Let me start off by saying what many other women say about bra shopping ... its miserable. I avoided coming to this store for a while because I didnt want to be disappointed again. After months of putting it off, I stopped by for a bra fitting and I cant even begin to say how amazing and stress free this experience was from the moment I walked in the door. The owner is so knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable in a place so out of my normal comfort zone. She listened to me, asked all the right questions and gave me her full attention the entire time I was at the store. Yes some of the bras are a little expensive but the fact that I found bras I LOVE was well worth the cost. I wish I could rate 10 stars because thats how amazing I felt after walking out of there! I will certainly be a forever customer!!

I have traveled the world to receive a luxury, VIP lingerie fitting experience like the one I get every time I go to Story Essentials. As someone who is more endowed, I have always struggled with back pain and finding the right fit for a bra. Not anymore! Story is so much more than properly fitting bras for all occasions (sexy and every day) though. I have found a community of strong women who have quickly become my friends as well. If you need a new bra, fancy set, etc., Story is the place for you. Its also my new go-to store when gifting girl friends something special for birthdays, weddings, etc. Go, support local, support women and you will be going again and again like me.

The best shopping experiences I have are at Story Essentials. The hands-on attention and expertise, plus the open environment with natural light and luxury decor makes me feel super comfortable and actually excited to shop.I never wore a bra that fit correctly until I came to Story Essentials. Most stores dont carry my size (I have a large bust and small ribs) but Jen was able to bring me enough brands, cuts and sizes until we found something that TRULY fit.Jen is incredibly knowledgable and keeps notes on what Ive already tried on, so every time I come in theres a log of what Im looking for and need. She also emails me when something new comes in that she thinks Ill like!I also appreciate that Story Essentials uses a diversity of sizes for their models and emphasizes carry minority-owned lines and organic textiles when possible.Story Essentials is terrific!

Story Essentials is my girlfriends favorite place to go when we are in Phoenix. The whole team is fantastic, they truly care about the customers experience (which is rare to find these days).They note sizes and favorite styles in her customer profile, making it so simple when I need a gift. She loves everything Ive purchased for her, they gift wrap and ship to us in California.Really great selection of lingerie and pajamas, I highly recommend checking them out. Always my go-to for birthdays, anniversaries and holidays!

This store is GORGEOUS! When you walk in you are greeted with such a warm smile from the owners that it makes the lingerie shopping experience a lot less intimidating. I don’t know anything about bras and decided to treat myself. Jen was amazing at helping me find the right bra size and styles that made me feel comfortable and sexy. It was the best lingerie shopping experience I’ve had and it also feels nice to be able to support a local family/women owned business while upping my bra and underwear game. Jen & Margie you are killing it and I will definitely be back!

Can not say enough positive things about my experience here today. I love that I could make a fitting appointment online. Jen was a wonderful help in bringing me a wide selection of things to try. My size is not usually well represented in big name retailers (oh, and I was wearing the wrong cup size, which she fixed). I hope everyone runs over and supports this amazing small and local business.

This place was hands down the best experience I have had shopping for lingerie. They made me feel comfortable, special,, and worked on making sure I had the best and proper fit. I will not purchase or go anywhere else!!

I stopped in to this boutique after searching high and low for nice lingerie at different malls, online stores, and other small shops. I was so impressed by Blossoms & Beehivess incredible selection of different brands, styles, and fabrics, along with many different size options. The customer service was exceptional; both women who were working happily pulled me numerous things to try on and provided me honest feedback about what looked and fit me best. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything, although I walked away with two full sets and had a lot of fun shopping! This was easily the most positive lingerie shopping experience Ive ever had. If you need to be properly fitted and are looking for a ton of different options at various price points, you best forget the mall and head on over to B&B. Excellent store!

I have never experienced such stellar customer service from a store like this before! I called in an order since I live quite a ways away, and Jen packaged it up and sent it very quickly! There was even a hand-written thank you card inside. Not only was that such a sweet touch, but she also followed up later with an email to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Thank you, B&B for the wonderful experience! I will definitely order from you again!

This store is beautiful and the people are so helpful. I was going to the childrens clothing boutique Beaus and Belles when I happened to park in a new location & see this shop. It was lovely! I had 2 ladies helping me so I could make this a quick stop. I had my 3 year old boy with me and he was getting tired. It was wonderful to feel supported to shop for myself with the shop workers realizing I didnt have a lot of free time. It was a wonderful experience and the items they sell are wonderful as well. I do not live in AZ, but I do travel there several times a year. I will be returning to this shop for sure! Please give it a try as well.

Absolutely loved this place. I was visiting and have been having problems finding a good supportive bra and finding the correct size. The quality of the bras they carry are exceptional. I used to be a Victoria Secret girl but after feeling the quality difference I will be coming here. Tori was an absolute doll and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the owner came in as I was leaving and was just as wonderful. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome help and sensible costs considering . I purchased 3 pieces and am excited. I strongly prescribe you see with your own eyes. A lot of stopping.

Absolutely fabulous! Honestly I will probably never go anywhere else for my lingerie needs! Everyone who works there is super helpful and are happy to help. I probably tried on 20 different bras before deciding on my two favorites. Cant wait to shop here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
