they installed ( the Friday before Labor Day) the pump went out pretty much after they left. We called and they had a service tech out right away that day so we could enjoy for the weekend. After a couple weeks we decided we didn’t care for the used tub we had purchased and we called them to see if we could trade it in. We are in the transition of switching out to one of the new hot tubs they have.

Great company who stands behind their products! We bought a pre-owned Tuff Spa from them for a great price (less than half the retail value of a brand new model). They held the spa for us for a couple of months until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth. We found the spa had a small leak after a week and their technicians promptly resolved the issue under the warranty. We’re very happy with our first spa ever and glad we chose AZ Spa Technology!

I was reluctant to post this review because up until now I was pleased with my experience with AZ Spa Tech. I recently purchased a house that included an AS-IS spa. I decided to delve into getting it up and going. I called a few places and ended up here. I spoke with Andrew on the phone who seemed very knowledgeable and sent his brother to my house a few days later. I spent quite a bit of money with them on a few different trips. His brother is very knowledgeable and patient and explains everything thoroughly. I never complained about their charges which includes a $90 diagnostic fee that doesn’t come off the bill should you choose to move forward. On both occasions this diagnosis took all of 3-5 minutes to the tune of $90/each. Most recently I came outside and the face of my blaster jet was in the bottom of the spa, which is just a cover and bezel that screws on. Being as I only thought it was cosmetic I purchased the jet and just screwed the face and bezel back on. After that I noticed my water level decreasing and my concrete pad soaked with water. I removed the panel and saw water leaking from that exact jet. I had already bought the jet due to needing the face and bezel as it was sold as a kit. I contacted them again to have it repaired and they proceeded to tell me that if I purchased the jet through them the jet was $180 with $160 labor however if I purchased it myself online for $79.99 therefore not allowing them to profit $100 off me in which I’m sure they also receive some sort of dealer pricing and can purchase for cheaper than I can then the labor would be $250 as opposed to $160. That is price gouging and that is ILLEGAL! The labor should be the labor regardless! If I bring a part to a dealer to be installed the labor is stated and posted. They might not warranty the part but they will not inflate the labor cost. Please explain to me how the same part costs more to install because I didn’t purchase it from you? So they lost a lifelong customer due to their greediness and now I’m wondering how much profit they made off me previously since I never once researched or questioned their integrity and pricing!

Andrew was extremely professional and efficient! He helped me find the perfect hot tub for my needs and space that fit in my budget. They delivered it, made sure it was all set up and working properly and also helped me understand how to work it and maintain it. I’m very thankful for them! Will definitely use them again for my future investment properties as well!

They never showed up. We had an appointment at noon so I used my lunch break at home and waited. At 12:30 my gf called to see if they were on their way, and they stated somebody called to cancel the appointment, which, of course, we didnt. Dont waste your time with this company, they surely wont value it.

Moved into a new house with an existing hot tub and had no idea how to take care of it. Jhonny came over and walked me through the maintenance process. He spent an hour with me and all my questions. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about hot tubs. If I ever run into any issue with my tub, I will definitely call Arizona Spa Technology.

Was quoted one price and then provided another after the job was done due to low water pressure, made no sense to me . Tech also failed to wipe down exterior shell which I would think would be included with a 250 spa refill. Lost my business!

Very sketchy operation. I was quoted $40 for service call by Rosie(owner). Tech came for 10 minutes and told me it is $90 for the service call. We directly called the owner and she said that she never said that and they would just send me to collections if I dont agree to pay the $90. To replace a circulation pump they quoted me $550! Rip-off. I would not trust this company. There are many other options. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I have an older spa that died. I thought about a new one, but AZ Spa Techs suggested they come out and take a look. It was $90, but it saved me from purchasing a new spa. They installed two new pumps, a new blower, fixed a couple leaks, new cover, and freshened up the spa itself. Bingo. My spa is back in business for way way less than a new and it looks great. Jonny did an excellent job. He was attentive and professional and kept on top of the project until all work was complete. I highly recommended AZ Spa Techs.

I was advised of its family business characteristic & its long positive history. All promises & expectations were met. The steps taken by this company & its employees were professional and expedited.My sales representative Dawn, was very respectful and knowledgable about the product I wanted to purchase. She went out of her way to get me the price I was budgeted for. Follow up from staff was immediate.Andrew and his delivery staff were very helpful and did a wonderful job with installation and placement. They reviewed the operation and upkeep of the Spa with me immediately allowing for an immediate transmission as a new Spa owner.Ruben was the name given to me by the Cal Spa staff and every expectation was met with perfection. I have a twelve-year-old spot debating whether to get a new one I called another guy he came out 1st wont mention any names paid 75 Bucks, gave decent advice but his follow up was patheticF ound these guys AWESOME. Communication suburb, did what they said they would do, all at a fair price. They had to come back for another issue, no trip charge and fixed it in a timely fashion. I practically have a new spa at half the cost and without the hassle. When I first called them the owner Ruben said after 42 yrs in the business I think I can help you, and he was right. I recently bought a beautiful new spa from the nice folks at Arizona Spa Technology (AST). The spa arrived when AST said it would. The delivery and installation team were friendly, efficient, and professional. And, they obviously enjoy their job, taking continual humorous verbal jabs at each other the entire time. They made me feel like I was part of the team. Spa operation and maintenance was explained to me in careful detail. And, I was told to please not hesitate to call if I have any questions whatsoever. This spa purchase was an pleasant experience. I highly recommend dealing with AST.

