I called to see if they did repairs on lawn equipment. They said, Yes. So, I took my ECHO leaf blower over, which I had issues of not starting. They called the Tech from the back warehouse and when the Tech showed up, I told him what I already replace with new parts but, still wouldnt start. The Tech asked if I had 10 to 15 minutes. I said Yes. He took the leaf blower in the back and within 15 minutes the Tech comes out and said he got it running. Fantastic work by the Tech. I was able to go home and finish my work. A big Thanks!!!!, to Sprinkler World for having employed a great maintenence Tech.

What makes this sprinkler World satellite store is the personalities behind the counter. Theyre extremely helpful and a bunch of good guys! Thats not a sterile place and not cold like so many other wholesale houses in town. Its my favorite place and of they dont have it at that store you can better well bet your bottom dollar... the old way out crazy stuff that isnt available anymore they probably still have at the downtown store at 21st Street and Indian School.

Came here because a handyman closed my sprinkler box, and I did not ha e a key to open it (being that I just bought the house and none were given to me). I came to Sprinkler world and told them the description of the box and they were able to get me the right key. I bought 3 to be safe (in case of misplacements), also asked about how to cap a drip irrigation system and was given the stops as well. Very pleased with the service and recommendations. Store was bright, organized and had a good layout.

Fair prices. However the older gentleman at the front counter was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to Sprinkler World to find outdoor lighting. They have a great selection of quality products and the person who helped me spent a lot of time answering questions about different brands. He helped me find a brand that meets my aesthetic desires and my budget. I strongly recommend Sprinkler Work for path and other outdoor lighting and will look to them for any sprinkler supplies I may need as well.

I love this place and like the staff. No where else can you get better quality parts for the same or lower price anywhere and have 4 knowledgeable staff members always on duty all day standing at the counter constantly answering questions running around getting parts or putting orders in computer. All day standing there, or running for parts dealing with non stop customers and their questions takes a special group and this place is the only place to go in my opinion. I have drove 30 miles out of my way to go to the store on Bell & Tatum many times and always will. To me the service I get the way Im treated is more than enough reason to pass by 5 other irrigation stores just to go to this specific store. Mike the manager of that store will answer any questions you have and try to do whatever he can to help you.Mike is the myth, the legend, DA MAN.

This is a great place to get yard related stuff, but I find it crazy that they dont have a product catalog, or even an online database to let their customers know what they carry in stock. They just have a huge back room, and most of the time bring out what your looking for, lol.
