Not sure why we have not been before, but so glad we found this spot. Love the flights to have a little sample of 6 flavors. The Peppermint Chip is Fantastic. The Coffee Toffee is a Big Hit as well as the Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. The young man working there was great as well. Highly recommend!

Tonight I brought my family into the restaurant to continue celebrating and our night was ruined with “Jess’s” terribly bad attitude. When asking for a cleaning cloth for the filthy tables outside, Jess advised that your store was closing in thirty minutes and she’d do it then. When I asked for a towel to do it ourselves, she very obnoxiously said they’re not to give out. I then asked if she could come clean the table so we could enjoy our Farmhouse and she said sorry we’re not a restaurant. When I responded “although YOUR tables are filthy,” as a question, her only response was i guess so.I am incredibly disappointed in the service received, especially seeing the way she kindly treated the Caucasian family in front of mine. With much reservation and blatant disrespect, she reluctantly served us our ice cream and then refused to provide us with a towel to clean the dirty table outside. Never going back!!!

My wife and I stopped in celebration of our anniversary. The young man behind the counter Christian, showed genuine delight as he explained what made the ice cream at the Screamery different from other ice cream shops. After several tastes my wife settled on the Banana Split and I had a sundae with the sweet cream honey ice cream Christian recommended. Let me tell you he did not lead us astray. Each of our ice creams were amazing, and was some of the best ice creamwe’d had. Hands down our new favorite place for handmade ice cream.

Quite interesting flavours available like the whiskey was our favourite. some tables available outside for outdoor dining.

About as meh as ice cream flavor gets. Honestly you would get better taste from a generic ice cream from any grocery store.

Amazing ice cream but extremely frustrating to show up during business hours and see that they’re closed (now for the second time). It’s a Monday afternoon at 4:30pm and the doors are locked. It clearly says online and on the hours posted that they should be open. Waste of time (again).

Creamy rich ice cream. It is a very popular place. Flavors seem to change out occasionally. Would go again when I am in the area.

It’s a good thing we don’t live closer! I want to try allll the flavors. We did the flight, which gets you six different scoops to share. Our favorite flavors were the prickly pear/lemon, and the honeycomb one. The lavender honey was delicious too.

Just made a dope dash order asked for them to add Oreo to my cookie dough ice cream. I should have been more specific on my order to split it but when the door dash driver called he argued for me to have them just redo it and they told him that wasn’t possible and then put me on the phone I told them what I mean and they said they couldn’t do that for me and I would have to reorder through the app which would not be possible and inconvenience. I told them that was a shame and it’s not very good customer service considering the ice cream they originally made me cost probably a penny out of their pocket and then an unhappy customer. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and no matter what the scenario was if a customer wanted something different or messed up on an order we made them a new drink no questions asked.

Local ingredients in the ice cream is what sold me. The taste and love that is in the ice cream is A-1. They will never disappoint.

I love this place! The ice cream is so delicious, and they have unique flavors! The customer service was great as well! We had a nice young man, who was working the store, and he was only 16, and he was very mature, he was also very personable, and actually wanted to serve those coming in. You don’t see that often with teenagers, he made our experience that much sweeter!

Very Clean and friendly. Avergae Ice cream shop with sweet treats. For a 1st impression wasnt all that being they were out of waffle cones and the regular cones were a lil stale. With that said not sure if Id spend 16.00 dollars there again. The brownie sundae I had was ok but it was still just average.

Saturday night there was only one gal scooping. 15 people in line. She looked as though she didnt have the strength to scoop but when we finally got up there she had long fake nails that she was working around. Tables were dirty. We are hoping owners hear about this and correct it. We are small business owners also. We heard manager couldnt come In to help beause of migraine.

Excellent ice cream and friendly staff. Nice place inside, places indoor and out to sit and enjoy your ice cream.They have a lot of great and unique flavors and even a great dairy free one that doesnt cost extra.

It is Saturday night, the line is LITERALLY out the door, there is ONE young lady in the store handling everything herself, and she is absolutely crushing it, if she isn’t due for a raise adjust the timeline. Amazing ice cream amazing service.

