The easiest place to send off any kind of mail or packages through multiple companies. If you are on a budget they will work with you to get your mail/package sent out with the cheapest services and fastest if need to be. Helpful and friendly all the time.

Prices are high for boxes. Some Styrofoam and a box was over $20. Its like they know you dont have any other options. I bought a pool noodle for 4 dollars instead of paying $20 for theyre equivalent. Sassy younger staff girl who didnt wear a mask. I will go back since it is the only place to buy oddly shaped boxes, but I wont enjoy it.

The lady upfront is sooooo rude. Its early in the morning, she cant be having a bad day already. If you hate your job or business find something else to do. Stop harassing your customers.

Super friendly staff always happy to answer questions, package items and make sure your items get where they need to go, when they need to be there. Both Scottsdale and Phoenix are consistent with customer service and ensuring customers are always put first. I continue to ship here over everywhere else due to the customer service provided.

This is the best shipping store I have been to. Great fast service, always willing to show me the different boxes that my item might fit in, always give me a drop off receipt if I need it. the lady is so friendly and the young man there is too. Offers to get my heavy boxes. Best prices on boxes, bubble wrap, and tape, better than competing companies. I dont know why anyone would go elsewhere. Anyway, I highly recommend them.

WOW!DO NOT do business here.I called in to get a quote on shipping an item across the country. Roseanne picked up the phone & immediately hung up after saying Hello. When I called back, she picked up but refused to give me a quote because I didnt want to give her my phone number. She immediately got snarky, & told me Well Im busy, Ill call you back if youre not gonna give me your number.Im flabbergasted at how terribly she handled that phone call. Im jumping on BBB next.

Review update! went by here again today and what a great selection of packing and moving supplies. A ship a lot of ebay and this a great store to help keep the square inches down. less bulk more padding. Not only a great selection, but wow great customer service!

I ship a lot for my business, and occasionally need odd or oversize boxes that tend to run very expensive for me to order. Stopped at Airpark today and found exactly the weird size I need for an extremely good price (1/3 of what I saw on the websites of the chain stores). As far as shipping supplies, they have a fantastic selection and you dont need to buy volume amounts.

If you are shipping lots of items you need to know about this store. Everything you need in one location that is easy to get to as well.

The owner of the store was not friendly and started complaining about taping my own box. WOW! I never been told this by any other shipping store. In addition when I replied, is tape really that expensive, she said, it is when you ship 100 boxes.If being rude to you customers and refusing to spend 1/2 cent or less to tape customers boxes is a way to make more money, you are going to lose customers as they did me. I am never going back there again! The UPS store down the road is much friendlier and will tape my boxes for free and no attitude !!!

I tried the DV Airpark Pak N Ship store for the first time today (Monday October 18th) around 3:15. I had a Fed Ex package prepaid return. When I went to drop it off I asked for a receipt showing that I dropped off the package, as the whole purpose of sending via FedEx/UPS is for tracking and accountability. The lady told me they didnt do that, I could just use the tracking number. So I asked what happens if the package gets lost before the Fed Ex picks it up, her comment we have never lost a package. That is great, but if my package would be the first then I would be personally responsible to pay for the contents which would be about $150.00. I pointed out that my UPS store always provides drop off receipts, she told me sarcastically that this was not UPS, it was Fed Ex. Which my comment was then I guess that is why I will only ship UPS in the future and from a different location. She told me if I needed here to she could write down the tracking number for me. She then took the package and rang me up for a box I wanted to purchase. I asked her for the hand written tracking number to which she had referred to, at which time she took out a shipping/drop off form and told me that we dont ever do this but since you are so persistent... Imagine that a form for something that they never do, indicating to me that it is out of laziness that she never fills out a receipt, not due to company policy. As I told her, the last thing I need from a shipping company is a bunch of crap; I will not be going back.

Pretty poor service from a service based business. My package did not arrive on time based on what was paid. This company took no responsibility and blamed the post office. I will no longer use this company and will use UPS, FedEx or USPS directly.

My mom attempted to take a box here to ship to my sister oversees. Rude customer service, the gentleman refused to help her with basically everything, no help with what the fees would be since we were using an DHL account, no help with information on the local shipping office where packages need to go, made it seem like a big deal that he needed to weigh the box before shipping? And just in general not friendly, we will not be back and would recommend you dont bother either. Small businesses cannot survive with this kind of attitude in a service related industry.
