Always a great time when i go to bath & body works

Great customer service! The girls are always sincere and they know their product. I know safety is #1. I hear a lot of customers complain that they can’t smell. I can smell everything in that store with my mask on. What’s their excuse. There’s a lot of ppl who make a big deal about not having testers. I don’t mind. It keeps us safe and the associates as well. Keep doing a great job pico!!! No matter what! Thank you.

I loved the customer service at this store! I took my mom and cousinf and It was their first time. My mom didnt know what to get but the workers were very helpful and I really appreciate that they were bilingual in Spanish and English ❤ great job guys!!!

Ughhh made it here at bath and body at 7:30 and they close at 9 I made it but there was a line but they didnt let me wait in it

How can anyone ever say anything NEGITIVE about b&bw? I love this place, the scents r good and the staff are all super nice. The only bad thing is having to wait in line to get in but thts bcuz of the restrictions on people inside the store which I totally get. Thank u b&bw

Went to shop Thursday had a couple of things to purchase but because, they didnt have change to break a $ 100 bill I told the young lady Ill be right back please hold my items im gonna get change. Well when I returned to the store I would have to get in line again outside in 91 degrees didnt think that was fairJust wanted to pay for my items and leave decided I will not shop at that BATHAND BODY WORKS AGAIN ...

I dont understand why they dont have a time limit as far as customers going in???? Let 10 people in and give them 15 mins to shop and have WHOEVER is buying get in line and start charging then get the next group of 10 inside??. If the customer is so undecided then shop on line. Why is it so hard to get a good system in place????

Location is still pretty new, but its nice that its still a presentable location. The employees are attentive, but not overbearing. Theyre also very knowledgeable of the app which comes in very handy with customers who havent acclimated to it yet (sheepishly raises guilty hand).Theres always a line, but theyre quick and amazingly remember you during their time away from the register!

When you go in there you have to know what you want. Because if you dont you will be in there for hours.

I understand Covid is here and we all have to take extra steps to be cautious however when the store is only allowing 10 customers inside they should be a limit on how many in a group are allowed, I have been inine for 45 min because there are groups of 5 or more. Point being they should have a limit on large groups to keep customers satisified and out of the heat

Everyone was really professional despite the crowds for the Body Care Sale. Thanks for directing the lines Christina and for being so patient with everyone despite being asked a whole bunch of questions and at the same time directing the flow of people.

The rudest service I’ve experienced at a bath and body works, I called asking a simple question, and they hung up on me multiple times. And when I called back from another number they finally answered but were giggling on the phone, I don’t see what was so funny but never coming here again if I could rate zero I would.

There was A-line, but it wasnt to bad. All the people that work there were so helpful.

Man the girl in the front was so professional she worked today at 11/7/2010 at around 2pm or so customer service was great she attended every one talked fast but she did it all in good paste we were there to just browse an litterly bought something only cuz she attended us .my duaghter broke a candle an she even kept her composer alot calmer then another co worker who showed she was clearly frustrated with my daughter who broke it . We apologiseed of course offers to pay for it but the lady was so kind siad not to worry she definitely made me feel the holiday spirit .thank you . Its the co worker that talks fast before you go in shes the one! Big thanks to you we will definitely be coming back

Customer service was not good at all on 7.26.2019 @ 1135 a.m. only 2 customers in line with one of them been me and 3 sales associates, cashier decides to address phone call and carry on a conversation, place the call on hold and goes and looks for callers merchandise vs. Ringing up her two paying customers with merchandise in hand. Sales associate asked to give her a second I will be with you in a second, I decided to place my merchandise back and walk out of the store. Why do you have 3 sales associates on the floor for? It was a slow morning.. unacceptable poor customer service. If I could rate this experience a ZERO I would choose that option. Store manager, instead of hiding in the back, configuring schedules, please have your employees provide better customer service. 👎👎👎AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great Staff except for the manager. I had an issue with a transaction and the manager was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. This issue was resolved after a 45 minute wait. The manager was so upset at all the issues around her (it was the first day of the semi annual sale) that she handed out a free product to the customer next to me because she disnt want to deal with a price lookup.

You could get better deals at Walmart

For Gods sake DOWNLOAD THE APP, EMAIL NEWSLETTER FOR BARGAIN COUPONS, AND SIGN UP FOR MAILING CARDBOARD COUPONS for maximun savings, otherwise youre paying way too muchAvoid giftsets, buy during SAS IN DECEMBER AND JULY TO STOCK UP. SAS means Semi annual sale.TO SMELL CANDLES: LIFT LID AND SNIFF, less chance to break. Every store makes own return policy so ....Sponges, and accessories are no value. Candles and lotions are worth it with coupons. Body creams go bad after 2 years so dont store those, body lotions stock well.