Amazing place for ice cream and affogatos. Pretty large area for just ice cream, clean, well maintained and very knowledgeable and friendly service. All homemade on-site and delicious. You can tell. Bonus? Grass fed and chemical free.

If I could give a 0/5 star, I would. Came in tonight with my family for some ice cream and was confronted by a worker for not wearing a mask, using profanity I will add. I told her that due to a pre-existing health condition, I don’t wear one and she then told me rudely that I shouldn’t be outside in a pandemic then. Instead of talking to me calmly at a closer distance she decided to yell across the entire store at me. She asked me what my condition was, which I don’t have to tell her by law. When I asked to speak to her manager, she called them and then she told me that I could leave or they can call 911. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect and low level of customer service. Will never be going here or supporting this business.

Weekend closing time is 10:00! If you want hot fudge go before 9:00 PM, because they would have cleaned everything and would be set to go home. Because screamie sundae is $8, and whenever you ask for hot fudge after 9PM they say it’s out!! It’s not fair and I am totally disappointed because of this service.

Excellent customer service and the ice cream is delicious. No hormones or additives and it is still tasty!! I highly recommend the Sonoran desert flavor. The whiskey ice cream is also very good!!

We decided on ice cream for lunch today lol. We had two ice cream nachos, one with the peppermint chip and one with the cinnamon. The ice cream is amazing, the cinnamon is probably one of the best I’ve had in many years. I will definitely come back! I can’t share a picture because I ate all of my ice cream already!

I got the Lemonilla it was good it tasted like the lemon cookies my mom use to buy. It’s really simple ice cream.

Drove far and the ice cream was not what I thought it would be. Girls could have been more friendly and felt pushy as they didn’t give me time to add anything to my ice cream. Could’ve gotten the same service and quality at the grocery store. Very disappointed

I ended up trying the flight with seven ice cream choices which was just perfect.

This buttery poundcake was amazing. Im giving 4 stars for being health-conscious with their grass fed only dairy, but not fully committing by offering multiple options for non-dairy as well. Would love to see coconut milk based options! Or a second almond option in the future :-)

We tried chocolate, vanilla, cheese cake ice creams. All were very nice that it was difficult to choose the best amongst them. The ice cream is very delicious and creamy.

I absolutely love their ICE CREAM. There are flavors in there that you would not think are going to be good, but are awesome. The guy Brian that works there is very nice. I have told all my friends about this place. You literally can taste the cream and all the other ingredients!!

Best ice cream in the valley! I always pick up some of the sweet honeycomb and whenever Brian is in he makes a little drawing on the pint! My wife and I absolutely LOVE the honeycomb, but the rest of the menu is awesome too!

My daughter, sister, mom, cousin and I loved it. I got the flight tray and so many good flavors in it. My cousin got a pint to leave with but ate it before we got home.

High quality and hand crafted ingredients. Every flavor we sampled was fantastic. I ordered a banana split which had a scoop of vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. Each scoop was drizzled with its own homemade sauce. The whip cream was home made, fluffy, and covered in toasted nuts. If youre into good old fashioned ice cream this place is hands down the best in the area.

OMG this place was so, so good. We were shopping in the plaza and stumbled across this place, and I only went in to treat my wife (who was with me). I figured wed get her something and Id go without. But as I saw the flavors, and read the descriptions, and then sampled some of the flavors, I couldnt resist.We ended up getting the flight, and splitting the flavors between us. If they only made the honeycomb (absolutely amazing) flavor, this would be my favorite ice cream place. I also had the bourbon brittle, and was blown away with that as well. I dont remember what my 3rd flavor was, or which ones my wife picked (we visited about a month ago) but recall we liked everything. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and seemed happy to be working there today (as opposed to other places where you can see the employees looking through you to watch the clocks countdown to when they can leave). We will definitely be coming back!

Yum! Creative flavors, uses cream from responsibly raised cows. Glad it isnt closer to my house, that would be very dangerous. Had the Screamery Sundae with warm butter cake and Munchies ice cream. A little hot fudge, caramel and whipped cream on top. So, so good.

