Ive been three times to leave packages and the customer service has been very good actually they love helping customers
I love this FedEx. Ive been here 3 times to drop off prepaid packages. Service has been very fast each time. Staff is polite and helpful. It makes my day when it appears employees are happy helping customers. I cant relay enough my appreciation for their helpfulness. This isnt the FedEx with the most direct route from my house. I dont mind going out of my way to visit this location because its the one with best service.

I come to this shop for printing services. The associates are always polite and helpful. Shop appears clean and stocked. The prices are great too.
Where do I start? Well, I went to UPS, After having been in there within the last couple months to ask them how much it cost to print a piece of paper, I was quoted around $.15, And explained when I had googled it it said the same thing, however, when I sent a page to be printed online it was wanting like $4! He told me that was not correct it was basically a few cents in comparison for each paper, and to just come in whenever I need anything printed. Well, with them being just down the street for me, that is what I just did, but when I went to pay for my piece of paper he wanted about $3!!! I left and looked up other printing services, this is the first place I called I got a representative on the phone superquick, Wanda answered all my questions, and helped me out very kindly! Fast, easy, at a great price and then went above & beyond getting my 1pc paper/shipping label done for me! I am beyond happy with the choice to make the extra 10min drive from Central & Dunlap UPS. I will no longer support UPS & will only be there IF it because a merchant uses them for returns. I highly recommend this location. I was greeted right away, and treated amazingly! Excellent customer service
I want to personally thank Mark the Center Manager for his personal assistance with preparing documents that was extremely complicated. Mark was extremely patient and showed great servant leadership to his team. He could have stayed in his office but chose to come out and help me.
Love how clean it is at this specific location, not only from the outside but from the inside as well! I was greeted by the associate at the counter, he helped me pick out the correct box for my package and he took care of the rest. I was out of there in less than 2 minutes! Love that I can rely on your FedEx workers to give me the confidence that they are taking care of our packages. Thanks for handling it for us!
Have visited this location at 23rd and Peoria a few times over the years, theyve always been prompt, courteous, and helpful, no matter who was behind the counter. Rarely a wait due to incognito location, I would recommend this office highly.
The employees here are nice enough but here are some suggestions for improvement:1. FYI lab testing can be sent through FedEx. I did this all the time for my previous job. Just because something is marked biohazard doesnt mean you should freak out and tell me I cant send it through fedex. It means hey you should probably wear gloves and be an experienced healthcare worker ( like myself) before opening this little baggie.2. When you say Im out of luck because theyve already picked up for the day is pretty much like saying We dont want your business. Maybe try saying something like, Hey here is what I can do for you-the guy has already picked up for today but I can make extra sure he gets it tomorrow. Or Theyve already picked up here but maybe you can try this other location, I know they pick up a little bit later or at such and such time today or tomorrow. I know its cheesy but it matters.I literally walked in to get an envelope-baggie and for someone to help me print my label. I know I was stressed when I walked in-that may have contributed to my bad experience but I didnt feel any better on my way out. Im sure these are great employees, just wanted to put out some suggestions.

Super helpful amazing people😊...I was there a few days ago to send a mail and was confused since instructions about how the receiver wanted the return envelope was vague..i placed the order then cancelled it and then wanted to place it again...it was late in the afternoon and the kind lady behind the desk was patient enough to guide me through...she hurried up everything and was able to make it just on time for their mail truck..if it wasnt for her I would have lost 3 days since that weekend was July 4th...

Waited 10 minutes to be helped. Guy was rude to me the whole time. Shipping price he gave me was not what I was quoted on the phone before going over there. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time.
