I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. They sound more like disgruntled employees than dissatisfied customers. Signetix has always been great to work with. Very high quality finishes, and very quick turnaround. I think powder coaters are notoriously late with orders - but not these guys. I use them often.

Ive had good experience working with Matt. I appreciate their timeliness and ability to work with us.

Horrible customer service. I was on pace to do 15000 this year. They messed up and instead of owning up to it they called me (the customer) a liar and when I told them that I was going to take my business somewhere else they didnt care. He actually said good. I guess they dont need business. Oh well. I will try another.

Great experience all around

I cant badly on product but this is the worst place ive ever worked. The boss John is a rude, discriminatory person that cares for nobody but himself. Ive seen him blame other employees for doing wrong when its his faulty equip or unsafe work ethic that causes the problems. He wont raise your pay for good work but might promote someone with less time working for him (very discriminatory). You will be stuck at $10 with no benifits as long as you work, till you get a year then u might get a dollar. His step son Matt is worse. Pretends to care but will not truly help when it counts. All around bad people, bad place, definition of a dead end job. Save yourself the trouble of having to look for work again in a month
