Excellent customer service! Honest repairs!Weve taken 2 Volkswagens to Strada and have nothing but good things to say. The first time Jules helped identify a thermostat that was going bad. We were able to make the repairs ourselves and received nothing but advice and encouragement, which isnt always the case...Since then weve come back for inspections, diagnose, and repairs. Carla and Jules do an excellent job everytime. They make sure we know whats going on, what were paying for, and provide us with the info to make a decision instead of pushing us into a decision.

Jules was very upfront, honest, and open about the repairs he was looking to make. He also gave me options which was nice.His repairs and service were very thorough and as a DIYer, I have complete confidence in using his shop again. This guys the REAL deal! :)
