Great staff and quick unload. I was told I’d be worked in since I didn’t have an appointment so I arrived as soon as possible. Was told it opens at 6am but I was let in at 5:30 and saw this sign as well!

5 isnt enough stars! This is the only place l will buy paint! They have a customer for life. They excel in customer service, they actually take the time to listen and actively participate in helping you with your project. I just cant say enough good thing about them! You might pay a little more but not really because you are getting quality product and quality service!!

They were able to match most of the paint colors I needed (total of 5 colors). The one color I needed I was able to pick a color which was extremely close in proximity. I waited for my 20+ gallons in their waiting area and it was an acceptable experience. Will definitely consider them for future paint needs.

Attention Dunn Edwards company the lady on front is very disrespectful, with a bad attitude, wont say good morning or have a good day as well. Very very rude when you approach her speaking Spanish, me as other painters who the majority speak more spanish should be treated like that, we are happy customers and prefer Dunn Edwards paint for our projects but this lady sours the day! Wont change my review until something is done with her ! And other painters think the same but dont know how to leave a review.

Horrible environment to work in@DC hot, favoritism, uneducated management, supply chain management is a JOkE. You can make a much better salary, work life balance at any other warehouse nearby. C.D And T.V is a couple.

This place is just terrible do not take your clients to this place They like to pretend they are contractors and know what they are doing, when theres not even a single person there with one day of professional painting experience LOL to make it worse they bring their kids with them to work like its a daycare Thats just unprofessional! Went in yesterday with the primary purpose of getting paint chips because my hoa thought it was time for our whole neighborhood to paint. Was initially asking for help finding the paint chips that go with my hoas pre-selected paint schemes. For the record, my hoa created a paint scheme through dunn edwards website, so the link we homeowners were given was a dunn edwards website for our hoa for us to pick which of the 12 color schemes we wanted. I guess I made the mistake of mentioning that I wanted help with picking which colors my house was painted in comparison to the color schemes on the dunn edwards website that were assigned to our hoa. That must have been a trigger word for the associate because she switched from customer service to referring me to another location that has the paint color experts/designers. Again, I hadnt received all the paint chips I ordered in the mail yet and I was hoping to paint this weekend pending approval. Instead of trying to help me find the paint chips that were listed on the website with our approved hoa schemes, I was being referred to another location. At this time, I was the ONLY customer in the store side and there were 3 associates behind the counter. The lady on the other end of the counter, farthest from me, Jenifer, came to my rescue. While I was trying to pull up the website with our approved color schemes, she went and must have asked a supervisor about how to proceed because the first associate also had told me I would have to contact my hoa for the colors. I tried explaining to them the colors were on the dunn edwards website under our hoa. Jenifer pulls up that website I believe just as I was getting it up and helps advise me while looking at a picture of my house and giving me suggestions on which color scheme my house is probably painted. She then helps me find the paint chips for 3 possible paint schemes.If you go to the store portion here, you probably will want to ask for Jenifer. It was a bit frustrating having to explain that my hoa had their color schemes on a sub page of dunn edwards. Jenifer took the time to actually listen and assist.Maybe it was just a fluke day and customer experience. Maybe my needs werent just the norm, but ask for Jenifer.

The people there know what and where everything is, they also do colored wood lacquer, great place every time!

One word to describe their customer service - RUDE! Walked in and three CSR did not acknowledge me, nor offered to help until I asked for help. Im taking my business back to Home Depot.

Somethings gotta change. And its probably gonna be me going somewhere else. This wait time is terrible especially being a factory store. Tempe never had these problems I dont have to but I spend lot of money every time I come to Dunn Edwards and I am treated like a third world citizen at the 67th store I will goto all the way to DE Prescott or DE LA before I ever make the stupid decision to return to DE *151 67th ave. In Phoenix!You need to lose the motto that your too big to worry about customer service at this store..
