I went today to get a hair cut and I was upset because they were no longer accepting hair cuts . They didnt even ask i wanted to come tomorrow at least to make an appoitment. But i understand people have long days at work . I had long day today all i wanted was a hair cut to feel better and i went down hill after this . I do like how they cut my hair but i think this is the last time i will go . It would be nice if they say certain hours for hair cuts. That way people wont get up set if they are no longer accepting hair cuts .

I went there and met with Edith for the 1st time and she was honest with me on my damage I had. Anybody else would have put streaks not caring of the more Damage I was asking for they would have only cared about the money. Ask for Edith she is the best!!

I think I got ripped off. Has anyone else paid $35 for a haircut here? I should have gone to a salon. Not a Franchised haircut spot. I asked for bangs, she didnt give me bangs. $35 really? I walked in because the sign said $12.95. She should have mentioned she was charging me $22.05 for shampoo, which now sounds ridiculous.I feel super ripped off by Araceli. And! has the nerve to ask me for a tip while charging my card. Who does that? Ill never come here again, nor recommend.

Brought my daughter to a very much needed trim and she insisted. Feeling a bit uncomfortable because due to the pandemic its scary obviously. This place has no plastic shields between stations and they are only wearing earlobe face mask and no facials. They are also not taking temperatures not that it makes too much of a difference but at least its somewhat comfort. The nail salon is more protected than this place. Definitely has made me feel very uncomfortable and I didnt realize until she was in the chair 🤦🏻‍♀️ Will not be coming back.

Horrible experience, old lady didnt know how to cut hair. I specifically asked for boys haircut with scissor cut on top, low fade with a zero on sides. She used buzzers to complete the whole hair cut and tried to line up my sons forehead by buzzing it. I didnt ask for a line up, I was livid. Never going back. The manager offered to fix but you cant fix a shaved forehead, Never Again.

I went in there because my bangs were messed up. I clear stated multiple times please to not cut off lot of hair from my bangs. Since I was already paying $15 for a hair cut I ask the lady to just cut a little bit of my ends straight NO LAYERS! Lady does not listen. I ask her again please just straight! And she didn’t the complete opposite and left my hair chopped up! On top of that she charge me $25

Ive walked in with and without an appointment longest wait was 20 minutes, reasonable.I highly recommend Edith who has done an excellent job and is very professional.I highly suggest that you make an appointment as it can get crowded especially on weekends!

I went in earlier today and had a really bad experience with one of the hairstylist. She pointed out all my flaws that she saw. She even burned me with the flat iron. I am not going back there again! Go at your own risk.

Dont ever sit with Sylvia. Ever. I have been a customer here for almost 10 years. As of today, Im never going back. Went in today to get a trim on the sides (a 3) and a trim at the top since I have a top knot. As of today as well, I dont have a top knot anymore. It took me 6 months to get to the length I had and even after explaining multiple times what I wanted, Sylvia still decided to do what she wanted and cut off most of my top knot. I didnt realize it because she was cutting by bits at a time and ended up chopping off 5 inches of hair on the place where I WANTED to let it grow. She did such a bad job in fact, that now I cant slick my hair back, I cant comb it to the side because it is ridiculously uneven and the only option left of cutting it more. Why employ people who dont understand what you say and cannot do their job right? Thank you Sylvia!

Bad experience..I went here because the person that cuts my hair at Miguelos Hair Salon wasnt available and i needed a hair cut asap.. but worse experience ever ... asked gor layers and no layers just straigh cut and your good and the person that cut my hair was weird .. went they where gonna sit me down she just went up to me and stand there in front of me without saying hello ect ect until i said is it my turn then she said yes.. loved her purple hair but never will be going there again..

I should have listened to the other reviews. Horrible customer service!! Ive gone one time before. Found a stylist (sandra)that cut my sons hair how I liked it. I returned today and she was busy so they booked me for later. Showed up on time and she had just started her earlier appt. I waited 20 minutes, when I glanced over, she was starting someone elses haircut!! I assume she knew the guy, since he had just walked in no more than 5 minutes ago. I asked the salesperson if she took someone b4 me, she replied yes. No apology NOTHING!!! That place is ridiculous. I walked out of there, NEVER to return.

Very rude, over priced. Long waits about 3-5 hours!! and most of the stylists are very rude. The only stylist i recommend is bricia, although she is usually busy she is the only one to go for to get cut / dyed/ or updos otherwise youll leave an unhappy customer. Otherwise very dissapointed with the customer service, ladys at the front are young and rude and refuse to do returns . other stylists WILL MESS UP YOUR HAIR! they dont listen to requests and are very ammature.