When the guys came to deliver our grill, we asked them if they could help us move three heavy pots to our backyard. Andrew said that they could, Reuben also approved, and in the blink of an eye these strong men move those pots into place for us and we couldnt be more grateful. My wife and I could never have moved them on our own and we will be eternally grateful for the kindness that the Arizona Spa Technology employees showed us today! They went above and beyond for us and we will always remember this good deed that they did for us.

Called for repair of both my tubs. Ended up buying one. Love it.I am 8 months into a pre-owned spa. The heater isnt working. Service charge is $90. Do not buy pre-owned. They dont even last a year.Also their products are way overpriced.

I have had some very bad experiences with other spa companies, but this one was different. I cant say enough about the staff, Veronica, Andrew and I cant forget Luis. I had a terrible experience. I put down $500 refundable deposit and did not sign or approve any work order. I decided not to make a purchase and the company is not willing to refund me the $500. Its absurd and illegal. One month later, I am still waiting for my refundable deposit. Be careful and look for reputable, honest and loyal spa store as this is not the one! I really was hoping and thought that the owner was a business man of honor and integrity, i was so wrong!

We had shopped six other stores and decided to check this store when we were out in the Phoenix area. We are so thankful we did! It was worth the drive.Veronica greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable. We had been looking for a used spa versus a new one and hadnt decided which way to go. Veronica answered many of our questions about hot tubs. She informed us they currently did not have any used ones. We saw a Cal Spa in the showroom that met our needs. She called the owner, Reuben, who worked with us on the purchase and gave us a great deal.We are in the east valley about 45 miles away. Reuben and his crew delivered the spa on time and placed it exactly on my layout marks. Excellent!My son bought a lower priced spa from a warehouse store. The spa we purchased from AZ Spa Technology is a night and day difference!!!! Very powerful jets with two large motors driving them. LED lighting! WOW! After a days work, this thing is awesome. Very soothing and relaxing with ALL jets on. We sleep much better. My wife and I highly recommend AZ Spa Tech.

This company has no customer service what so ever. They are so worried about getting paid. I needed parts ordered for my 1 year old spa and 2 weeks later still no parts. Called them and they said the computers were down at the place where they ordered them and that we would have to reorder. Next day they called and said they had the parts, wow that was fast. Sent another tech out to put on parts and found out they were the wrong parts, oh what a surprise there. They told me I needed to drain the spa when they came back, was suppose to call me and give me a couple days notice so I could drain, tried to cancel appointment but sent them out anyway ( unannounced). The office personnel is rude. Ive wasted to much of my time already writing this review. Just beware.

Had this company come out to repair hottub. Sent pictures of problem easy fix. They had been out before so knew said Hottub. Charged 90.00 for 3 min. To look at problem. We were told that when part came in the 90.00 would go to labor. Came to fix today and charged 123.00 for part and labor. Will not use them again they are unprofessional and lied.

Our Jacuzzi hot tub was working OK but not getting hot enough so we called and They came and did service call promptly, but after tech tested everything he showed me debris in the flow valve and said it needed replacing and our heater was bad cost of 827.27 to fix I said could it just be flow valve he said no I tested heater its bad! so I said OK, but after thinking and researching I cleaned out flow valve, it took about 5 minutes literally, put back together and everything worked perfectly!!! Hmmmm

This service is horrible, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! They didnt even finish their job, they dumped the water in my pool ( different chemical) and never even bolted the motor down, let alone they left the old motor still on my property, you couldnt throw it away . Rude, nonresponsive, and unprofessional! I paid them $85 to come over and give me prices on replacing some pillows, controls, skimmer basket, fixing the timer and a new cover which did not apply to any service they did like other companies offer. I was not at home when they came out then had a hard time reaching them to get the estimates. I turned on the heater and went to enjoy my hot tub and it was ice cold. I called them to find out what they did and they would not return my calls for several days. I finally called Ruben on his cell phone and they swear they did not do anything and were not willing to do anything about it. Well they obviously did something since it heated up before they came over and didn’t after they left. When I asked them questions, they were rude, nonresponsive, and unprofessional and the prices they gave me kept changing. I felt like I was getting raked over the coals on their prices. I finally had to have somebody else come over to look at it and fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!Meredith Jones

I used AZ Spa Tech to fix a problem on my hot tub on 9/4. They said the heater and pump both needed to be replaced and I authorized the repair even though it was expensive. After the repair things seemed to be working fine but over the course of the next couple of weeks I noticed the water level kept falling and I had to add water. I also had vacation during this time and got the chance to call them on 10/18 to investigate the leak. They informed me I would have to pay for another service call ($85). I said that would be OK assuming if it was due to a problem with their recent repair they would credit the service call and cover the repair. They said they wouldnt stand behind their work because it had been over 30 days (44) since they performed it.
