I only gave 3 stars bc when I went here on 21, June, it was so hot inside that my mum and I had to cut our trip short. Too warm inside to do anything. I dont know how the employees did it. Other than that, all the employees that work there are so super friendly, kind and very sweet.Please keep them cool. Arizona heat is the worst. :)
Huge scam on the business cards. I have ordered matte style before and this time I ordered with gloss and got the exact same product with no difference. Im very upset because I paid extra. On top of that they werent cut properly so a huge amount werent good to use. Never again.

As well when checking out making sure i was happy with my choices an if there was anything else i was looking for or they could help me with. Came into this location to go fax a document and purchase some printer labels. I wanted to pay for the labels at the scan and copy location since I was standing in front of the copy and print cashier. The young lady with black hair at 1pm was not interested in helping customers. She was rude and really short with an older customer who needed assistance at one of the computers. I asked the young lady if I could just pay at the cashier there since I was already there. She snippy said, yeah I guess come on. I looked at my husband and said wow, ok I guess she was really busy? She was not busy nobody was there besides the older lady at the computer and myself. I slid my payment card and then the associate said what is the last 4 digits of your card? I said Im sorry? Why are you asking me that for? She replied, because the screen is asking me to enter it. I said I have always paid with my card here and I have never been asked that before. I gave her my info paid for the item and left. I will not be returning I will just go to the UPS store pay more but they have better service. Amazon sells ink so Staples is not needed for me.
Very unprofessional people! They do not know what they are doing. Employees are annoying and dumb, manager is dumber. The blonde girl is annoying and hard to talk to. They screwed up my entire order and dont care to fix anything. This place is dirty full of crackheads. Go to office depot much more clean and helpful!
I placed a order for 250 business card of the same cards I ordered the last time. Not only did they not call me to tell me they never printed them, but they dont even have my design in their system even though I ordered from the same location. Now Im miss out on money for my business but my time to find a better place to get business cards. You need a better system or employees that listen and take notes.
Fantastic customer service. Matthew in particular is one of the most courteous, helpful, upbeat people Ive ever encountered in retail. If I ran a store, Id fill it full of Matthews.

I met David Kirk, manager of Staples Metrocenter #0377, at the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. I learn of all the promotions especially the Back to School values. I had some bookmarks made and David even delivered to the house. If I have a question about batteries or technology he and the staff are very knowledgeable. They have stayed open, stayed safe and continue to help large and small businesses stay open and operating.

The copy service manager at the Metro Center Staples location it was actually quite rudeI simply asked him if I could possibly throw some documents that had protected information and at Redbox and he basically told me they would cost me $0.99 a pound I only had two papers by was concerned about throwing him in the regular trashIs Staples hurting that bad for money really

Very disappointed in my visit to staples. Was trying to print out some flyers for my missing pet. The smart printers are a huge joke. Got all the way to the end of the transaction, which took way to long, just for it to freeze when accessing my google drive. Tried again with the same result. Not one employee tried to help the entire time so i lost my 4$ and no flyers were printed.
Clean store. Easy to get help from good staff. In and out quickly and found what I needed. Aisles are labeled for ease of finding what you want.
I came in with a complicated task and was blessed to encounter Kiana. She went above and beyond in her willingness to help me out. It was a self-serve task but Im technologically challenged and Kiana walked me through everything and didnt make me feel at all inept. More employees everywhere with her lovely attitude!!!

I havent been in a Staples in a very long time. I needed items for my 3 High Schoolers so stopped in on my way home from an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices on the school supplies I needed to buy. Also the customer service was excellent. A young man named Jerome helped me with choosing a scientific calculator and since I needed to purchase 2 of them he showed me the lesser priced ones without hesitation . I am on a budget so I am very grateful for the assistance he provided. I will go back to that store again for all my kids school needs from now on. Great prices, great service!
When I called to find out if they had in stock the item I wanted the clerk was very helpful, even getting the price for me. When I told him I would stop by in about 30 minutes he offered to bring it up to the front of the store so it would be there waiting for me. When I got there it was there! I was able to get right in line and pay. I was in and out in no more than 5 minutes.A great experience!
I normally go all the time and get things I need printed, its always super easy. In and out quick but going to them yesterday was a bad expiriance I went in and went to the print counter and asked for help with printing like I would normally do. They had me send my documents to a staples email and said to wait for further instructions. I waited and got nothing. I mentioned it to the girls working in the print counter and they said for me to wait a little longer that the service was not well sometimes. I re sent it and waited for what seemed a lifetime finally i got the email after looking for the following steps I was asked to find some printing machine mind you theres about 10 different ones around me, i needed help and I feel like the employees were pretending to not look my way. They saw my husband and I walking around trying to print what I needed and got no further help, when I would go to counter they made me feel unwanted. There was not very many customers so Im unsure why they were not more helpful. It was confusing and had no help. I left and went to Office Max and it was a breeze. Not sure when they switched things up but I wont be going back.

