My company purchased $19,000 for Cubicles in June of 2021. The installers indicated that some clamps for the windows were broken or missing. We requested the missing pieces for the cubicles and we still do not have the parts to complete installation. The customer service department did not succeed in supplying our requests for replacement.We were expecting two electrical plugs for each cubicle and we only received one. We were told that the sales person did not understand our initial request. I accepted that answer but the customer service department was not willing to work with us to correct the issue. Poor customer service. I would give 5 stars for the cubicles that came in correct but 1 star for handling our concerns.
I’ve been trying without success to get a replacement caster from Customer Care. Angela in Customer Care said she would ship me the caster on the day we spoke, and would send me the tracking number the next day. It’s been a week and neither of those promises were kept. I would not recommend buying anything from a company that doesn’t back up their sales. My impression is that Customer Care - doesn’t.

I ordered two leather executive chairs. They arrived in excellent condition, ahead of schedule and with easy to follow instructions to do the very minimal assembly required.I am delighted with both chairs. Not only do I have a quality chair that is already a relief to my back, but I saved 70% by buying used! The chairs are in like-new condition, I feel good about making a “green” purchase and, quite frankly, the leather finish/color are far nicer than anything I could have bought new from major website retailers.I highly recommend to anyone searching for a high quality office chair.
Good price, horrible service, not worth the effort.I dont even know where to start. First we tried to order a desk, and had to try multiple sales people because every email we sent they only replied to about half our questions and ignored the rest.Then we tried ordering a Leap chair, which took weeks (literally) of them telling us stock dates and having them move. Then the center column of the chair was sunk so low to the ground it wouldnt work properly, and they tried to tell us the 1/32 clearance was normal. They finally agreed to fix it, so we took the chair back down to their warehouse and they adjusted it. The fix didnt hold and now its sinking again, and Ive emailed asking for help and once again theyre not responding.Their email reply says we reply within 24 hours and that is just fiction. I suppose I could also mention their customer support people not wearing masks right now, but it really feels with their theme of not caring at all about their customers.It looks like theyre a lottery. If you get a good product and a good contact there, youll do fine and save money. If you run into a problem, good luck. My suggestion is not to risk it and go elsewhere.
I was looking for a Herman Miller desk chair and National Office Interiors was by far the cheapest. The staff was very helpful and kind. Austin Barnes was a great help to me.. Great place to go! Would highly recommend.
RUN!!!!!!!May 2019 I placed an order for two tables which arrived almost two week late after i paid rush shipping for them. Once the tables arrived i realized I needed two more to fill the space. I placed a 2nd order in July with Rheo Knudson and specifically listed the part number on the e-mail order request to insure i received matching tables. When the 2nd order of tables arrived in October 2019 there were several differences from size, color and height. After months of back and forth a Patrick McGinty told me since is did not specify the usage for the tables a different option was chosen for me and i would have to pay shipping, restocking and the difference in price to get the tables i originally ordered. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was highly pleased with the professional service, the attention to detail, and the variety of options available. I live in Phoenix and was able to visit a showroom. I was able to walk around and try things out without the hassle. The staff, particularly Nick and Myles, were very knowledgeable and helped me hone in on what I needed (and wanted). While I was disappointed at the all-sales-final policy and that I could not take home the product I wanted that day, I was pleased at the quick next-day turnaround, and the 5 year warranty. If I have any other office furniture needs, Ill definitely go back.

I originally tried to buy a chair locally but that option ended up not being available so I decided to go with these guys. They were quick to reply and answer all of my questions. The shipping was estimated to be 5-10 days but arrived within just 3 days of the order granted I only live 2 hours them but still none the less great service. The chair although used seems at though it is brand new. Overall great service and a great product.

