Well they may be a little unorganized and yep kids running around but they have met every promise this far. Its hard to catch up with them because they are family owned and run. Just order early and youll be fine.

We agreed that they would arrive to the wedding venue around 8am because everything had to be set up by 1am because thats when my sisters wedding started!! They came at 11am! They had me waiting for 3 hours & they arrived only 2 hours before the wedding of 300 guest started! Not only did they come late but because the were very unorganized with supplies and time I only had 2 hours to set the tables up, decorations & drive all the way home and get ready and drive back to the venue to make it on time for my sister wedding! All in less then 2 hours! When the ladies arrived I nicely told them that they were very late and unorganized & one of the ladies was very rude about it and told me she was doing me a “ favor” by helping me set up some tables and that I didn’t pay her to do that. But if she would of came on time at I wouldn’t of needed her help! I paid them over 2,000$ for them just to come on time and drop of the tables and decorations at 8am which they failed to do so! I’ll never in my life be renting from them and guys save your time and money don’t rent from them! The last thing you wanna do is waist over 2,000$ & stress on a wedding day because there very UNORGANIZED and careless!! Also some of there silverware came dirty and unwashed!

This company is very unorganized . They came four hours late to decorate . My family and friends had to rush to help me pull things together . They also wanted me to bring the supplies back to Phoenix which I declined to do because they originally told me that they would pick the stuff up. After the wedding I told them that a vase broke due to the wind blowing it down . They charged me 45.00 for it after all they did to me that day .I tried to get my orders done on occasions and the store was closed and I had to wait in the parking lot for someone to open in the late part of the day. One day I had to wait in the store for someone because the employee couldn’t speek English . They have beautiful decorations but business skills . Sometimes all that looks good isn’t good for you.

I have rented chairs with this place and Lucy is so sweet and nice. I hope to continue to rent and do any future business with her. Her prices are really good and shes not afraid to adjust them to help you make what ever event great.

I hired this company 2 months before my daughters wedding, I dont really know what the real name of the company is, because on Facebook they call themselves Villarreal creations, since my daughters wedding day was supposed to be the happiest day of his life and it was the most stressful day of his life, for the irresponsibility of these people we paid 2800dls for their services they were supposed to decorate at 1 pm since the ceremony would begin at 4 the afternoon, it was at 3:30 and they didnt get to decorate the church the people were already starting to arrive and they still didnt get to decorate the church they decorated in 4 minutes they can believe it, the room arrived more than 4 in the afternoon and the reception was going to start at 5 pm the truth is they are irresponsible we grab the snack table with them as they were going to put the initials of the boyfriends they never put them they were going to put apples with chocolate we didnt see any apples, everything was a disaster jam In my life I go back to hire these people irresponsible ball, or when we were planning the wedding we had as much stress as that day, do not hire them are irresponsible, they really do not deserve a star