Nice store, great location right off the freeway and next to an In-and-Out so that is always a plus. Their electronics are not as inexpensive as Frys but they are close to us and have a good selection of stuff.
The reviews are right! I went in to simply print off four black and white copies and they told me that it would be a 4 hour wait. I went to Office Max down the road and got it done in 30 seconds. Their self-help option does not allow you to email a file, only copy from a hard copy.
We dropped by unexpectedly one Sunday almost closing time to buy a small filing cabinet that was on SALE and there was only 1 box left. The staff/gentlemen that were there at the store was very helpful to us.

They were rude and unhelpful to the person in front of me. When it was my turn they ding seem to want to help me I asked for 100 copies of professional quality and and to charge it to my business account I have set up and they said oh you can just use that copy machine there. When I asked if it would look as professional as the forms I had they said no. And that I cant charge it to my business account. When I asked of they could print out more business cards like the one I had just purchased they said no that I could pay for their designer even tho they already made my cards and buy them there all the time. Id rather not use staples at all
I came in because I needed to print out a calendar really quick. I used the email print option which is a little tedious but Im okay with that. I looked at the print preview and it showed the entire calendar the way it should look; however when it printed it printed in 57 instead of 811. Im like okay, thats a little annoying but what ever Ill just ask the lady at the printing counter if she can fix it. She pulled it up on her computer and saved it and said it would take her a hour to print it out. A HOUR!Thats rediculous. I understand that people at the print center get busy filling out orders but she already had mine pulled up and it would have taken her 1 minute to print it out. How do I know this? Because its happened to me before and the printing person at that time pulled it up and fixed it so fast I thought nothing of it.I really think she said a hour so I would just go away and she wouldnt have to deal with it. Anyways, I didnt think staples was doing so well that they could ignore customer service but apparently they are so busy with business that it would take them an hour to print my calendar in 811. Well Id hate to inconvience them anymore with my petty business.
I walked in today and get bum rushed and followed by an obese manager asking me if I need help with a rude tone. She didnt rush anyone else walking in and follow them around. So rude and uncomfortable to be treated like that!
Dont waste your time here go to an office max or office depot. Immature and lazy staff, poor management and sketchy location.

Ok not all Staples stores are bad.. this one store had bad customer service.. no one seem to what to help out.. what I needed they did not have.. or could tell me if one of there stores had what needed in printer ink..plenty of parking and handicap parking.. I felt they did not seem to want to help.. so I went to another Stapes store and they were that happy to help me.

I just moved into the area and I needed to print two documents, sign and fax them. I called and spoke with Vito. I copied the documents into a USB stick took them to Staples Vito printed them I signed the documents then Vito he faxed them got the confirmation report. Great service!