Update. Beware Beware. Dont trust this place. 1.5 years, they still are harassing me with attorneys. Terrible Experience. Your current ETA delivery is not 10 to 12 like you promised. I asked your company to change your response as it is factually incorrect. Yet you do not. MY FURNITURE IS PAST 12 WEEKS I STILL DONT HAVE IT. When the furniture finally arrived at their warehouse after the contracted time they said so what its past the contracted time. We are delivering it anyway. By contract it was supposed to be there September 20. this picture was taken September 30. You are failing to take any responsibility for your failure to perform under the contract. I also offered to settle this however the manager would never converse on the phone and only exasperated the dismal experience this reviewer experienced.
I love my desk that I received!!! The staff helped me to find the right desk that would meet my needs, and ensured it was exactly what I wanted. My purchase was completed and and received my desk promptly. The delivery person was also fantastic! The quality of my new office furniture is great. I love my new desk! To top off having a great new piece in my office the company and staff were wonderful to work with!!! I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a used Humanscale Freedom chair. Shipping was in a timely manner via FedEx Ground. The chair was well packed and easy to set up. The quality was excellent. I would definately shop here again.
Furniture is OK for a laminated faux wood product and the price. Bought a refurbed Steelcase chair, a desk and return. I was reasonably happy with the initial order, so I bought a rolling three drawer file. When I unboxed it, the bottom was very scratched up (purchased new - not used). OK, its the bottom and nobody but me will see it (except one side edge where the damage is visible. I also had a problem with one of the handles but they said they are sending me a new one.
I needed a Herman Miller Aeron desk chair on short notice and I called National Office at about 12:30 and spoke with Dorothy. I told her what I wanted and she directed me to the specific chair on the company’s website. It was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. After telling her I wanted it, she quickly sent me an email with a contract and I purchased the chair and immediately drove to their warehouse where it was waiting for me at the door with my name on it. Needless to say, this was an excellent experience.

We ordered multiple desks, cabinets, etc. Everything I ordered showed up quicker than anticipated, which was great. Once we had everything in place the furniture looks awesome. I am very particular on how things look. Much worse on a particular scale than most. Before ordering, I was worried about durability and overall look considering purchase site unseen. When you walk into our building, the furniture in each office exceeds those concerns. Looks fantastic and well made.

Ordered three lateral filing cabinets. Two of the cabinets I asked to exchange; they were missing a seal coat. Dorothy in sales promised that they back up all of their products and would exchange if necessary. Second exchange wasnt acceptable, third exchange was great! Dorothy, Rob, Ed; were awesome during the exchange process. I also wanted to recognize the delivery guys; Antonio and Daniel! Great guys and a real asset to the company! Very satisfied!!!
Tried to do a price match of a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from Madison Seating at $325.10, & they said no, & stood firm at $399. They said that it was because Madison got bad reviews. I asked them to meet me half way, & they agreed at $362 final price. It didnt ship in 5 days, & when it arrived late the box was damaged with the top of wheel protruding from the box. The wheel top was scratched, but I accepted it. After unwrapping it, I found the seat was broken, & it wouldnt go up & down with no instructions on how to correct that. They shipped another chair, but it was missing pieces, which we salvaged from the 1st chair. It took about 5 weeks to get the final chair from the ordering day. On Amazon a renewed chair is $519, so I saved $157, balanced against many hassles, emails, and phone calls. They are nice people, but just make many mistakes.After I posted the above review, they refunded me $50 for my troubles. So their hearts are in the right place.
I recently purchased some refurbished office furniture from National Office Interiors. When I sent my driver to pick up the order, he arrived about an hour and a half after the end of will-call pickup hours for the warehouse. And it was raining fairly intently.My driver called to tell me that will-call was closed. I asked him to stay there for a minute, until I could see if there was hope of not wasting the trip. I called the main switchboard and spoke with the person who answered, Patrick. I explained my situation, Patrick looked up my order, and asked me to hold on while he called back to the warehouse. He came back and explained that, because it was raining, the warehouse people who were still in the building were all busy making sure everything was dry in the back.I would have accepted that answer happily, because it was clearly stated what the will-call hours were and we where there very late. But then Patrick asked if I would hold on while he went back there himself to see if he could help.Long story short, Patrick pulled my order together and brought out for my driver. This is a level of service you just dont see today, and I am beyond impressed.I also had an exceptional experience with my sales representative, Dorothy, and with the warehouse associates when we picked up the rest of the order. Even better, I bought high-quality, affordable refurbished office furniture that I couldnt find anywhere else in Phoenix.I will definitely be a long-term customer!

