Best luthier in town. Ive played in quartets and symphonies, and Ill only work with them for my bridges, rehairs and full setups. They also do rentals and sales. Call ahead though to schedule as they can be busy.

Great place for buying, repairing, and buying violin related items. When getting your violin fixed be sure to stay in touch with them because when its ready for pick-up no one will call you.

Had my fiddle repaired. I picked it up this day and it is too recent to determine quality of work. Must say that he is very slow with his work. Stated that my instrument would be repaired in 2 weeks. After over a month and several calls that were not returned and an in person visit, I was able to recover the instrument.

Very peaceful,friendly, and pleasant. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable in stringed instruments and very helpful. They also manufacture and restore them. Dexter (furbaby greeter) was just adorable!I definitely recommend going there!

Aquiles is so friendly and knowledgeable. He has great instruments at fair process. We bought a very, very, very nice violin bow here for one son and are currently renting an amazing cello for another son.I highly recommend this place for all your string instrument needs.

It’s THE place for all your strings instruments. Aquiles is knowledgeable, funny, and his shop is simply awesome. I brought my black cello in awhile ago and while he was stringing and setting my bridge, Aquiles demonstrated a vast and in depth knowledge about music and various violins, cellos, and double basses. Trust this man and his work; he is totally worth it.

Aquiles at Stradivari House of Phoenix was PHENOMENAL!!! He assessed a violin we had purchased online, giving us its pros and cons without being pushy or overly assertive. Because of his incredible knowledge and customer service, we decided to return the online violin and purchase a violin through Aquiles. He worked with our schedule, being willing to work on a holiday because we were coming from out of town. He was thoughtful and considerate, playing several violins for us to help us decide between them. He didnt try to sell us more or less than we needed. How fortunate we are on the west side of Phoenix to have such a talented fine artist to service our stringed instruments! Aquiles was very helpful in replacing the tailpiece on my ca 1700 Heberlein violin. His prices are too low! I was an apprentice to a violin maker/repairman and I know a fair amount about violin repair. I was planning to replace the tailpiece myself but he jumped right in did it for me and it gave me a chance to see his skillset. Aquiles is a meticulous craftsman and clearly demonstrated his knowledge and skill and I am very comfortable leaving my violin in his care if ever needed. His bow re-hair charge is the lowest Ive found in the valley. Thank you Aquiles!