I have dealt with the General Manager and another Manager at this location. I would really really love for this location to get their act together and communicate with one another better! The CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE! I had made a previous print order and they informed me to pick it up the next day. I was unable to pick up the paper so I sent my fiancé to pick up the paper order. Once my fiancé arrived there the associate tried to make him pay for an item that was already paid for. I called ahead of time and made sure my fiancé didn’t need anything other than the email I sent him for pick up. I let the associates know I had paid for the paper the day I made the order. Why would they try to make him pay for an order that was already paid for! So I called to let the associates know my order was paid for already!Once we got that figured out my fiancé went to pick the paper up again.. only to find out the image I left with them was printed on the wrong paper. So we had to redo the whole order! And I am on a tight schedule! This has really delayed my wedding invitations to be sent out! Once they print the image on the correct paper I see that the print service was rushed and poorly done. The print quality was not right! I work, so I can not keep going back and forth to this location everyday for them to correct their mistakes! I go back in, when I finally have the time and let them know the poor quality. The Manager I dealt with said they would have my print service done same day for pick up. I waited all day on my only day off for a phone call for my order. I never got one and so I once again make an unnecessary trip to this location only to find out my print service was not done! And they were not going to call me till the next day. Like I had mentioned before today is my only day off! I can’t keep going back and forth to the location wasting gas! Why can’t this location just communicate better and get my order right the first time so I don’t have to keep going back and forth !I plan to print more for my wedding but I also hate that this is the only nearest location to me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The rude lil 20y/o in printing with the black curly hair needs a major lesson in patience and politness. She was snippy and rude. And not just to me. She helped 3 other guests in the time i was there and honestly just came across as annoyed and frustrated. Like, hello, ppl come here because tgey need help getting something completed/printed they otherwise cant do themselves. Check the attitude hunny! Maggie, the other gal at the photo counter, stepped in and helped when she saw the conflict. Staples... maybe a chat in about attitudes would be in your best interest!
If i could take stars away from this lame excuse of an establishment they would be left star-less. Me and my girlfriend went to this location because michaels didnt carry the product we needed. Instantly we were stereotyped as thieves or something because every aisle we went to a woman named Liz would be at the end of it, staring intently at us with her hand on her hip as if to say yeah im watching you. We tested it by jumping from aisle to aisle very quickly and each time she moved just as quick as we did and said something on her radio. Disgraceful, and to think we were excited that they may have had our product and were prepared to spend our money on it. Luckily im not the old old me or they would not have liked the outcome.

Im not sure what is up with the store. Do I look suspicious or something? People who I can only assume were loss prevention seem to follow me throughout the store while I was waiting for my wife to pick up the things we came in for. Its pretty annoying when every few minutes someone comes up to you and asks can I help you with something and you say no but they seem to still stand right there by you. When you walk to another section either that person our new person asks you the same thing. On this trip the same person asked me six different times in less than 20 minutes. I can only assume he thought I was going to steal something. Just felt somewhat discriminated against for my looks or something at this location.

Worst place to go to. I try to use a 5 dollars online coupon to buy an online item through the kiosk. When I go to the register, the manager tells me it cant be done because it is an online coupon and we are purchasing it in store. I pulled out an in store coupon and then she tells me I cant use it because it is an online item. So I ask her what is the point of the kiosk then if I cant make the purchase with the posted deals, should I just go home to purchase it? She says yep, if you want to use that online coupon, then go home and purchase it. HOW ABOUT NO? What is the logic here, manager Veronica? The A Google Users down there are all liars..
This staples gets a HUGE FAT ZERO THE SIZE OF JUPITER!!! Jessica, Jennifer that works in printing has no customer service skills at all just to assist in printing a simple document they will no longer receive any of my business and Ill gladly take my business to FedEx !!! And the manager Debbie gets a fat zero too.
Wouldve have been a 5 star, but printing machine took longer than expected; which Im not sure why when theres no other running. It took the assistant manager to finally print it on her machine.

The service there is quite good except for the guy in the copies and photos section, when someone who doesnt know how to use a photo copie machine asks for help, they expect that help, well it wasnt like that for me since that guy had a really bad attitude and told me to figure it out by myself, well after 29 minutes, I ended spending $7 dollars trying to figure out how to do a copie of both sides.
I will never go back there again. I bought two earphones sets. they were horrible. No one could ever hear me. I thought i t was my phone for a minute but it wasnt. I brought them back two and a half weeks later because i was busy. Didnt have my receipt but i DIDNT want my money back. I just wanted credit to get a new pair. I wouldve paid the difference i told the lady at the register. She called her manager and the manager told her no. really? anyother place wouldve gave me credit. never going back there or any of the other locations again! And im going to make sure Ill tell everyone i know who needs supplies.

Every time I go here to make copies, I have to wait 20+ minutes. This has happened four times in a row!! Yesterday was the last time I will ever go there. The associate behind the counter gawked at me, like she had never seen a scruffy guy before. She whispered to the other associate and then proceeded to give me horrible customer service. I hope this Staples goes out of business, go to OfficeMax down the street.

I was promised a 24 hr period to have my banner done the next day showed up they didnt have banner done! Had to pick it up on sat Veronica tried to get loud n argue with me stating I was at fault. Ive never visited here and found what I was looking for in the spot that it goes. If its even in stock, it takes forever to find out where its supposed to be buried under other stock, or more common, theres some other item(s) in its spot so it hasnt been reordered at all.
