I have lived here for 2 years now, and not far from the one lot where someone says the people living there have 40 dogs, this is completely untrue. Kathy would never allow something that hectic go on here.over all very quite, few kids play in evening,, but not loud, and go in early. No one has loud partys. Perfect to just relax when ur home n wanna be left alone by people, great little corner, kinda secret corner. Not a lot of people know this trailer park is back here. 2 years Ive been here n everything n everyone has been wonderful.

In my experience the people there are mean and rude. This lady in #115 has roughly 40 dogs in her trailer. I wanted to take 1 or 2 of the puppies off her hands. She was very rude to me, and got the other neighbors involved also.

Pretty nice people who live there. Fairly quiet, kid and pet friendly...
