Our family companies have been doing business with Arizona Bag for 25 years. NEVER ever again. Walked in to front lobby treated rudely for not having a mask on. Its 117 degrees today. Get a grip. It is %100 your right to refuse me and I support your rights and decision... I choose to spend my continuing packaging budget elsewhere. Your prices are too high anyway. Try ACE Packaging, Pioneer or Phoenix Tent and Awning or even Amazon. Can find anything that AZ Bag has somewhere else in town and for cheaper. We used them as a 1 stop shop to get everything we needed. Not anymore...Bye!

Ive never had a bad experience at az bag. Doesnt matter if I was picking up a willcall, putting in the order in person, or even asking about pricing on their products, I have always been helped by the awesome staff. Would highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

We go to this company because someone recommended it. What a mistake‼️We go there and the sales person asked us the size of the shade we need. We tell him then he has to know what size turnbuckles we were going to use. I told him “multiple” times. It doesn’t matter we need the shade to be the size we requested‼️ Again he would not let us order the size we wanted. He insisted that he send his installer out to look at what we were doing. His installer comes out and tells us you’re fine with the way it’s being installed. Then we are aloud to order the shade. After a few weeks we drive across the valley to get the shade. We then get home to discover they didn’t make the shade to our request & the size we PAID for. Even charged us extra because they needed to use two pieces of material for the size we needed. I called back and I was then dealing with a nice lady she said they would make another shade and deliver it. Then the original sales person calls us back. Keeps insisting that it wasn’t his fault. Then he refuses to deliver the new shade. We drive across the valley again and get there early before they open. This sales person comes to the gate and tells me we don’t open until...I blew a head gasket...We will try to get ahold of the owner to see why we were treated so RUDELY.I would hate to see someone lose their job but this sales person needs a firm talking to‼️Sorry to have to post this but I’ve never been treated this bad ever‼️

Unfair treatment. I would never return. Do not listen to the local YouTubers about referral as they probably get a cut. I only drove this far because of those referrals. The valley has other places to get a better deal or just try Amazon. I found mine there. I was very disappointed.

Generally I have a good experience. Once though, I bought scrap burlap. I got to Tucson and discovered it was not scrap. It was garbage. I think of scrap as leftover small pieces that I needed for my project. Why buy a 100ft x 100ft sheet and have to cut it into many pieces. Well the scraps were completely useless and embarrassed me tremendously. They were mostly too small to be useful and most of it had been sewn together at very odd angles. But most annoying of all was that it all had purple writing all over it. If you ever buy scrap, make sure you look at what youre buying and not accept a sealed box of scrap without knowing what youre getting.

Good folks, the guy in Bay 3 will offer you coffee or water, very nice people with supplies you need.

WARNING ! THIS COMPANY IS RIPOFF ! Az bag Co. doesnt have its customers in mind only its CASH REGISTER.We came in to buy sandbags a large order, theres one person inside who seemed somewhat annoyed when we asked where the sandbags are. He didnt speak he just pointed to a display of bags. Ok we thought maybe hes just having a bad day. Then we asked about the difference in the sandbags, with regards to pricing/quality and again he acted as if we were bothering him with our questions. He told us that a very expensive canvas sandbag was their best as well the most expensive. We wanted to invest in some quality sandbags so we bought them Being in the event business they get used often and we wanted the best sandbags we could buy. WE PAID AND THAT WAS IT NO THANKS FOR COMING IN NO WORDS. Shortly after purchasing the sandbags while out of town on a national event we noticed dark patches on the sandbags a closer look reviled it was mold growing and also causing the bags to rip open from the mold. There was nothing we could do at the time except get new sandbags locally which we did another expense. When we got back to Az we went in to Az Bag Co,and explained what happened and asked how could this happen ? and that we would like new sandbags. The same guy who could have cared less the first time we came in to buy the sandbags ( 200 of them at close to $3.00 per ) now stood there and told me these bags are not made to be used for sand they dont breath and thats why they molded. WAIT !!! a minute I said you sold me these bags and said they were sandbags your best ! He said no i didnt you chose those bags its not my fault. I asked him if he agree that I came in to buy sandbags and he said yes, so I said then knowing that I wanted to buy sandbags and that thats what I asked for why would you sell me bags not to be used with sand ?? He looked like he got caught in a lie which is exactly what happened, so he said I did and you chose them anyway.Thats a lie !! he argued no and that this is not his problem and that he will do nothing to fix it. So this is how Az Bag Co does business dont give a dam about a customer when their there to buy and as a result if you have a problem blame it on the customer to get out of having to fix your mistake in the first place. We do a lot of very big national events and buy a lot of sandbags through out the year I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AZ BAG CO AGAIN !! and I will now make it a point that every business owner I know that would need to buy sandbags doesnt buy from this DISHONEST COMPANY AZ BAG CO. For this years Superbowl in Phoenix Ill make sure I get the word out to every company involved not to buy from DISHONEST AZ BAG CO. I will post and blog and let everyone and anyone who may need this kind of product, and Im talking THOUSANDS TO AVOID AZ BAG CO. BE WARNED ! THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF !!!!
