I use two mail services as I travel all the time; Ship Rite and a service in Santa Rosa, California. Ship Rite is fantastic. If I send an email I get an immediate response. If I have packages arrive I receive texts with photos. They are the best! Ive been using the service for almost two years and Im very happy. Thank you Alex!

I keep receiving what I consider rip-off offers from Olmstead to buy my property for less than one-third what its worth. This used to be my favorite post office. I used to do all my shipping here when I ran a online store, and even had/have a PO box here. I don’t know when it was, but recently, they swapped out the employees I was familiar with new ones. The old employees were extremely friendly and personable. I felt welcomed everytime I was there, and they were very accommodating. They would tell me all the price choices and options for my packages. The new crew is awkward, doesn’t try to make conversation, and seems unfamiliar with the system. They don’t show you all your options, they just choose one for you so when you hear your total, it’s a surprise. I know about the multiple options, because I shipped here before. Its a shame to see a place I used to like so much go down hill.

I have been going here since the original owner, Alex the new owner is great as customer service skills are on point, cant recommend him enough!

Ive only just transferred my P.O Box to this location in the last month and I immediately felt regret for not transferring sooner!!! I have to say-- the difference in service, specifically as it relates to the ease and accommodations for PO Box holders, is far superior than my previous PO box I used here in the valley. I was immediately impressed with ShipRites standard of communication -- everything is convenient and easy!I receive my first package to my PO box at ShipRite this week. A text notification with a photo of the shipping label notifying me the package was received and who it was from. Gone are the days I have to call the location to figure out if a package I am awaiting has been delivered!!! Im so excited about this service!Though I print my own business related shipping labels at home before dropping them off here, I love that they offer the convenience of creating and printing a label in store for you. They even email you the tracking number (because, who can keep track of those pesty receipts the post office gives you?).I can go on and on ( including the digital fax service and excellent customer service) but this review is long enough. I highly recommend ShipRite for shipping and PO box services!! I seriously wish I made the switch earlier!
