Navis packed and shipped a large chair and several paintings from my grandmothers house in Arizona to Brooklyn, New York. They were incredibly responsive via email and phone throughout the process, arrived on time to pick up my items, and delivered them right on time too. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The items were wrapped extremely well (almost too well, as it took quite a while to unpack them) and I was so impressed with the care that was taken. I would definitely recommend Navis to anyone needing to send precious items--they offer fair pricing and excellent service.

Loved that the Phoenix office was personable and extremely accommodating. Every time I called during the shipping process a human answered the phone very quickly!!! And it was one of two guys that I’d dealt with in person. Easy to track and delivered my pallet of goods exactly when they said they would—even postponing a bit to accommodate my schedule! Some of our pieces were very delicate and they did an amazing job of packing. Since our delivery time was several months after the pickup, Brett was VERY helpful in scouting out storage facilities and arranging all of the details with regard to storing our shipment in a climate controlled environment. In dealing with Navis, they always came when they said they would come and always did what they said they would do. Brett arranged for local Navis facilities in Massachusetts and Florida to handle the deliveries. Again, everything went according to schedule. We had an excellent experience with Navis Pack & Ship. The correspondences were prompt, courteous and helpful. We had an antique glass garden table and chairs shipped from Arizon to the Hudsaon Valley New York and all went smoothily; the table etc. arrived on time and in perfect condition. I only wish Navis could have used something more sustainable than styrofoam peanuts!

He :- dealt with short notice during a very busy time - mid December- had 2 gentlemen pick up the desk promptly saving 2 senior ladies from having to load it and drive into Phoenix!- helped us with cost savings options by recommending the delivery made to a nearby shipping terminal rather than our house (a great option!)- and his team provided an absolutely outstanding job done of securely packaging the desk!!!All I can say is WELL DONE....WELL DONE! The desk arrived in perfect condition! My husband and I are so very thankful, appreciative and frankly amazed that such quality work exists!!! Brett and Nick have packed and white glove freight shipped a number of high end luxury wood furniture and art pieces for our business to clients across the country. 1/25/2020Hands down, the best movers I have ever used. Nick and Brent sent 3 guys to move furniture into a large house in DC Ranch, Scottsdale. I was stressed and nervous about everything fitting, but those guys worked their magic and got everything safely unloaded and installed. The guys were all pleasant and efficient and really did a an amazing professional job. Highly, highly, recommended.

We sold our villa at the Boulders in Scottsdale, AZ and needed to get over 30 paintings/bronzes picked up, stored, packed and shipped to 3 different states. Brett and his crew took on the formidable task of packing and shipping my mothers 60 years of art, as well as antiques and collectibles. It was an enormous undertaking involving 8 pallets. They built crates for the art, intalling hinges and latches, and safely boxed everything else. Brett was instrumental in advising us and coming up with creative solutions for a complex and challenging shipment. He made two site visits and numerous phone calls and emails to make sure every detail was covered. We could never have handled this without him.

Brett and Nick and the Navis crew have shipped many items for us over the years, but the most recent experience was above and beyond the call of duty. They crated and shipped a 9-foot-tall sculpture to a small island off the coast of Georgia that required special attention. That included a LOT of interaction between the gallery that sold the sculpture and the recipient. When the recipient wanted the Navis crew there to install the piece, they even agreed to do that! We are so impressed with the excellent service provided by Navis from end to end.

This was my first experience with Brett and Navis. The crew was so nice and incredibly efficient. They consoldiated our shipment and really took time to make sure it was packed just right. Brett followed through with helping myself and the Lady that I worked for who was shipping her items back home to Alaska. From the first call to following up after delivery, I never wouldve expected a company to care as much as this one did. Truly a class act. I woukd do buisness with them any day.

Used them to pack and ship items won from an auction.. Palette showed up intact looked completely undisturbed .. Once we opened the palette and inventoried its contents found that items were missing .. Contacted Navis they claimed that they shipped everything then proceeded to point fingers at the auction house who then pointed fingers back at them.. Bottom line dont use Navis Pack & Ship they have no accountability for anything nor can you trust that all your items will make it to the destination..
