Noticed a puddle next to my irrigation control box and some sprinklers not getting much power to them. They quickly replaced with a few new valves for a good price and traced the leak to a sewer pipe and suggested a plumber to use. After explaining the cost difference and value, we decided to replace all the irrigation tubing due to its age, instead of spending more money on repairs to the old, thin and failing tubing. I had a bunch of leaks and every company I called were unresponsive or giving me quotes that it would take at least 3 weeks to even give me an estimate. The Sprinkler Fixer responded quickly and was able to come out on short notice and work around my schedule. Very professional, was able to get started a couple days after to completely redo my whole irrigation system at a fair price! If you need any maintenance or irrigation repair for yard, this company is definitely one to go with. They also cleaned up everything so much that youd never know they had been there. We waited a few weeks to write the review so that we could attest there have been no issues. We can now tell you that Bill set up the watering system perfectly for the individual plants. In fact, our plants have never looked better!! They are flourishing! They showed up late on the first visit, then didnt have the parts to fix it. On the second visit the next day, they fixed one valve, however when they turned on the water a second valve started leaking. They didnt notice this and left. When I got home, I found my front yard flooded. I called them and they said they would be out in the next three days to fix this. On the third day, which was Saturday, they said they couldnt make it and it would have to be Monday.The father and son seemed nice, but they did incomplete work, they were not timely and in the end I had to find someone else.

I hired this company to route a new irrigation line (because I got a soft water system). I also hired them to replace the sprinkler valves and replace my entire drip system. When I started having problems, they would not stand behind their work. First, the siphon valve next to the valve box started leaking. They told me I had to pay for it because they didn’t touch it, even though they worked all around it. During that repair, they somehow knocked all of the electrical connections to the valves loose and I had to rewire. A couple of months later there was a problem in a drip line and I may lose a tree. They never did come out for that. Several months later, a pest control person found a leak in the valve box that is causing a significant insect problem in my house. The guy that came out to fix it rolled his eyes at the small leak but said they would switch things out and fix it. Nothing could be further from the truth. It looks like they just cut some pvc pipe and fixed an easier joint to make it look like they did something. The leak is now worse than ever. And while I was explaining the leak, he cranked on the siphon valve that they had replaced a few months earlier. I heard it crack and I knew he broke it. And now there is significant leaking. He told me I would have to pay for parts for what I watched him break. I had another contractor out today who says that they used the cheapest materials possible and the sprinkler valves they installed may not even be new. They are already missing the flow handles.That’s a lot to read. So to summarize, they are affordable but won’t stand behind their work.

Terrible service! I called them to repair one of my sprinkler heads and after talking to them decided to go with a new system. It worked good for about a month before it just stopped working. After months I finally got them to come back out and they only fixed half of the system and left. That was about a month ago and it is still not working. They have not responded to any of my calls or messages. Basically I paid $1,200 for them to break my sprinkler system. I have never taken anyone to small claims court before but I will most likely taking them to court. Stay away from this company!
