Lets start this nightmare experience from day one. March of 2020 I began my search as a 1st time home buyer & came across a property listed w/this agency. Mindy & Cindy were the tag team pair I had the luxury of dealing with. The original property we looked at led to the nightmare we ended up w/for $16grand. And after everything was said & done, we now have to obtain an attorney to aquire our title. We were lied to from day 1 about an actual title ever existing. And Cindy left PCH shortly after she unloaded this relic of a mobile home on us. A 1976 mobile home w/all the original wiring & other outdated amenities was not worth $16,500. The actual listing price was $18,500. We were told it was a 1996 model. Lie one. We were told it had a title. Lie 2. We were told a copy of it would be placed in our file. Lie 3. We were told the current owner put in the cupboards. Lie 4. The previous owner & one still on the tax records as Owner, had his friend put them in after he purchased them from Ikea almost 2yrs before it was passed off to current owner. The friend still lives here in the park & told me he did. The only update that was done was a fake wood floor & a couple of toilets. No new wiring. No current light fixtures. Not even an updated AC Unit newer than the 1986 1st edition Coleman model that died on us our 1st month in. This is simply devious, shady business practices. I expected better from a legit real estate business. Despite all this, I refered my neighbor to these ppl to list his mobile home & was told by PCH that a Family Member had refered him so they didnt have to honor their end of the deal of a finders fee. Thats fine. Live & learn applies here in multiple ways