BAD, BAD experience I had. They put me into a finance program that was supposed to be 90-days same as cash. After I took delivery of the furniture, I found out from the finance company that this was not true - that I had to make monthly payments starting very quickly. A very bad surprise with everything going on. I applied for and was approved for substitute financing on my own. NOI simply had to return the money they received from the first finance company, and were going to be reimbursed immediately by the new one. The National Sales Manager, however, refused -- turned a situation the could have remedied for $0.00 out of pocket for his company into a lawsuit for fraud. The furniture I got was good, but heaven help you if you have any problems -- impossible to deal with.
I drove to all the local furniture stores in Santa Ana, Tustin, Anaheim and found this location to have the best selection of new and used furniture. Prices were the most reasonable and Ramon was extremely helpful. This is the best place for office furniture and great customer service!
Myles was very helpful with my purchase of 2 Steelcase leather desk chairs and two Steelcase stools. Delivery was near perfect. One plastic knob cover was cracked. After I notified Myles of this, a new knob arrived at my front door very quickly. National has very good customer service. I Highly recommend if you want high quality used office furniture.

I was looking for a Phoenix company that could sell me a refurbished HM Aeron chair. Their website listed several, so I called to confirm their stock.Glad I did; the one I had picked was at another of their warehouses. Dorothy worked with me to shop ones that were specifically in their Phoenix warehouse and despite working offsite, plus having a reduced crew due to COVID control, and it being a Friday afternoon, Dorothy had the chair ready for pickup just as promised.NOIL demonstrated how outstanding customer service is done. I would recommend them and will shop here again.
I ordered an office chair from this company and paid $100 shipping for it. The delivery company was unable to deliver to my address because it was not explained that they could only ship it in an 18-wheeler semi and the delivery company was not informed by Office Interiors that there was no loading dock or semi access. I ended up having to coordinate with the shipping company over multiple phone calls and ended up having to pick this chair up 20 minutes away from my office from a stranger in the back of a Walmart parking lot. I had to take an hour out of my day and haul the item across town myself while still paying the $100 in shipping for this one item. Office Interiors needs to find a proper way to ship their products and not just have it to some random guy with a truck.

Updated review. After filing a BBB complaint this company honored what I was originally promised--a refund of part of my purchase price because the salesperson mislead us on what the furniture was made of. (I am pretty sure this was an accident on her part and she did not intentionally try to mislead us on the materials.) My refund was processed today.
I have set up two offices and renovated one with the help of Dorothy and National Office Interiors, Arizona. I cant speak for everyone over there but Dorothy is by far the most personable and non-pushy sales person I have ever dealt with. She had suggestions when needed but listened to the direction we had for ourselves. When opening our second branch office, I did look elsewhere for furnishings, not sure quite why as I came running back to NOI. They have the best prices, great looking furniture- new and used, a large selection and the ability to get it fast if it isnt in their warehouse. They ship Nationwide! Seriously, DO NOT HESITATE to give them a go, you will not regret it. Also, ask for Dorothy, shes the greatest!P.S. The delivery guys, Danny and Antonio are top notch too! So fast and organized, they are a well oiled machine. The warehouse supervisor Rob is a wiz at scheduling and making sure everything gets on the truck. Called up to order a Steelcase LEAP chair that was on sale. Talked with Dorothy. Id originally wanted a black leather, but we found a brown leather in stock locally at the Houston warehouse. Gave payment details pretty close to 5pm on a Tuesday, and the chair was delivered to my office on Wednesday morning before I even got to work! Will be buying from them again.

Once we chose our desk, they scheduled to have it refinished and then delivered. We had our new desk in a week and half, which I found to be very speedy since it was sent out for to be refinished. The desk is beautiful! It is of very good quality and half the price. When the time comes, well be going back to National Office Interiors and Liquidators and Dorothy.

