This place has saved me SO much money. Quality equipment and top notch staff knowledge. The guys are so helpful. Will never go to a different pool store again. Moved into a house with a swamp green pool. After 6 or so visits to Leslies with no improvement, I decided to try this place. They had my pool crystal clear and beautiful after just 1 visit. They know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Recommended to visit this store by a co-worker. I was able to obtain parts to repair my pool, and was told to call if I run into any issues as Im a novice pool owner, and they would try to talk me through the repair on the phone! Ive been to this store a couple of times, and I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to help with whatever problem or questions during my visit.

Ive owned my pool for over a year (two summers) and have done all my own maintenance. Ive learned a lot about pools. Ive mainly used Leslies but after needed some O-rings that they didnt have (though they did, they were just on a part in the store that they could have take off and given or sold me but wouldnt), I tried here. They had exactly what I needed. After looking around, their chemicals were cheaper and the acid is a higher concentrate than Leslies. Im going here from now on. Mike, the owner, was super nice and helpful. Its also nice that theyre a local business.

One of the most knowledgeable pool guys Ive ever worked with. Been doing pools since 80 and I have definitely run the gamut. Mike(?) has not steered me, or anyone Ive sent to him, wrong. Bring water, description, and even photos and he can most likely steer you in the right direction. No chance he would sell an inferior product at a premium price.

In Store: Moved here to Phx over five years ago and went to different pool stores in neighborhood. My experience, Leslies will always try to oversell you product you dont need, or are marginally helpful at best. AZ Pool has always been honest, never trying to oversell and prices have been comparable to Amazon (Im frugal and cant help cross checking:) ). Would ALWAYS rather support neighborhood store when comparable.Pool Service: I work away much of the time and have been taken advantage by two other contractors before coming to AZ Pool. Weve used their services for three years and love our dependable (and reasonably priced) weekly cleanings. Only company we have had where the tech leaves a check off sheet of what they have done each week on our patio table!! We had an issue with one of their guys last year, and they refunded us a month WITHOUT us asking, THAT is UNBELIEVABLE!!! We now have Eric and couldnt be happier:). Would highly recommend them to my mother (if she had a pool, of course :) )

After our house being without a diving board for months and the pool store blowing us off and actually claiming there was no solution for a replacement, other than spending thousands of dollars to install an entirely new setup, I did my research and found a replacement board in less than 2 days for a fifth of the cost they wanted to charge us.Once we told them that we needed our old board back so that we could fix the problem ourselves, Mike (the owner) took it upon himself to throw it out so that we couldnt use it as a template for drilling the new board.Well, I found a way around him and his bad business tactics to try and screw us out of more money. We made our own template using my mad measuring skills and now we have a perfect new diving board!Mike lost our business and we are happy to never deal with them again. After many years of the Burketts doing a lot of business with Arizona Pool Stuff, they will never get another dime from us again!

WORST POOL MECHANIC! CHARGED THOUSANDS, CLEAR TO ME HE HAD NO TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF POOL REPAIR FINALLY, AFTER REPLACING ALMOST EVERYTHING AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER HE SAID MY POOL WAS SHOT! I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND HIRED A POOL SERVICE THAT CAME OUT, HAD TO COMPLETELY REDO THE SHODDY WORK Az POOL STUFF HAD DONE MY OPINION I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND I QUESTION THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS AS EITJER FAKE

You sold me junk chlorine tabs when I paid the omni price. I have used those tabs for a long time, and I got something else using the omni brand. I have more on the sales guy too...

I think this pool store is only as good as the person you talk to honestly. I am a new pool owner and I took my water in to be tested because summer was coming and it was just barely starting to green. So PH balance was at 8.2 and chlorine was at a 0. Ok so an older gentlemen tells me to save it you need to dump 4 bags of shock and 3 gallons of acid to my little pool that is barely 14,000 gallons. So the pool the next day as I add this and let the filter run for 10 hours as he stated to. I take my water in to test after dropping my daughter off at school and Lesiles was the closest to me. Find that my ph balance is now 6.1 and my chlorine is between a 4 and a 5. So now I am buying soda ash and a conditioner for my pool. Needless to say almost $200 later I have learned that Ill just go to Lesiles each week, and not risk the health of my pool or equipment by pumping acidic water through it.

NOT closed like Google maps says. Very much open. Wonderful service, staff is always friendly, honest and helpful.
