Tracey came to our rescue!!! We had a large print job we did not plan for. I am sure weve all been there at least once. . . so we ran out of supplies. We called Tracey and fortunately she had some extra toner for our Xerox. She immediately drove over and shared a complete set of toner cartridges with us! Tracey totally saved our event! The Xerox machine solution she got for us is perfect for our business needs, and we are very satisfied with the services Smart Document Solutions provide for us!Thank you, Tracey!

Tracy is amazing to deal with. They are quick with responses, diligent in processing your orders and always available when you need technical support. Because of this we have replaced all of the printers in our organization to Xerox from Smart Document Solutions. In addition to the exceptional service, their eConcierge service helps us save on toner, ensures we never run out, and (dont know how they do it) provide complementary tech assistance when you are on this program. It was a no brainer for our branches!