Beware of this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. I last year placed an order. They PROMISED delivery. 10 to 12 weeks. THEY FAILED TO DELIVER, their attitude, was, so what you still have to pay. The Credit Company agreed they breached the contract and refunded me my money. Rheo Knudsen admitted he was unable to deliver the products for the opening of my business as promised in their contract that they wrote. I had an open house with NO FURNITURE because of this company. Now, in the greatness of America he has stuck a lawyer on me demanding payment. Their Contract Means Nothing to them. Their Reputation is: we will get it to you whenever they feel like it. They didnt even have the courtesy to call to say it would not be delivered as the contract states. STAY AWAY.
I cant say enough about the customer service. I too had the pleasure of working with Dorothy. I didnt want to keep her hanging while I decided what pieces I wanted. She agreed to give me time, as well as check back with me.She didnt need to. When I was ready she was available and knowledgable. Great communication and terrific sense of humor. I will follow up with how shipping plays out. Until then I look forward to working with Dorothy for future purchases. Thanks so much Dorothy.

We received our awesome new file cabinet on FRIDAY! Can you believe it?! Thank you so much for having it squished on that truck last minute! I didnt know I could get so excited about a file cabinet but, I am - its perfect and gorgeous! We have fairly limited space in our office so its best when pieces can somehow do double duty.I had had in mind what I wanted/needed for a file cabinet but, didnt think it existed. Finally, I found the Teknion Vertical 4 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet, exactly what I was looking for (yay!)...except, like many things I choose, it was way out of price range (bummer)...then I found NOL (yay!)...except we needed it ASAP and delivery lead time was 3 weeks (bummer)...then you stepped in, answered all of my questions, problem solved with me and got it to us in less than 2 weeks (YAY!)...all for just our 1 little ol file cabinet. It is really nice to know you cared for our very modest order, as if it were for 15 file cabinets. Could we go less then one star. A custom order was placed with a contracted delivery time. They did not deliver as contracted. Update.Everything in this post is accurate. The company lied in their response stating they WON. They did not, the credit card company investigated and found the company breached the contract and refunded me the money. They ask that I should not give a bad review. Well then give good customer service
I was looking for a better deal on a Steelcase Leap. I had just found a good deal on Amazon for one brand new at $800. That is no price to scoff at! By some stroke of luck I came across a thread on Reddit recommending this company. Their website directs you to call in order to place your order, and Linda made the whole thing a lot easier.In an age where you are becoming more accustomed to relying on more well known companies online, Linda did well to ease any apprehension. We have recently painted some of the downstairs offices here and added new furnishings. Our student mail and computer room has been transformed into a functional and comfortable work area . I wanted to replace a favorite Bulldog chair that is no longer available. Although the refurbished chair I originally ordered from National Office Liquidators was not available, I was offered a later version for the same price. It may take time for delivery but I am very happy with the black leather bulldog that was just delivered. Thanks Rena Smith.
Arriving in Mesa, Az. to begin plans for electronics manufacturing facility (expanding from Southeast Fl. location), we unexpectedly found an empty space when we were told the facility would be furnished. We found NOI on the internet and visited the showroom in Phoenix. Dorothy E. was amazing in getting us fitted for Lobby, offices, conference rooms, and cubicles in only a couple hours time, and a promise of quick delivery and installation. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and knew her inventory completely. Cant say enough of how she turned a scary situation for us into a quick check off our list. Highly recommend Dorothy and company!

Mine was a rather insignificant purchase of a lateral file cabinet, but it was very important to me because the National Interiors and Liquidators website indicated that this file had the unique dimensions I needed. Id been searching for many months, so it occurred to me that there might have been a misprint. Since I was shopping by telephone, I asked the salesperson, Rena Smith, if she could somehow verify the dimensions. Rena did so in a matter of minutes and provide further details about the product. Afterwards, Rena completed the transaction and provided confirmation and a receipt by email. I am extremely impressed by the professional, efficient and pleasant manner in which Rena conducted this transaction.
