Zero stars ......the receptionist was extremely rude. Did not even answer the phone with a greeting and was professional. You might get more business if you had a someone friendly answering simple phone calls.

My whole family and I are flying out of town to visit my cousins and was expecting to spend time with my love ones, but their wonderful management manage to screw them over holidays

Got me in early and loaded quickly.

Would not recommend anyone to purchase any boxes or products from this company. If you see how they threat their employees and if you see some of the working conditions you would understand why. This causes the employees not to care about the quality of the box. If you are a customer, please ask for the results of the employee survey and youll see for yourself.

** ZERO STAR REVIEW ** I work here at PCA - Phoenix and management is running this place into the ground. Management is a complete JOKE! They will do whatever it takes to penalize the workers. They are manipulative, sadistic, and dont care about any of the employees. They force overtime on the employees, without any notice, and threaten their jobs if the overtime isnt done. Discrimination is a major issue with management. The company favors employees who have not opted into the Union, and seek every opportunity to penalize/discriminate Union members, and especially Union Reps. The company is constantly violating the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement that they approved and signed off on. They have fired employees within the last year without proper cause and in violation of the CBA. I have personally been sexually harassed by management and have witnessed countless racial slurs and stereotypes towards my fellow coworkers! They dont give us the proper tools to do our job but yet they demand miracles. They seem to change the rules and policies on a daily basis just to try to screw with the employees. Honestly, if I didnt have so many years vested in the company, I wouldnt be working here. I could not, in good conscious, refer anyone to this company... as an employee or a customer. We have gone to HR about the issues stated above and our corporate office seems to think this is how to treat the people who make this company money. Its a damn shame!

I worked at pca by far the most toxic environment you could ever imgaine, they play games with the mandatory overtime and attendance policy. The superintendent and plant manger are not involved in the process as THEY should be. They manage by email with threat and intimidation (you always think and feel you will lose your job at a moments notice) Any type of discrepancies result in a write up or suspension. The supervisors cuss at you, belittle you and create a very hostile work environment. They give you no notice when your schedule changes, the work life balance is MISERABLE. Thee very worst place to work.

Absolutely worst place to work, management plays so many head games I get having control and having high production numbers but at what cost the care more about corrugated or converted sheets then any human being aka as employees
