Do NOT go to the older lady with dark reddish brown hair unless you want a basic lil boy cut. Three times she didn’t do my hair right. Twice I tried to get her to fix it. See Hope!!! She is amazing!!!

Its fine to get a simple cut and color but thats it! Asked for Balayage hair and got something 100% different! Literally paid for something that should have been cheap

So they only cut hair by appointments now so you have to call them to set up a appointment to get your haircut or whatever. I did this I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment to see a sign on the door that says do not enter without a mask. So I asked them do I need a mass to get my haircut, the woman replied yes you do. I said dont you think this is something you should tell your customers they need to bring with them when they set up the appointment. She replied its right there on the door. My reply was how does that help me when Im on the phone calling in to set up my appointment. Then she let me in on the reason they dont tell you over the phone that you need a mask its because (THEY SELL THEM). Anyone calling them wanting to do business with them you may want to ask them if theres anything posted on their doors or Windows because apparently youre supposed to be able to see it over the phone. Some people may not agree with me but to me this is Shady business practice. I canceled my appointment and left.

After 4 haircuts at this place I conclude this is a place you go if you dont mind amateurish, inexperienced, or uncaring people hacking on your hair.They will be nice to you but you most likely wont get a good haircut.Now, if you just need someone who can run a clipper through your hair, that is probably in their skill set. But, if scissors are involved...well, good luck.One last observation...expect most of the stylists to spend far more time teasing and looking at their own hair than they will yours.

Wow! My son usually doesnt allow anyone to get close to his head with buzzing anything. I totally forgot the womans name but Lord she was good with making him feel comfortable. I have super fine hair. I had Jamie. Shes great with my fine hair. Gone to her twice. She remembered me. AND she listens to how you want your hair done. Wow, what a change from my old hair stylist. Shes friendly, pleasant, smiling and great at what she does!!

Friendly and skilled. Did my youngest sons first haircut and she was so patient and allowed us to take pics during the process. All my boys were happy with their hair and this is our new spot.

I decided to change my haircolor and went to my beauty supply shop bought products to do so as I was checking out I asked the cashier who I could get to cut my hair? She told me to go see TONYA at Fantastic Sams.... So I did... I was showing her photos of haircuts and I mentioned the silver was a new trend I was about to try... She looked at the products Id purchased and told me she wanted to do it and for FREE... She used her products and sent me to refund what I had purchased... It came out BEAUTIFUL... I couldnt be more please... Go see TONYA... GOOD! GOOD! GOOD PEOPLE...

I just moved to the area, I have not been to any hair salon yet only because I am very particular with my hair. I really wish there were photos of hair styles and colors done by the hairstylists that are currently working there just to see what their skills are and if their skills are what Im looking for. I would not go get a tattoo from an artist with no portfolio. Js

I went in a few days ago for a wash and trim, there was only 2 young ladies Jamie and another tall lady. They were down 2 people because the other ladies were out sick. Them ladies worked there butt off and provided the best customer service. They took there time making sure to do a great job but also apologizing to customers that were waiting.

I have been there several times and had pleasurable experiences. Unfortunately, today was horrible. The hairdresser called my name and I sat in the chair. She never bothered to clean the mess she made from the guy before me. She asked how I wanted my haircut and she never said another word. She never asked if I wanted a shampoo and she never asked if I wanted my bangs trimmed. I later found out her name is Serena. I will NEVER go to that hairdresser again.

Mary is very friendly and really knows what shes doing with hair. I even have a niece that hates for anyone to cut her hair and usually has a fit, but she sits just fine for Mary! She adores her!
