Better than I could ever imagine! The customer service here can not be matched. The staff goes above and beyond for every customer while still being individuals. I was helping on the plan to move stuff out of a storage and moving to a new storage

This location is EXCELLENT. I have rented 3 times and been super satisfied with everything from the time I arrive to the time I return the equipment. The gentleman who operates this location is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Very much customer oriented. I will definitely be going back here. Their equipment is always clean and ready to go. Love this place. Plus it is 5 mins from my residence. Super convenient on top of being awesome.

I was finished moving just over 6 hrs. Over estimated mileage and they promptly refunded the difference. Good honest people there.

My first time here was great, and the best deal on the westside of Tempe, Az. It was worth taking a bus out to get a storage. The staff were 5*s also. That makes 10 for everything, price, lock. And service was great because I happened to work right around the corner at Power steel and wire!!! Thanks gentlemen at u-haul 10*s

Easy Self Pick-up, clean truck, easy drop off, no complaints :)

Too tight to maneuver. Entry and exit is a fight for your life. One tenant tried to intimidate me by pulling out a machete. Not a good place for a neighborly tenants. Management is good not the layout of the place. Your liable to be trapped in and fight to get out.

Quick and easy van rental. The van was a bit dirty inside and smelt like a barn.... But had no problems with it, ran smoothly and the whole process of picking it up and dropping it off went fine.

I ordered a moving truck well in advance - the largest. The largest wasnt available. If I wanted to add a trailer to pull I could but would have to get at another location. It turned out to be a horrific experience I dont wish to relate. Certainly messed up a well planned move. Doesnt deserve 1 star. El Cajon had two of the reserved trucks on their site reserved for the following day where I later had to get the trailer. That wasnt right. I was scheduled first and probably scheduled earlier! 5 negative stars!

I needed a truck to pick up a couch was a little short on cash and was waiting for my sister to bring it... While waiting I asked how I could rent a truck to move out of state.. Clarissa advised they didnt rent vehicles for out of state moves only local and in state... Then proceeded to tell me they didnt feel comfortable renting to me...Well I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

The rep Brian has great customer service. Someone came into the building furious because of high volume at closing time, but he made sure everyone go in and out successfully and safely. Also he fixed all problems that were presented when we had them

This place is gave me one of the worst experience I could possibly have. We moved from Denver to Phoenix May 25th. We booked our storage unit before going there. We were there by 7am (Sunday), but unfortunately they are not open until 9am. May be I should have checked it. So a guy walks in at 8.50am and by then there were 4 people waiting. He then tells us that he do not have the keys and he called the management and left a message and he dont have exact time on when he would get the keys. Finally someone comes to drop the keys around 9.45am, but this guy could not start the system. Out of 4 people waiting 1 was trying to check out, another one could not get in and take her stuff, we are waiting to open our storage unit and the last one was trying to rent a truck. This guy has no clue and he didnt even no how to operate their software system. Around 10.45 everyone left and we had to find another place to store. I have not seen any corporate place that is so chaotic as this.

The people here are really nice and if you communicate properly with them they work with you. Im very thankful for the staff here, very nice people. Denise and he daughter are wonderful also the older guy.

Showed up when I had a reservation for a storage unit on the 9th. Waited 45 minutes in the office as the blonde girl who was working that day said she never worked at a storage facility, she was just covering a shift. She called different locations saying she couldn’t find my reservation and didn’t know how to assign a unit. She asked if I could move my moving truck down the street while she figured it out. She then said she would just make a new reservation and at the end she asked if I need to purchase a lock or if I brought my own. I showed her the lock I had for approval and she said it was fine before I moved things in (an hour after I came in). Went to go check on my unit today and there’s a note on the door with a new lock that I HAVE to buy their lock as it’s the only one “secure”. The office said oh well, she might have not known but now I have to pay for their lock... Save yourself the trouble and do not rent a unit here!

Whatever you do do NOT use this Uhaul Facility. The Management; Clarissa Duke and Sean Frazier have the worst customer service of any employees that I’ve encountered within the organization. As someone who uses Uhaul regularly for my business, I was shocked at how rude and eventually aggressive their communication was. As a valued repeat customer with Uhaul, I am very disappointed in these two managers and their poor service. Hopefully, the organization can find better employees in the future.

Super nice and awesome. Well friendly and willing to help. Moving to Maricopa was not as expensive as we thought it would be

The first guy was great but he moved to the other one. The second one offer me water yay thanks also the third one and second one eating mic Donald when not supposed to eating. When supposed to be working I went he was eating please talk to him about that thanks manager but the second one thanks for the water

4 stars because they didnt have trucks but their van was nice and their customer service was awesome.

Super nice employee, but the showroom was SOOOO small. There was room for one car in the lot and either you were blocking the entrance or the storage gate.

Not the best area but I dont live to far from this U-Haul. Always use this location when needing a moving van. Folks are pretty cool here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The GM of the store is absent and will not return calls. We did one of the ubox pods and it has been 2 weeks. Not only did we not get our pod, we are told it hasnt shipped because they dont have a driver to take it.... none of this was mentioned when our $1500.00 was given to them.....As of today, they have no idea of where the pod is... none..... someone picked it up and drove off with it....but they dont keep records of who....

The staff is friendly. Weve only used the UBox service and havent had any issues. The parking lot is awkward to get in and out of if there is a lot of traffic on the street.