The flavors were great! I did not see anything vegan on the menu when I went. The smallest portion size was perfect for a quick snack without over-indulging, and price point was appropriate and reasonable. The flavors are accurate for sure, with pumpkin spice being the best. Service was good. Punch card is great. Good location but tucked away.

Such an amazing ice cream shop. The flavors are all so delicious and you can definitely tell the quality of ingredients is superior to other ice cream. The shop has pleasant warm lighting and very friendly staff.

This is the freshest, creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. Stop in for a scoop or two (and youll want two when.you discover the amazing flavors,) or try a sundae. The Flight of Ice Cream sounds amazing. How about an Affogato Sundae with a shot of espresso drizzled over the top? Im up for trying The Farmhouse this summer, but with eight scoops Ill make sure to bring my friends to help.

This is a cute little ice cream shop that has the best ice cream! They have all different kinds of flavors of ice cream and is a really nice place to go! My boyfriend got a banana split and absolutely loved it! It was a little pricey but it was worth it!

Great place for kids with food allergies. My son is allergic to many things and the Ice cream they have does not have a bunch of additives. The staff is all very friendly and the atmosphere is great for a date or for the whole family. Best ice cream shop in the valley in my families opinion.

A bit pricey, but really good ice cream! Their flavors and unique and creative, and the texture is very creamy and thick. One of the best cold treat places in the valley!

SO. MANY. CHOICES! Their menu can be a little overwhelming but whatever you decide on, you will love it. I could not decide what I wanted the last time I was there and realized they have an ICE CREAM FLIGHT!!! so I was able to get a couple tastes of everything, highly recommend

The ice cream are very unique flavors that are delish. The staff are very nice and polite. They make recommendations based on what you like to eat. Ice cream is all natural, rich and creamy. They have coloring pages and crayons for kids. Best ice cream in the area!

That ice Cream was fantastic. I got the triple play and my wife got the peppermint chocolate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service at this location. They do not wear gloves while preparing your ice cream bowl. Brian was terribly rude and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Keeps your kids away. I didn’t get a good vibe.

Not very good ice cream at all. Texture was icy and grainy, not smooth or creamy. Extremely over sweetened to the point of it appearing to be eating a cup of sugar. Flavors were cheap artificial tasting. Baskin Robbins, Ben and Jerrys, or Frost can teach this place a few things about how ice cream should be. Do yourself a favor, buy any ice cream from a supermarket, add some fruit or nuts and you will enjoy a much better and less expensive dessert.

Id never heard of an ice cream flight before going inside this place. The flavor variety is impressive and the salted caramel topping is definitely salty - in all the right ways. Its be interesting to bring a group in to share the large item in the menu.

The employees were nice enough but $30 for small ice creams for 4 people is outrageous! We could have gone to the grocery store, bought all of the ingredients and made our own ice cream and had money left over for cookies! And to top it off I had the butter pecan and it was grainy, like the sugar didnt melt all the way in the cooking process. My husband ordered the coffee ice cream and his was grainy but not as grainy as the butter pecan.

I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here.

Cute little ice cream store, offering a variety of cult favorite flavors as well as some unique ones! With ingredients like lavender, honeycomb, and sea-salt, every-time I come it’s exciting to see what new creations will be available!

There is a heavy push right from the get-go about the grass-fed dairy that fuels the product here. Its a perfectly fine hook, but to be fair, there are other places in the valley who are doing equally healthy natural ice cream with interesting flavors. BUT - Screamery is now one of them, and they are worthy competition for the likes of Sweet Republic and Grateful Spoon. They deserve a huge salute for their high quality and, often, inventive flavors. In addition to the variety of traditional/unique flavors, they also offer a limited amount of non-dairy options. I suggest getting your scoops in a dish (or bowl, or flight), because the waffle cones are thin and break (too) easily, causing a somewhat rushed eating experience. The service is incredibly positive, chipper, helpful, kind, and efficient. The line was long, but it moved much faster than you might think.

Ice cream is good. The flavors are a bit odd. Staff is very polite. The price is way too high. They keep pushing that its grass fed milk and thats the reason for the price. I dont see a benefit to the other milk. I cant go any higher on ratings because of the price.
